An absolutely unethical and criminal institution....
I was suckered into this companies syrup like honeytrap a few years back...
This was during COVID, after one hell of a lot of unsuccessful local calls to the advised number, I finally laid a complaint with the international firm...
I was routed to a Mrs Van Wyk in the RSA office they were VERY abrupt in their dealings with us. We were finally told that the only way to get out of this contract was to buy it out, in December of 2021 I was finally able to do this, it cost my my full years bonus more than 10'000.00NAD...
DO NOT TRUST THESE PROFESSIONAL SHARKS, THEY WILL STEALL YOUR MONEY WITH A SMILE!
You have been warned...
To this day I have some of their office people trying to get me back in under other sudernames...
Be VARY WEARY of these people...

Ezt / global travel alliance false contracts
A company that does not look after their clients and are just money grabbers- everything is to their benefit and they keep extending the "goals" or "vouchers" without any correspondence. We bought our contract in 2010 under dures being promised soo much. They had offered a contract of 2010 years with 2 additional - but of course we had to pay for these extra years which they do not tell you at the time of signing.it was sold to us as an extra benefit- but who benefits
I have yet again tried to phone to cancel and they are full of excuses- apparently now that our 10 years plus 2 is over they have " given" us 3 extra years. There is no contract signed for this and zero correspondence and they still have the audacity to charge us annual levies when in fact the contract is over!
We had absolutely zero benefit from this organisation. They are full of excuses saying that they will be in touch with us - It's complete fraud.
Desired outcome: we would like to be taken seriously and terminate the completed contract without extra costs incurred
Travel club
They called me to a meeting where i joined their travel on the 29-03-2015. The contract was suppose to end on the 28/03/2017. Soon after signing the contract i tried to buy out the contract and i was told to pay around R5000 which was too much for me. So continued with the contract until the cessation day.
They stopped deducting money from my account for about 7 months because the contract end date. I received a call from a debt collector asking me to pay R1289.48 which they siad i was owing them. We agreed on payment terms and i completed the payment.
She promised they will stop debting my accy since the contract ended in 2017.
I only realized that they are still deducting my from account in 2021, soon after which i reversed the deductions.
Then about a month ago I phoned by a debt collector, to whom i explained my disagreement with the payment. She promised to come back to me, but never phoned again. I phoned her one day and she said she was not having network so she can not talk to me at that.
Then today again they started to deduct again.
I am only asking to talk to the company not the people they sent after us. The Capetown number on the web does not work.
Please help
Desired outcome: Explanation of what is happening and when will it end.
gtasa and gtanam no contract cancelation
Here in Namibia we have been taken advantage of by GTANAM.
GTANAM is operating under the premis that they have local offices in Namibia, THEY DO NOT!
We have tried calling the local numbers that do not exist on MTC's call list, the emails sent thus far have been completely ignored, we tried calling SA but get a voice message referring to a cell phone we have tried calling that and it gets put down and goes to voice mail on which there is zero response as well.
The number on a web search of GTANAM has never worked for this company but his cellphone number is attached to it, how is this allowed? Is this not a form of fraud? Taking a number belonging to another individual and claiming it to be yours?
This has wasted 85N$ worth of our money trying to get hold of this company in 10 minutes worth of phone calls to RSA.
We have tried to be civil in going about this in the proper manner and are being completely ignored. We can't afford to pay these monthly instalments anymore as COVID has taken it's toll. We would like to buy out the contract ASAP but nowhere on their site does one come across ANY documentation allowing you to opt out of a contract We have sent an email twice on their site but have had ZERO response.
Why is it fair that a multimillion dollar owned company has the right to claim money that the people can't afford to pay, and they do not give you the means to buy out the contract with out claiming an exorbitant amounts of money?
I find GTANAM's manner on the evening of the launch also to be completely unethical as we declined their offers TWICE and were bombarded with another one, that we were forced to accept just so that we could get out of the offices, this was already 21H15 at night.
We find these actions grossly unethical on GTANAM's behalf that has absolutely NO office in Namibia. We have done all we can to civilly engage GTASA and GTANAM in this matter but have been completely ignored.
Edit: I have now sent an email to a Mrs, A van Wyk that has contacted us and told us that they stand firm on their contract and that we must see it through to maturation. How is this possible if we have repeatedly warned them that we are facing financial difficulties ahead?
I again asked to be given a contract buyout while we have some available funds and they are refusing this option. Are we being forced toward legal action when we are asking for a solution?
I do not understand how when we are warning them of an impending situation and are proposing an alternative means of settlement that we are being forced into legal action by them?
Does anyone have any information to help us with. We are trying to do the right thing for both parties and this company is just trying to destroy us...
How does an institution such as this get away with such bullying?
I have been paying for the last three years with no assistance or benefit from this scam< tried to cancel but didn't succeed, still paying a monthly payment of 500+ every month
please help.

