I ordered from Veho Tech, Inc. and they claimed my package was delivered. They even took a picture, but the picture doesn't show what I actually ordered from Hello Fresh. I went downstairs to check, but my Hello box is nowhere to be found. The carrier marked it as delivered, but this is a big mistake. People rely on food deliveries like this to plan their whole week and budget accordingly. I'm tracking BK48BG and hope this gets resolved soon.
They hire just anyone
They hire just anyone. I ordered food from one of those online places and they said they delivered it, but it wasn't at my 5th floor unit. I know they had a picture, but anyone can take a picture and then just walk off with the package. It's clear on the package what it is and the company is from. The picture they sent me is cropped and customer service is refusing to acknowledge any of this on Veho's end. At this point, my refrigerated food is now bad as this was day 2 of delivery. It sucks being on a special diet. All I wanted was what felt like restaurant-quality food during meal times when my kids have restaurant food. But nope. I can't trust this company. This happened a year ago and I stopped ordering from Factor 75. I got an offer I couldn't resist and took them up on it, but they're still with Veho and they didn't deliver. Imagine a delivery service that DOESN'T deliver. I wish I could just pick the food up myself. I love the food from Factor 75. Just not the delivery service, and there's no other delivery service for Factor 75 to choose from in an area as large as ***. That's sad. It means I can't trust that I'll ever receive my food from Factor 75.

On 12/22/2022, I ordered a Jumpsuit from Saks Fifth Avenue Store. On 12/26/2022 at 7:00 a.m., I was informed via text that my Saks Fifth Avenue package would arrive on 12/27/2022. On 12/28/2022, Veho emailed me about delivery between 9:05 am and 1:05 pm that day. At 9:05 am, Veho texted a photo confirming delivery at my house. However, the package was missing upon my return. Despite searching the neighborhood, it was nowhere to be found. I texted Veho, and an employee promised to investigate but later reported the package was lost. I've yet to receive it and urge your organization to consider this experience when evaluating delivery partners. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely

Veho has done like 15 deliveries for me through HelloFresh and other meal-delivery services. Like half of them were messed up by drivers who didn't follow instructions. Two times they even delivered to the wrong address! So, after the second time, I added instructions saying my address is the second one with the same number in the neighborhood, like "***," and to check the street name. But then, one of their support people decided to remove that instruction when I complained about something else. They kept delivering to my front door, where stuff can get stolen, instead of the gated back patio. And guess what? It happened again today, I think for the third time. My package still hasn't arrived, even though they marked it as delivered. I tried to contact support, but they're too busy helping other customers. Are there really that many people dealing with messed up deliveries, or is their support team just really understaffed? I don't know. And I can't even find out because they only do email or text communication. I can't call and talk to someone to figure out how to fix this. I think that would be a good place to start, at least.

The pic showed my package sitting on the stairs *** feet away from my front door-where carriers usually leave my packages. Because my house is high up from the street, it's hard to see packages on my open porch. I texted the driver asking why he left it out instead of at my door. I called my neighbor to get the package, but it was gone. I called Saks for the carrier's info and explained what happened. They said they don't have a phone number, only email. So, I texted the number the driver sent the pic from and told them my package was missing. About 20min later, I got a text from *** saying, "We're sorry for any inconvenience. It seems your package was delivered successfully. We apologize for the bad placement." But the package was delivered correctly and I didn't give any special instructions. I replied, "I didn't think I needed to tell you to leave it at the door. After watching my neighbor's camera footage, I saw the driver park in front of my house, walk to his SUV with the package at 12:18p. There was no package on the step when he arrived or left. When I told them this and described the driver, they said they would check. The next day, while going down my steps, I saw the same box he took a pic of on my neighbor's lawn. I texted Veho, asking who steals a package and returns the empty box the next day. I got a text from *** saying they will investigate. Not resolved.
This Veho Delivery has the worst servive I ever meet. This company should shut down by BBB and many complains from customers. Im still waiting for a package that should be delivered on Friday 11-10-23 and today is 11-15-23 and this people bavent show at all and there ia not customer service at all. The worst comoany with the worst service
