Everything they tell you is a complete lie I fell for the perfectly placed ad videos that constantly popped up on my feed. Eventually i fell for everything that guy Vince was saying in video and i bought the fat loss extreme for her package on April 30th, that included several other packages for 57.00$ in the video he claimed to give you custom meal plans and carb cycles and exercises specific for you and your body type but once you get the app everything is so confusing and difficult to find but also there is no such "special for you" plans anywhere to be found. Not only is it false advertisement but i spent my money on this thinking it was going to be true to what it was saying, i will say i am extremely disappointed in it as a whole and would just like my 57.00 dollars back along with the 58.95 dollars i just spent on their BURN supplement pills from Sculpt Nation thats also associated with v shred, (order #2534590), i ordered 1 one today May 10th, i should of probably researched it more before buying but once again i fell for that misleading video where he made it all sound so good but after carefully researching and watching reviews i decided these pills are not for me and want to cancel my order, everyone else should be careful buying or consuming them without doing a lot of research, all in all i am very displeased with my experience with this company's products and would like my full refund for both products in the total of 115.95 dollars. I've tried the v shred program for about a week and can't say it did much for me, except make me angry i spent my money on it, Not to mention being bombarded with emails every 5minutes to buy more products just really left a bad taste in my mouth, very dissatisfied. They claim 100% money back guaranteed if not satisfied which is why i wasn't too worried about buying those, now let's hope they honor their word. I have emailed them about both these products and about getting my refund, still waiting to hear back.

I ordered the womens extreme weight loss package on 2/26/23 and, while the $61.70 was taken from my account right away, I have yet to receive my login details and no response to the three emails I sent (two sent on 2/26 and one sent on 2/27). At this point, I just want a full refund because this is ridiculous. If theyre unable to keep up with customer service then they should consider pausing their services until they can get that figured out since it looks like many others are having the same issue.

Last Thursday I paid for the app thinking it was an easy to use regular fitness app. It said I had to wait for my username and password I never got it, but I got a call from a coach to help but it was a sales call. They lie and cheat you into buying this program. He said it would be $85 a month and I thought that sounds reasonable. Little did I know it turned out to he a loan of $2000 and something with more than $1000 in interests sooo not $85 like he said. I emailed to cancel the same day which was Thursday February 23 and Im still waiting for an answer. I havent received any services from you so all I want is to cancel whatever I was tricked into.

I purchased from Sculpnation on January 27th, 2023. I purchased two items, one for $50.95 and the other for $41.00. I received the products without any problems. The product was not for me, however, and on February 27, 2023, I received the same charge for both amounts. I did not order the products again; it just became a recurring charge or some sort of subscription, which I did not agree to. I went on the website to send an email with no luck or response and no customer service number to use. I just want to cancel whatever they have me on so I am not charged every month.

I saw Vshred advertised on *** for the umpteenth time. Clicked on it and was told he has a proven plan guaranteed or your money back, buy now or pay more later if you change your mind. I decided with the Guarantee I might as well try it. Purchased the plan then was told for it to really work well I should buy their Burn Evolved 2.0 to really help burn the fat. Another buy now or pay a large amount later if I change my mind. I bought the 6 pack. Then another page pops up saying buy Burn Evolved 2.0 or lose out but this time at a lower price as if my original selection didn't go through so they were offering again but cheaper now. So I selected again the 6 pack. Then proceeded to go through unending videos of options all threatening if I go back a page all orders could be doubled. So after suffering through almost a hour of basically a infomercial that was Neverending, I looked at my Email and Low and behold there was 2 orders charged to me for the Burn Evolved. With a total charged to my credit card in excess of $400. I IMMEDIATELY emailed them stating I was duped by their algorithm to buy two orders of their pills and wanted one deleted and refunded. I never heard back from them. I called the listed customer service number and it's a dead-end phone number they listed, stating they only respond to emails. So I emailed again. No response. I emailed again. No response. I eventually sent a email requesting a full refund of the whole program since it all seems shady with the fake phone number looking like they actually are legit business, and they REFUSE to respond to Emails despite them stating they only communicate through them.Warning to all avoid Vshred it's a shady business.

