I was looking to replace five windows and two storm doors was VERY hesitant to call companies with the concern of being taken advantage of or charged "bogus fees". After meeting the sales *** and the lead technician ***, all of my concerns were not only addressed, but resolved. They gave me honest advice and the prices were the best in town. I NEVER felt pressured to upgrade or replace additional windows in my house. I actually had *** complete window maintenance for me before replacing 5 windows and two storm doors. *** was efficient and fair.I HIGHLY recommend contacting Valdicass for any window or door replacement needed in your home!

I had the very fortunate experience of working with Valdicass *** for an entry door replacement in my home. Not only were the options available high in both quality and design but Valdicass *** was able to arrange for delivery AND installation in a record 2 months time. In these crazy times with vendors routinely being behind the 8 ball for lack of parts, lack of labor and overall lack of tact, Valdicass *** proved they are what the new standard of business should be. They were professional, transparent in setting expectations, and reliable. I was prepared to hear there would be delays in receiving my new entry door, however, that private fear never became a reality as Valdicass *** came through! Additionally on the day of installation which was the day after Thanksgiving 2021, the installers were exactly on time, they were friendly and most importantly they took pride in their workmanship. It was evident in the way they conducted the whole process of removing our old door, preparing for the new door and finally the installation. The owner himself came by my home at the end to personally check on the completion. I was WOWED by that small gesture. Valdicass *** has earned a new customer for life!

and his team did a terrific job of residing my garage, which was partly damaged by a neighbor's fire. They assisted with siding options and accounted for some customized needs involving trim replacement and garage door seals. They efficiently and professionally completed the project in one day from tear-off to cleanup. I very much recommend them.

We were recommended Valdicass to replace our horrible, inefficient windows and could not be more thrilled with the results. Walter was very responsive and was able to come out to measure within a day or two. Windows are an investment - something you don't want to skimp on. He recommended a couple options and ultimately we trusted him to give us his expert opinion on which option would be most beneficial in the long run. He was able to get us everything we wanted. Our rep *** was amazing. We ordered our windows, which were a super upgrade to what we had before. They called to set up an install appt weeks before our scheduled date, which was a great surprise. *** and his crew that installed our windows were professional and courteous. Valdicass made buying windows easy. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. He really took the time it needed to explain the process and the windows themselves. The installation crew was amazing. They were professional, and highly skilled. They were even willing to touch up the paint! And, they cleaned up after themselves. Finally, the windows are beautiful! What a difference they make! The room looks bigger, brighter and will make a difference in heating and cooling my home. When I need new windows in the future, I will defiantly go back to Valdicass.

The Windows and the installation team are great. attention to detail reliability and meeting the installation time estimate were right on. they were pleasant and very efficient. we were very happy with the end result.

I happened to come across Valdicass while shopping for some replacement Pella windows. After receiving a quote, I scheduled with Walter to have the job completed. The materials were ordered promptly and his communication from the beginning to the install date was spot on. His crew arrived on time as promised. They were extremely professional and were able to wrap up the job quickly. I am hoping I do not have to replace any more windows for a while, but if I do I will absolutely be using Valicass again. Even will the supply chain issues, they were responsive and moved the project along, keeping me updated every step of the way.
