Unable to cancel contract.
VH1 has breached their contract on numerous occasions by taking money out of my account before agreed payment date. This has effected my credit record.
When we signed up they advised us that we can freeze account if need be, during covid when we wanted to do that, we were advised that it is not possible.
The last payment did not go through due to them trying to take funds before due date, I responded by letting them know that they must phone me so we can make an arrangement for them to pay me out as they have breached their agreement, I received a phone call on the 5th April, no one was on the other side of the phone. I received an email advising that they tried to phone me. On the 8th April I received a SMS advising that account has been suspended. I have never used this facility as it has no use to me. I need someone who can help me get out of this contract, I feel it unfair that VH1 can do as they please and put me reputation at risk and we are unable to benefit from this company that manipulate and lie to vulnerable people.