V Shred On 4/12/22 I signed up with vshred

On 4/12/22 I signed up with vshred. I bought a package for 132.07 and then additionally purchased supplements for 76.24 with a discount. I specifically went with them because they offered the 1 time purchase, and I had seen how others had problems canceling subscriptions. I was careful to not click the subscription, again, because I had seen other company issues. I was assigned an employee to help with my meal planning, Delaney S. Mid April I specifically asked Delaney to check to make sure there were no recurring charges on my account. (I have surgery coming up and needed to be sure I confidently had no surprise funds coming out of my account.) She checked and said no, I did not have any recurring charges coming up. On 5/13/22 I had 10.60 come out of my account for a monthly subscription to "vsu" and then 101.65 come out for supplements. I immediately contacted Delaney, who apologized and sent me to her supervisor Celeste P. I explained the sitiuation and requested the order be canceled immediately. It should never have been made. Celeste acknowledged the 10.60 and apologized saying they would refund that amount and cancel the subscription. I thanked her, but stated that the other issue needed to be taken care of as well. She never responded. I sent several emails, even ccing Delaney. She resent me to her supervisor, who again acknowledged the 10.60 but didn't mention the supplements. They came in and I sent another email asking if they wanted me to "return to sender" the package or if they wanted to supply a return label. She did not respond. I again expressed my concern, and asked what needed to be done. Nothing. My last email stated that I would be reaching out to the Complaintsboard.com if there was no response, and there was no response. I have no problem returning the product, but it needs to be refunded. I proactively reached out to prevent any recurring charges, just to be sure, and was told there was none on my account. 10.60 was refunded but not the 101.65.

On February 23rd 2023 I agreed to pay for the 90-day program which is $57.00 and while having no choice but to watch more videos for them to sell their product I was charged that amount and then after all the videos were done I could finally get out of the web page right after doing so I had asked for a refund. I got an email back saying someone would reach to me in 24 hours but no such contact has been made. I sense have called their customer service number and they said they are not taking customer service calls at this time I have also sent two more emails and have not received any response. All I want is for that $57.00 to be refunded

According to VShred's records on my account page, I first signed up for the "Ripped in 90 Days" bundle on Feb. 1, 2023. The very next day I was contacted by a representative of VShred who explained that I would be much more happy with the "V Shred Accelerator Plus Plan: 12 weeks of 1-1 Coaching" I was told the cost of that would be $70/month. Since it was a 12 week plan, I foolishly assumed (don't tell me; I know what it means) that would be for three months. Once I paid for it, I found that the actual total price was $1,997.00. Furthermore, I wouldn't be paying V Shred that amount. I'd be taking out a loan so they could immediately be paid. The loan would cost me an additional nearly $1,000 in interest over the three years it would take to pay it back. I discovered that fact on Feb. 2 and thus changed to a credit card payment on Feb. 7 for $1,997 with no interest charged. Meanwhile, I read more and listened to more videos. I also bought some of their supplements, whose value I'm not disputing. Trying to clear up some confusion, I met one time with my assigned Coach, who explained that the program I'd bought was a package of three things: supplements, meal plan he would create, and exercise program. I was in trouble. I have a bad shoulder my chiropractor is treating. No stress on the shoulder is allowed. It will undo the progress my doctor has made. I cannot do that part of the program at this time. I explained that. The coach said to contact someone else. I did that multiple times. Each time the answer was the same: "We don't give refunds for coaching." But I haven't started the coaching. Repeats "No refund." It's a standoff. I can't do the program because of my shoulder. V Shred has my money and won't give it back. V Shred has many "guarantees" spread through their website. But none applies to my bad shoulder. Please help them see that I can't do the program at all, let alone for 90 days to qualify for refund of the coaching fee.

