I. along with 8 siblings and a cousin inherited two IRA accounts from my mother. For some reason Vanguard decided to single me out for a screwing. On 10/30/23 they told me I had to file a specific form on their secure email portal, which I did that day. Over a week later they wrote to me saying I needed to send a hard copy of the form, which I did, per tracking the received it on 11/8, but on 11/13 they wrote to me again saying they needed me to mail in the form. At this point I called and got passed around to several representatives, who all expressed their shock and dismay, but did nothing except tell me t0 call back in a week. Yesterday I spoke with the estates' attorney who told me that I had no duty to file an individual form, that the estate had filed the form on behalf of all the heirs. I called back, a very nice woman promised to fix it - but you guessed it; nothing has happened, meanwhile 6 of the other heirs have been fully funded, 3 without being asked for the tax form and within a matter of days.
Claimed loss: In excess of $80,000 US
Desired outcome: Fund the account.
