Vintage Corporation Vintage Corporation is a really unprofessional company

Vintage Corporation is a really unprofessional company. They are so rude, it's unbelievable. They also have some serious issues with racism, which is just not cool. And let me tell you, they have no problem stealing people's money. It's like their favorite pastime or something.

But that's not all. Their properties are a disaster. I mean, seriously, they are all damaged and in terrible condition. And to top it off, they all smell like marijuana. I'm not even kidding. It's like a constant cloud of stink in every apartment.

Overall, I would not recommend Vintage Corporation. They are just not worth your time or money.

Vintage Corporation ZERO STARS - RENTERS BEWARE

ZERO STARS - RENTERS BEWARE. I lived at Vintage Corporation for 16 months and left the apartment in a clean and livable condition. They are charging me $2000 for carpet replacement, which is unwarranted because I left it in good livable conditions. This charge is completely unreasonable when compared to what the other apartments in the area charge their tenants for carpet replacement (comparable to ***). I confirmed this with 3 separate apartment complexes in the area. There is an $800-$1000 difference. Why charge tenants more than you have to by contracting with a more expensive service? There are numerous complaints and poor *** reviews about this same issue.

Vintage Corporation If I could give negative stars, I would

If I could give negative stars, I would. We had 2 vehicles broken into and one stolen from the property (*** was unable to help due to the lack of security and security systems in place). But we recently moved out and are now being charged upwards of $1450+ for carpet damages. They have been able to provide 5 photos that show a no larger than 4x4 square with damage that they claim is from pet urine (no pet has ever stepped foot into our apartment). The section was also 50% covered by a nightstand that never moved once after it had been placed. They also never contacted me prior to doing any replacements and they will do it to you too! There are TONS of reviews with people claiming the exact same things are happening to them and my current roommate who also lived at *** but in a separate building is also being charged with nearly the same amount for the same issue? (That seems a bit concerning and sketchy)

Vintage Corporation I would never live anywhere related to this company again

I would never live anywhere related to this company again. I submitted an application to receive financial assistance, and it took them 3 months to click a few buttons for me. Then, I needed to register my car in their new parking system, so I signed up, and it took them weeks to approve that. By the time they approved it, they towed my car the next morning. My tags were expired, yes, so they were within their right, but I had just bought the car and ordered tags and left a note on the car stating tags were in the mail. I thought any decent human being would see that and decide not to go through with towing the car of a resident who had their recently purchased car parked in the parking spot of where they live. On top of all that, they lied straight to my face when asked if they towed my car. The apartments themselves look nice, but the carpet is installed wrong, and the trim in the house has multiple places that it was cut wrong and easy to hurt yourself. Terrible experience!

Vintage Corporation I wish I had read these reviews as well as the *** reviews before moving in

I wish I had read these reviews as well as the *** reviews before moving in. It made me sick to my stomach when I received my security deposit back after living in my unit for 4 months, $44. The leasing agent was wonderful to work with and both he and the current management (which has changed I think 3 times since my involvement) said they would gladly work with me when I needed to move out. I gave more than 30 days notice and within a week my unit was rented again to new tenants. I had to cancel my in-person walk-through due to Covid but the unit was spotless and I took multiple pictures even inside the refrigerator. I paid a $900 deposit, $300 non-refundable pet deposit for a cat. The paperwork said that there were 2 broken shelves in the fridge and I owed more rent. The manager at the time on 8/1 when I went in person to ask for the amount due she calculated it for me, based on me moving out 8/15 and new tenants moving in 8/22. Not sure why I owed more. I went in to discuss as I just knew there had to be a mistake as my unit was only 2 years old and the fridge looked brand new, I have pictures of the inside. They said two shelves were broken. I shared my pictures and the new manager seemed surprised as well. Crazy disappointing that I barely lived there and I was charged for this and fridge was in basically new condition. It seems like photos from another unit's fridge were submitted as my pictures show no damage and clean. Heartbreaking as this attacked me personally who is very responsible and even pulled weeds and picked up trash around the complex because I love to weed. Something must be going on as the management turnover in my short period was 3 times. Just hurt and disappointment and was in complete shock of what I was charged. The new manager did submit for a reduction in cleaning as I left the unit spotless even though whoever walked it said differently. She also did not charge me for 2 screens so got a little more back. Sad.

Vintage Corporation I recently had a bad experience with Vintage Corporation

I recently had a bad experience with Vintage Corporation. They totally refused to provide a fair accommodation for my 15-year-old kid who's stuck in a wheelchair. It's just not right, you know? My child deserves to be treated with respect and given the necessary support. But Vintage Corporation didn't seem to care at all. It's a real shame.

Vintage Corporation Moving into an apartment complex managed by Vintage Corp was a real hassle for my wife and me

Moving into an apartment complex managed by Vintage Corp was a real hassle for my wife and me. We had a ton of trouble getting approval for my wife's ESA cat's paperwork. And when it was time to move out, we were hit with a bill to replace the carpet due to stains that were supposedly found underneath the 5-year-old carpet. It's worth mentioning that there were no stains visible on top. It took them weeks to provide us with receipts and other necessary information. The property manager and the disbursement manager were incredibly rude and sarcastic. They refused to explain the inconsistencies in the billing prices. It seems like Vintage Corp has a habit of wrongfully charging former tenants for carpet replacement, as we discovered from other complaints.