On January 23, 2023, I was contacted by a "Closer" (as V.Shred's representative referred to them in a recent email exchange) to find out more information about the VShred program. After an approximately 30 minute conversation the gentleman tried to sell me on a $2,000, $3,000 and a $20,000 package. I told the gentleman that I would like to think about it after he presented the different options. He insisted that it would only take about two minutes to sign up and that I could cancel within the first 90 days. Because of his reassurance that I could cancel agreed to proceed - I didn't sign a contract in accordance with *** statutes. Once confirmed I was asked to complete a questionnaire and was told I would receive my custom plan within 48 to 72 hours of submitting the questionnaire. It took five days for me to receive my plan - which apparently was created simply by reviewing the answers to my questionnaire. The "coach" I received to create a "custom" plan never reached out to me to ask me any questions and sent me a form template that was in no way custom to me.Dissatisfied with the entire process I tried contacting VShred to cancel. There is no phone number to call; you are only able to email or chat via their website. After many emails and chats I was told repeatedly that my custom plan is non-refundable. That was obviously not what I was told when I spoke to the VShred "close" and I had been properly advised of this from the very beginning I would never have signed up for the program. It is a deceptive trade practice - one that I think the *** Attorney General would love to hear more about. Now VShred is unwilling to cancel and is requiring me to pay $3,000 for a program that I will never use.

I spend $60 on the 90 day program and never got any login information! I cant access what i paid for. Im sending countless emails to no avail. Yet, i keep receiving offers to spend more money! At this point i just want my money back. No one can respond to my problems, yet my email stays filled with the newest offer.

I came in contact with Vshred from an Advertisement I saw on *** about a "Free" test I can take to classify my body type and find a correct workout plan tailored to me. After taking the test I watched an outrageously long video on how to achieve my goals, and was promised I could achieve these results without having to take any steroids o, "Magic Bullet fat loss pills." I was looking forward to the program and purchased it for $57. The immediate next page was followed by another video approximately 45 minutes long trying to sell me on EXACTLY what this Vince guy said he was against, a fat loss pill. He coated his sales pitch with the idea that a chemical his company has invested in is a natural way to shed fat loss, and promised a 30-day money back guarantee. I purchased a supplement solely on the money back guarantee. The 3rd page brought me to another MISERABLE 30 minute video about boosting testosterone. By this point I was extremely turned off and regretted my decision. However, the 4th page brought me to ANOTHER video about sleeping pills, and the 5th page brought me to a page where I could purchase a plan to get personal meals planned for me. After finally getting through the 5 degrees of hell from this one advertisement, He told me the subscription to his app is $9.99, which means to even access my 90-day workout plan, I have to pay $10 each moth JUST TO VIEW THE CONTENT. I regret every purchase made and noticed I was charged TWICE for the supplements. I called the phone number provided in my email to try and talk to customer support, and the automated voice said to send an email and Immediately hung up on me. I sent an email to retrieve my money back "Guarantee" and explained that the supplements have not yet shipped and to cancel the entire order. The response I received told me to ship back the order WHICH I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED, in order to get my refund, and did not even MENTION the refund on the $57 program. This entire company is a scam.

V Shred After seeing 469 complaints on here, I'm beginning to see that they definitely don't specialize in Consumer Satisfaction