false and misleading information
In 2009 they called me and told me I won a holiday but just needed to come to a presentation. They gave me false information and lied about the discounts that will be given and also put extreme pressure on my husband and I to sign the contract. We signed the contract without them allowing us time to read it as they said that we would have to pay more the next day and convinced us it was exactly as they had presented it. Really pressured us into signing. They took R3999 from my credit card and when I tried to book in 2010 I discovered that we had been given false information. I called them and told them I want to cancel and they said they would handle it. Today they called and told me that I owe them money from 2010. This is an extremely unethical company that purposely misleads people with false information and pressures them into signing. A real scam company who trains their consultants to lie and cheat people
daylight robbery and false and misleading information
I got the phone call saying I won a prize no strings attached as I entered the competition at the Tourism expo. I just had to listen to an hour presentation and a Thailand holiday would be mine. At the presentation, a sales agent made a very good and aggressive pitch. You are not allowed to think about it. I told him I plan on going to Thailand in December. He assured me that they are a premium travel agent who can advise me on the best places to stay and activities to do as they travel frequently and have a lot of experience. He also allowed me to phone one of his satisfied customers. He then proceeded to show me the current specials they have and assured me that by travelling with them I would save tremendously. As I was still sceptic he searched booking.com and compared it to their prices. According to his calculations I would save tremendously even including their fee. He guaranteed me I would be able to go to Thailand in December, 4 star accommodation for 10k for two weeks. I asked him regarding cancellation and he stated that yes I can cancel, but that is obviously not what they want. Based on the calculations made I signed up for the very hefty fee. I received a mail in the week stating congratulations, and I would be registered within 4-6 weeks, after which I can access their services and website. Obviously I put my holiday planning on ice, eagerly waiting to use their services and to receive the benefit of all this money I am spending. After more than 6 weeks passed, I contacted them as my time was starting to run out. I then received login details and a mail address. No assistance on how to go about either. The website was a waste of time. I mailed the reservations department stating my friend and I would like to go to Thailand for two weeks in December and my friend was cc'd in. A consultant contacted us asking for a budget and where. We stated we do not have one yet, and we do not know where as we do not know the country. We asked her for suggestions and specials. She responded by asking again where and dates. We then gave her dates and places to go and asked again for suggestions. We then waited. After some time, we inquired as we need to get the bookings started and sorted. She responded with a quote of more than N$40, 000. For 3star accommodation. We responded that we were very dissapointed and this is not at all close to the 10k per person for 4 star as promised. We were then asked for the sales agent and was told that December is peak season. After spending 2 hours on the internet we could get 4star accommodation for our two week holiday, everything included for 23k for 2 people. The accommodation we got from booking.com. We informed the travel agent who requested the quote. We gave the accommodation and sites. I then started to realise this was a scam. I have to put in time and effort. There is no expert advice. There is no cheap high quality accommodation. By December my 3 star holiday through GTA would have cost me more than 50k if you include their fee. Where I could get a 4 star holiday for 23k. When I realised my expensive misstake I contacted the relationshipmanager and asked to cancell my contract, to prevent me from paying for nothing for the next 10 years. I was told customer care will look into the claims and my contract is not cancellable. Basically as the customer you carry all the risk, you have to pay and GTA does not have to do anything from their side. They do not have to deliver any services and there are no consequences for them. Customer service responded that they can cancel it for a fee and they did nothing wrong. They have many satisfied customers. And next time I should ask the agent to guide me regarding their accommodation. I continued to ask for cancellation. After following up on my cancellation again, I was told it is now with the legal department and out of their hands. The legal department contacted me and stated they will again investigate. I asked for regular feedback and explained I want the agreement terminated. Again I had to be the one following up and asking for feedback. The investigation came back that the place I had given as example has two bad reviews and the other is not comparable . ( I sent the wrong picture)It also doesn't include a 17% additional cost. I responded by stating that that place was an example and like previously stated they are welcome to peruse booking.com. There are many 4 and 5 stars accommodation at much better rates. Also the 17% additional cost they claimed was not true. I paid the stated price. Even so, with a 17% increase it would still be much cheaper than GTA. I also researched the hotel used as an example, and could only find reviews of between 4 and 5 stars. Everyone seemed happy in their reviews. I thus again requested for the agreement to be terminated. They keep promising me feedback, but nothing. They keep on wasting my time and money. If I had planned my holiday myself I would have not lost so much money and time, and would have had a stressfree planning of my trip. Their investigations and delays has caused me to pay three months service fee already, because my contract is not terminated as I have requested from the start. This is an expensive lesson to learn. I can't believe a service provider can get away with non-performance with no consequences and the consumer suffers.
False and misleading information
I joined KC travel 03/2011. They phone you and tell you that you have won a prize and that to get it you must come to a presentation and that you don't have to buy anything. I told them that I am not interested in any holiday club stuff! But they assure you it is not about timeshare or holiday club stuff. Getting there they give this exciting presentation...
