I ordered a stone wash sink from VidalXl in the beginning of August. When it arrived about 2 weeks into August, I thought it looked small compared to what I ordered. Upon measuring it, I found that they had sent me the size down from what I had ordered. I took pictures, and found the webpage to grab the links, to prove to them, they sent the wrong one.
They then sent me through 8 different agents 4 of them whom asked the exact same questions, which I answered.
Then from 3 different agents I got 3 different answers.
1. it is the correct size (despite then having documentation from their own webpage proving otherwise)
2. we are sorry, would you like a voucher of 100dkk (less than a tenth of what I paid) as compensation. I replied, that I wanted either full refund or the sink I ordered and paid for)
3. you have to send it back before we can process what to do. (I asked them for a return label- they refused to provide one despite it would cost me more than double what I paid, to return it)
Desired outcome: A. send me the correct item with a return label, so I can send the other sink back (I don't trust them not to cheat me again)or B. refund me the full amount I paid