After seeing 469 complaints on here, I'm beginning to see that they definitely don't specialize in Consumer Satisfaction. It's the no response whatsoever that really is beyond unprofessional and shady. I saw an ad on social media, watched a long video and was pumped about the offering of the Fatloss Extreme experience based on my specific body type. Proceeded to fill out the survey and file instructions to purchase the carb cycling and exercise schedule for $57. Purchased and started viewing the info. This was in 06/09/2022. On 06/10/2022, I reached out for a refund as the information provided was very limited with no detailed info on what was promised. All it was, was other products to purchase and recipes to buy. Nothing explaining how I would carb cycle or what exercises to do on what days which is what the video made it seem like I would get. I wasn't concerned as they offered a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee no questions asked. No response at all. Emailed again in the 11th, no response. Emailed again on the 13th, no response. Again on the 14th, no response. Again on the 16th, no response and still not 1 single word or attempt to make contact with me and process the refund. To not even acknowledge the consumer and have them resort to filing complaints to this level is insane. The sad part is I would have been willing to try other programs through VShred but after this, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all. I'm a business owner myself and I would NEVER treat anyone like this or ignore a Consumers concerns. It's poison for your company. I suggest you skip leg day and tend to the people who are feeding your family before you regret it and lose everything you've worked for. We are all working and trying to make a life for ourselves and families so too bite the hand that feeds you is an arrogant and entitled, self absorbed side effect and only lead to part time success. I want my refund processed immediately. I should charge you for the time you've wasted.

On 04/27/2022, I purchased (after a long barrage of multiple intimidating videos), a VShred program, for $57.00 U.S.D., and a 30 day free ($10.00 a month after trial) additional program. I found the program sent was NOT geared towards my particular body type and personal needs, though they said it was (Including a diet I cannot follow, and an exercise program I cannot do). On their sign up video Vince stated "100 percent money back guarantee, no questions asked", I contacted them on 5/03/22 and asked for a refund of the $57 and a cancellation of the monthly trial and that no charges to be made to my credit card. I received a confirmation email stating that someone would reach out to me "within 24 hours", no one did. Since then, I have reached out to them a total of 7 times, w/no response, EXCEPT from some bogus company called, "Bizrate", claiming they received my original email and they had nothing to do with it because they were a "shopping comparison site", as well as 28 (!) SPAM emails from VShred wanting me to purchase more products/programs from them - if they can send me 28 unwanted emails, then they can process my refund and cancellations and email me a confirmation - to date, they have not. VShred cannot say that I did not contact them or that it was "accidentally sent" to the wrong company because not only do I have the email confirmation from VShred, but I also have a screen shot. When I sent the original email asking for my refund, I was on the VShred site, had logged into my account (verified), and even received a confirmation email FROM VShred stating they received my request and would get back to me "within 24 hours". I have heard nothing from them, except the original email they sent confirming they got my request for a refund, and their SPAM. I am requesting that they honor their promise of "100 percent money back guarantee, no questions asked", as well as cancel the $10 a month subscription and that NO OTHER CHARGES TO MY CREDIT CARD BE MADE!

V Shred In August 2022, I started their 90 day program and purchased the custom meal plan as well

In August 2022, I started their 90 day program and purchased the custom meal plan as well. I got the plan and it was marked as created 3 yrs ago. Within a week I had an offer to tailor my plan to my body type. This turned into a sales pitch where I was promised several things and a refund if I wasnt fully satisfied. I got this in writing just to be sure. I was given a new coach that immediately was on vacation for two months and when I asked if I can switch, I got a new coach that had no regard for my allergies, lifestyle or the fact that I have kids. They ignored me and I was doing all of the work. I was paying for the meal plans and align the workouts and yet every week I was doing it all. When I first complained, a Success Coordinator that told me when I started with a new coach I started over the number of days I had to request the refund. He told me he couldnt let me out of the program but would be able to give me a $300 refund for my troubles, and would talk to my coach. I never saw the $300 and again not much changed. I was still holding myself accountable and doing all of the substitutions and planning. After another month like this I was told by my doctor I had to stop for surgery on a different issue.When I contacted the company they promised the same $300 and told me they would pause my program till I could come back. I told them I was very disappointed and wanted to use the refund I was offered. I was told I didnt meet the number of days again to get this request because they had started me over AGAIN. Over 90 days and four tries I was done. After I got cleared by my doctor I reached out again to cancel and was told they had spoken with my coach and success coordinator and because I had paused the program and not reached back out I did qualify. They told me to tell them when I wanted to give it another go. They dont listen. If you can do $300 why not do the rest of the amount and we can both be done with this? Why am I forced to pay for no service.

