25 cents nicked
I can't tell you how many times I complete a survey for $1.00 and I am only given 75 cents. There are other times I will spend what seems forever and a day on a survey and get about 85-90% through one when it knocks me off saying I don't qualify. That kind of ticks me off. Other than that it's just some chump change for the future. I rarely sit and work on them. I'll do a little here and there. It's a good company that has some glitches to work on.
Survey site
I haven't been able to log into my account for months and keep contacting them and they say they're "looking into it" but nothing gets done about it or nobody gets back to me. I was a few dollars away from cashing out!
Can't redeem my money
I got my account all the way up to the cash out point after years of working on it then they came up with some kind of sham why they couldn't pay me then I think thet were trying to get into my paypal account after I tryed to verify through their site. Paypal informed me

login problem
I have been a client of vindale research for about 5 years. This problem has been going on for about for at least 6 weeks. The problem is on your end. It seems that every time I try to log in to my account I keep getting this stupid message (error for site owner, invalid domain for site key). Ever since I first signed up I have had to access my account thru facebook and now I an't even do that. I have approximately $46.52 in my account and don't feel like loosing it or starting over with another email address and password.
number of survey messages I receive
My email address is: [protected]@mindspring.com. I have a password I printed in my records, but it is not accepted when I try to get here directly.
I enjoy completing surveys, and if I start with one it will continue after that is finished to the next. I used to receive three or four each day, so usually I only had to start with one and delete the others because after the first it would continue through the others.
Now I get 20 or more each day! It is cumbersome to go through all my email. I still choose one at a time, usually three or four times a day, so it will continue until the end without needing to select any more from original message.
See if you can get it back to only one each few hours instead of so many every time I start.

vindale
My partner Fiona Gillette has been doing surveys for Vindale for at least a year if not longer today she was asked a whole load of questions about her personal life very inappropriate uncomfortable painful memories and then had the audacity to say she was not qualified to submit and get the points for it. To say I am angry is understated I am furious if she does not get an apology and her points I will be going higher . It's completely out of order xxx
not being able to verify a paypal account that does not need to be verified when it's in use everyday
I have been trying to cash out its saying my PayPal is not verified I have reached out on 2 occasions already and I still can't cash out I have talked to PayPal and they say it's on y'all end their is nothing wrong with my account I use it literally everyday I just want my 50.00 this is ridiculous and then your site says it is another account with my email I only have one so that is not mine just fix the problem please so I can move on from this thank you
wow Tee!...I've got the EXACT same problem! These NY guys are definitely scamsters!
Payment
No matter how I tried to get $50.28 right now through PayPal it won't work even though my PayPal account is verified still didn't work. I'm trying to get my get my $50.28 now before August 30th comes in which is the next payment due date for them to send the out money I don't have any other options besides PayPal and they took the check option which they should bring it back or use another type of option besides PayPal cause I need to get that fifty dollar cash out before August 30th I called their number no answer I emailed them no answer I'm beginning to get very upset if my issue is not solved by Friday. Another thing I added pic to show proof that I tried to request my money through PayPal and it does not work for me there's have to be another option. This is my time Rd time complaining about my payments.
I cashed out in oct for $50. It was supposedly sent but never actually showed up in their. Someone responded twice saying they would look into but nothing has been resolved. It is now february and I'm beyond frustrated. Finally googled their phone and talked to someone. Hopefully I will eventually get my payment. Did you ever get yours?
No response to problems
I signed up to take these paid surveys and when I reached $50 they would send the money to my Paypal account. The pay for referrals, but out of the four people I referred, I only received credit for two. Once I started to get money in my account ($11.90) they threw me out of the site saying something about spam and that I would need to re-verify my email before I could continue. I tried to do that multiple time over multiple days and it would not reinstate my account so I could get my money out. I tried getting support from them, but they just ignore me. In addition, when you take these surveys, they make you spend about 10 minutes answering questions and just when you would get credit for the survey and be paid, they say you did not qualify. This is a scam. Don't sign up.

non pay for surveys
I have completed surveys with Vindale that has totaled $50. I attempted to redeem in October. I go a message that it was redeemable on another date. I tried on that date and still was unable to process. I sent and e-mail and was sent a request to verify my identity. I complied. Today is the date for the next payout but when I access the site, they have next redemption date is 12-29. What kind of scam is this? Either you're going to pay or not. Am I wasting my time trying to get my reward?
I was not paid for my services from vindale research
I happily completed surveys for Vindale for over a year. At the end of August 2017, I submitted my pay request as I have always done. Vindale closed my account and did not pay me the $50 they owe me.
It is their right to close my account but refusing to pay me is totally unethical and it just might be considered fraud. I have contacted Vindale at [protected]@vindale.com and by instant message at least 10 times and they ignore me and they do not respond. The phone number they offer is nothing more than a unattended voice mail.
I want to be paid for my services.
payment center
My name is Edward Coleman my phone # is [protected] I have not been able to move my $50 earnings through the second step of the payment Center. When I get to the page where you have two options (check or pay pal) neither one will work.. I tried first on my laptop then Tablet and finally my Smartphone.. Its not working and Support isn't responding to my emails.. Can Someone please respond..