V Shred Long internet sales pressure to buy exercise video that I bought, but never received

Long internet sales pressure to buy exercise video that I bought, but never received. Then they charged me for additional product I didn't order. RE: Order #*** High pressure, exceedingly long internet sales pitch, with scam tactics, such as threats "if you close this, you'll never get this opportunity (low prices) again," and making you wait exceedingly long before product for sale was actually revealed as an exercise video. I purchased this and was charged $57 to my bank account (Visa credit/debit card) on Jan 23, 2021. I never received any email or other order confirmation, nor has any product ever been delivered. Today, February 19, I opened a Visa dispute regarding this scam charge that doesn't have any order number. Also on January 23, V SHRED used my credit card to post an additional charge--which I knew nothing about and did not authorize--for $132. I was only made aware of this when "work out supplements" arrived. I called their customer service and was told I could only email about this issue. (What is their customer service phone contact for, then, except waiting on very long holds, only to be told they can do nothing, that you have to use email?) So I did email them. I had an unpleasant battle with email customer service, as they told me I had to ship the supplements back to them--at my expense. I told them since I didn't order them, they sent them without my authorization, so they were responsible for any return fees, they finally sent me a prepaid shipping label, and that package is on its way back to them. I can only hope they some measure of honesty and credit back to my card the $132 when they receive the return package. Meanwhile, the $57 charge is still there, and I've opened a Visa dispute. I'm reporting this business for their scam like business practices, high pressure internet sales tactics without delivering the actual product, what amounts to theft practice by capturing my credit card number and charging it to make purchases I never authorized or made, then hassling me when I try to get those fraudulent charges refunded to me.

Trying to get refund after seeing all these horrible reviews, and they are living up to the title of being awful with responses and are sketchy (I want to make it aware I have not used anything purchased or received the shipment placed) On June 8th, I purchased a 90 day workout for $57.00, a meal plan for $49.00, and tried adding in fat burning pills to see how much my total would be and instead, it charged me for those right away which ended up being $195.00. As a beginning set up, it's ridiculous that they kept pushing other stuff on the client, better yet, not letting you checkout as a whole and instead have it as three purchases so it seems more complicated to deal with to get your refunds. Immediately after my purchase, I contacted them and said I want a refund. I waited and they barely got back to me a few days later (when they say 2 days is the max to get a hold of) and the person mentioned the pills are in the process of being shipped and that I will have to send them back if it's been processed or shipped (which is sounds like it hasn't really yet) and the shipping price wouldn't be a part of the refund. It never even told me the prices of each individual thing such as tax/shipping. They mentioned I could get a 25% of my money (only on the pills) back without haven't to send them back, but I'm not going to use them so it's pointless. It took a few days for them to get a hold of me and at this rate, I'm I'm barely going to be able to get some answers from them by the time my "30-day money back guarantee, no questions asked" is up. If its no questions asked, just give me me entire refund like I originally requested in the couple of emails I sent to make sure I didn't end up "lost in their inbox". I wish I never made their purchase, this company should be very looked into. If you guys could help me, that would be great so I could please just get me ENTIRE refund on all three things. Thank you. I also saw the picture attached several times, but everything I see something on their page or another pop up of "money back guarantee", it's always a different amount of days and it's all just very confusing.

V Shred I had an extremely bad reaction to the supplements

I had an extremely bad reaction to the supplements. SN & Angelica P. get a critical fail as they didn't fix the issue 100 % to my satisfaction. I emailed them back in December. Had only taken the supplements for a week & had an extremely bad reaction to them. I quit taking the supplements immediately. It would cost me over $200 to ship this garbage back to them, so, since I live in *** & their facility is in ***, I requested to be allowed to drive the supplements to their facility. Angelica P. told me they thought I should go to the doctor to determine the correct dosage. If I already said I want to return this garbage, that obviously means that I don't want to keep it. Both SN & Angelica P get a massive critical fail from me. If your product harms a customer, you are obligated to resolve the complaint 100% in accordance with the customer's wishes. Angelica refunded a few things but then offered me a 25% discount to keep everything. DUH! If I already told them I had an extremely negative experience with the product & wanted to return it, it is obvious that I don't want to keep it. Also, she told me that I had to fill out a form and mail everything back as they don't take returns directly at the warehouse. Since the supplements made me sick, she should have escalated this to her manager to get an exception made for me so that I could have returned the supplements/greens directly to the warehouse. It took over 2 1/2 months for me to feel better. They need to make this exception for me immediately. One issue I have with the packaging is that there is a lot # & mfg date but no expiration date. Also, the turmeric also has pepper on it.That aggravated the situation when I took it with the Burn & the Burn PM. Also, the greens are disgusting. I didn't get past the first sip. The grind is too thick and there is an incredibly nasty aftertaste. There also was a piece of paper that I saw but forgot about which said that, eventhough the bottles said to take 2 tablets, their suggestion was to only take 1. That is more stupid than the day is long. If they think the correct dosage should be 1 pill, they need to change the dosage on the bottles.

V Shred I purchased a custom gold plan for $2161.75 in November

I purchased a custom gold plan for $2161.75 in November. I was very specific that I needed a plan that had specific needs for low impact workouts and cardio needs due to joint problems in my knees and hips. I also reminded them that I had a very busy schedule so the custom meal plans would need to be designed around that. I purchased this on line as well, this will be important later. A week later I get an email introducing me to my trainer ***, it has a "custom meal plan" "Custom workout plan" and supplement suggestions. Supplements are supposed to be included in this plan as well. It also said to download an app called Voxer so that my coach could commicate with me faster than email. Well the first week started and I followed the instructions, checked and lost like 5 pounds. I get an email with a "check in " letter to fill out so this way the coach can stay up with your progress? Second week goes on and a few things came up so I used the Voxer app to talk to coach, keep this in mind I have never received a phone call or a Voxer commincation from my coach in almost 2 weeks. He does not reply to the voxer either. Week 3 starts and I develope some pain in my knee, I modify the workout on my own and continue. Each week you get the same email asking you for an update on your weight and other things, but still not a phone call or Voxer reply. Finally they schedule a Zoom call to go over the program, during that call I express my concerns for lack of communication and no reply on Voxer. he lets me know that his car sometimes will erase voxer text and he does not see them, he said he would do a better job with checking in. I let him know some concerns with my knee and a few changes to meal plan, he tells me he will look at some options on workout and let me know. Couple of weeks go by and still nothing, then I receive an email form a supervisor asking me my experience, I let them know everything and ask for the refund that the program guarentees. they send an email back saying that phone purchases were not eligible? I emailed back saying I did not purchase on phone but online. They then said that they would extend my plan, but no refund. Moral of the story- the workouts are not custom, meal plans are not custom, trainer does not follow up and almost all communication is online. I suggest you spend your money on a local trainer that you see in a gym and can go over your progress in person. So now I am out $2000 for a program I was not able to utilize.

Sounds like a trash response from a trash product. I’m experiencing the same thing from my V shred trainer. My 3rd month starts today and I have no workouts and no meal plan to follow. Not worth the $2000.