the sole oufit who cancels your 100% finished work alleging you are not slw enough
They do not warn you that you are not SLOW enough during process. They wait til you finish 100% to announce you are not getting paid.. but they are !..This after I complained tp the BBB 3 times ..It does not happen in other survey companies to this frequency.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
This is also happening to me and many others
This is a completely ridiculous waste of time. They'll put you through 15 or 20 minutes of questions, just to tell you that you don't qualify for the survey. I'm on a lot of panels and I have never encountered an operation this bogus. Do NOT participate!
no gifts and I wasted time
I signed up for the website www.vindale.com. I wanted to make several surveys and get the gift from the rep. It was mentioned that after 10 surveys, they provide small gifts and new opportunities. Ok, I finished these surveys today and waited that they would reply. I was so upset and waited for nothing. It isn’t appropriate and unprofessional from their side to ignore and don’t provide gifts.
they didn't provide gifts or bonuses. another scam
People, don’t waste your time on the website www.vindale.com. I filled the surveys in order to get some bonuses and gift. But they sent me different surveys and asked to fill them as soon as possible. They promised to provide gift after 5 surveys, but later they started to tell me some other things. This company mislead me and their actions aren’t honest, so be careful with them.
scam survey site
I am leaving Vindale Research, a website that offers to pay you for answering surveys. You see, I recently spent the better part of an hour on one of their surveys, only to be told when I clicked the 'SUBMIT" button at the end of it that I did not qualify and therefore would not be paid. (it was only a couple dollars, hardly enough to pay for an hour of my time.)
This particular survey involved reading a complicated legal case and answering questions as if I were on the jury. I also had to render a verdict, and write in my own words why I reached that verdict and what other information I would like to have.
I have contacted support, had a long conversation with them, and gotten the response that they will not investigate why I was disqualified, and they will not pay me.
So I must recommend that nobody join, and that those who have joined should seriously consider leaving. As far as I am concerned, the site is a rip-off.
vindale surveys
02/15/2013 I lorraine williams did not get paid today.
vindale researce owes me 50.00 for my surveys i worked on and i received a email stating vindale only pay out on the first and the 15th so today is the 15th and did not receive my payment. I was advise to send thee complaint in first before i take action. my email is [protected]@yahoo.com. please respond
Vindale Research are crooks, first you submit for payment, they told me I had suspicious activity on my account, hello I use the only computer I have and it is just me when I requested clarification they sent me today 4/15/2013 an email that said I need to send them a copy of my government ID or passport to get paid and closed my account, lol, as if I would do that. My advice-stay away from Vindale Research if you are doing online surveys they are crooks and don't pay. I did use Inbox Dollars and have already received $130 over 2 months from them.
did not get paid
I spent hours doing surveys to finally get to payout of 50.00 i requested payment on friday, then on saturday i tried to log on account. It said vindale has cancelled membership. So all my time is wasted, and i get no money. Left feeling scammed. Im not the only one.

The same exact thing happened to me...i worked for like 6 months to get this 50.00 and when i requested payment they cancelled my account. I feel violated!
Good to know, they contacted me trying to get me to become a member. I was a member with Panda Research, it took me at least 6 months to get to the $50 mark to be able to get paid back in November, they say I should receive a check in mid January. Soo not worth it, I now get hundreds of emails daily and a number of phone calls each day. I'm getting my check and getting out!
sends personal information to outside sources without your permission
When I signed up for Vindale Research, I was asked to answer a few questions to complete my member profile, one of which was if I was interested in receiving a subscription to Forbes magazine for an 80% discount. I checked yes, expecting to get a link or more information sent to me, but I got far more-- without my consent. Imagine my surprise when the first issue of Forbes Magazine showed up in my mailbox! I had never filled out a subscription form at any point, so Vindale Research sent my address and who knows what else to Forbes magazine and automatically subscribed me to a magazine. I ended up keeping the magazines and paying the dues to Forbes, but this seriously concerned me. If they sent my information to a magazine and ordered a subscription without my knowledge or consent, what else did they/ could they do with my information? I quickly canceled my membership, and I suggest any of you who value your privacy do the same. I'm just glad I never entered any financial information in my profile.

fraud/misleading information
I have been completing Survey after Survey for this company and after 10 to 15 minutes of answering questions, I get a screen saying I did not qualify. Okay but I GAVE THEM ALL THE INFORMATION ALREADY! Which means they just scammed me out of all my information first, then they don't pay me the $1 or $5. per survey!
On the other hand if I use my credit card, they are more than happy to pay the $1. or $4. Why do I need to subscribe to a service when they only want me to evaluate it?
I have earned $37.75 to date. According to Vindale Research I can NOT request payment until I reach $50.00
Well I WANT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND BE PAID THE MONEY I EARNED, HOW DO I GO ABOUT DOING THAT?