V Shred I find this company dishonest

I find this company dishonest. They do have a 30 day guarantee and I cancelled within 24 hours. Their sales practices are dishonest and unethical. To save chars using bullets: Promises can call for support. Told me they don't have that at this time. Complaintsboard.com has a number on here for them. You get a bunch of people emailing you but it turns out the email is the same address. Says you don't need any supplements but then after you sign up sells you supplements. Talks about carb cycling and not starving. Only sample menu I saw had no carbs and wasn't very much food. *. Once you sign up you start getting their emails immediately, first one I received said that they are noticing I am not opening my emails. Really? As much as I had bought initially I was getting emails to buy more supplements. I just started...shouldn't someone contact me before trying to sell more? Noticed in other complaints how much spent. I just joined and so far they have me for $514. I cancelled within 24 hours. I have emails that they will refund. They haven't. I have disputed on card. *. They sold me all these things one after the other. Then when I asked for the refund had to get it in two separate steps - according to them the supplements are from "their sister company". Really? After reading complaints and what I had gone through, honestly seemed like a great concept and a great idea executed very poorly. They are obviously using a program to send out emails and they don't have it set up correctly. They want you to think there are a lot more people there than there are. My guess is that the whole thing is really 1 or 2 people. Honestly, even though I am at the point that I would not give them a dollar, this was not about the money. This was about delivering on promises. If they would do exactly what the video promises, I would still be a customer. The fact that I can't talk to anyone is horrible. I think they promise too much and it is not possible to deliver. They make it sound like it is all about timing. You can eat what you want, you won't have to starve. You should be doing 15 minutes of their exercise and don't have to do it again for up to 2 days because the burn lasts that long. What I saw from them in their emails afterwards doesn't seem like this is the case. I also read complaints about their responding to emails. That I did not experience. They say they take 24-48 hours, but I always got responses in less than an hour. I read rave reviews out there. I think they are part of the scam. I think they write their own reviews.

Misleading sales tactics supported by a 100% guarantees that are only for one part of the program, which is not made clear at time of purchases. Bought the exercise program for 57.00 at checkout they offered a four week customized meal plan for an up sale cost of around $72. The whole time pushing their 30 day 100% money back Guarantee. After getting access to the exercise program it was clear after the first 30 min it was not for me. I hated their messaging, constantly up selling other products. The whole thing felt predatory and all the worse things about the weight loss industry. Preying on overweight women's insecurities. I asked for a refund. I had not even received my "customized 4 week diet plan yet". No response just more emails trying to sell me more stuff. I received the customized meal plan which was not for four weeks as stated in advertisement and not customized. It was not for me. I asked for another refund. I requested 3 refunds with in the first two days of the program. Meal plan - Oatmeal for breakfast every day with eggs added in once during the week. Snack recommendation was a tablespoon of almond butter with one of their shakes one day, and the next day lunch was 1 tablespoon of almond butter and one of their shakes. (Their shakes are optional so that leaves you with lunch consisting of a tablespoon of almond butter) lunch, snack and dinner switches between the almond butter/shake combo and 3 oz of cooked chicken breast and a cup of veggies. Occasionally a cup of brown rice or quinoa. Oh and a piece of fruit. That's their meal plan. You can substitute the chicken for any other meat. It was not customized. It is not health focused. It was not a four week plan. It is not worth the $70 odd dollars I paid. I am to follow the same terrible plan for four weeks. My request for the 100% guaranteed refund was rejected because in some small print somewhere on their site the terrible "customized" diet plan is not included in the refund. Even though there is no mention of that when they are pressure selling you at the check out. The misleading advertisement and sale tactics lead you to believe if you are not a 100 satisfied within the first 30 days you can get all your money back. I was not satisfied in the first 30 minutes. They must know their plan is terrible which is why they hide in the small print someplace that it is not refundable, but in the sales pitch makes you believe it is. This is a Predatory company that preys on overweight women's feeling of inadequacy and venerability. It uses high pressure sale tactics and misleading advertisement to get women to buy products, that do not deliver what they say the products are. The program is designed to prey on women's insecurities and make the feel inadequate so they buy the endless stream of products. Even requests for assistance with the program are met with an automatized response to buy more of their protein supplements.

I attempted to sign up, but once I put my name and credit card info in it sent me to additional items to purchase. I could not back out. next thing i notice was my card was used to join and i never received anything else except multiple testimonial emails. You have no way to contact them other than through the emails. and you still get no replies.

Purchased product Jan. couldnt tolerate product. called vshred and was told i could return product for a full refung. returned product to TX. recieved confirmation from FX that product was delivered, made several e-mails concerning my refund. all requests were never answered. still no refund.