Vintage Corporation I used to live in an apartment complex managed by Vintage

I used to live in an apartment complex managed by Vintage. My deposit was $600. When I moved out, they refused to inspect my apartment until I had moved out and they could inspect it privately. I moved out on time and gave them proper notice. I left the apartment very clean and undamaged. They informed me that it would take 60 days to return my deposit. However, all I received was a letter stating that I would not be getting my deposit back and that I owe an additional $100 for extra damages and cleaning. The place was left almost spotless with no significant damage. There were no stains on the carpet, no holes in the walls, not even a single hole. I cleaned all the bathrooms, the refrigerator, the stove, and hand washed the walls before leaving.

Is Vintage Corporation Legit?

Vintage Corporation earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

Our conclusion: After a detailed review, ComplaintsBoard finds Vintage Corporation to be a trustworthy company. Although there's a 0% resolution rate for customer complaints, which deserves attention, Vintage Corporation is known for their high standards and safety. If you're thinking about dealing with Vintage Corporation, it's wise to check how they handle complaints.

Vintage-corp.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Vintage-corp.com has been deemed safe to visit, as it is protected by a cloud-based cybersecurity solution that uses the Domain Name System (DNS) to help protect networks from online threats.

Vintage-corp.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with Vintage Corporation, is very old. Longevity often suggests that a website has consistently provided valuable content, products, or services over the years and has maintained a stable user base and a sustained online presence. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Vintage Corporation has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 13 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • Website's registrar is popular among scammers, it means that a significant number of scammers have used that registrar to register domain names for their fraudulent websites. This can indicate that the registrar has lax verification processes, making it easier for scammers to register domains without providing accurate information.
  • Vintage-corp.com has relatively low traffic compared to other websites, it could be due to a niche focus, but could also indicate a potential lack of traffic and popularity. The vintage-corp.com may offer a niche product or service that is only of interest to a smaller audience.
  • Vintage Corporation protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

Vintage Corporation I gave my notice on July 11 to move out

I gave my notice on July 11 to move out. I was sitting at the desk with Maddison, the lease manager, and she failed to inform me that July 11th will be one day past the date of July 10th to give notice, and I will have to pay another month's rent of $1250.00. She sat there in front of me and said nothing. This is unbelievable! So they kept my $600 deposit and sent me a bill for $749.00. This isn't right or professional at all. I spent the 7 months dealing with construction defects from the construction of these apartments. It took Vanessa months to schedule and repair all the outstanding items in this unit. It was a huge inconvenience. This way issues were handled by Madison and Vanessa in the front office was like walking into a circus. Vanessa didn't seem to be on top of her game as manager, and Madison was just clueless. I hope something can be done to let people know how this company conducts business from day to day. I'm not the only one who has had problems like this.

Vintage Corporation My daughter and I rented an apartment from Vintage Corporation starting in February

My daughter and I rented an apartment from Vintage Corporation starting on Feb. 4th, 2020. We inspected the place with a checklist provided by Vintage and noted the old carpet. We had permission for my trained ESA dog to live with us. Upon moving out on 5/28, Vintage claimed there were stains under the carpet where our furniture had been, which was impossible. They also wanted to charge for a pre-noted damaged window screen.

Vintage Corporation I lived in an apartment managed by Vintage for almost 3 years, and when we moved out we cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom

I lived in an apartment managed by Vintage for almost 3 years, and when we moved out we cleaned the entire apartment from top to bottom. But when we received a letter in the mail 60 days AFTER we had already moved out, we were told that everything was dirty and that they were keeping our security deposit. Not only that, but that we owed an additional $1,700 on top of that to replace the carpets due to "pet stains" in both of the rooms. The cat was not even allowed in one of the rooms due to allergies, and the only pictures provided that showed "pet stains" were from that room. I was told there were multiple pictures of rooms with stains but it's just pictures from the same room. There is no way they would have even known the stains were there unless they were planning to rip them up anyway as you could not see a stain from the top. And they just get to pick whatever expensive carpet they want and decide you owe that money, and we don't even have the opportunity to negotiate on the price.

Vintage Corporation I wanna complain 'bout Vintage Corporation 'cause they be chargin' us for stuff we ain't done

I wanna complain 'bout Vintage Corporation 'cause they be chargin' us for stuff we ain't done. We lived in their *** Apartments from May to Jan 2022. They sent us a bill sayin' we owe 'em 1,456.88 bucks. They say it's 'cause we gotta replace all the carpet and pay for cleanin' services. But when we left, the apartment was in great shape, and we even hired a cleanin' crew. They say it was dirty and not cleaned, but I already paid for a maid service to do a thorough cleanin' before we moved out. I called 'em and told 'em that, and they said, "Well, maybe we charged ya too much. But we still gotta charge ya 97.50 'cause the fridge was dirty." What a load of crap! And chargin' us for new carpet? Ridiculous! We only got a little dog, a chihuahua, who's been potty trained for 6 years. We always took her out and went for walks. When we moved in, we paid a deposit for movin' in and a pet deposit. But all we got back was a bill for 1,456.88 and false accusations. I hope they fix this mess real quick. *** Wegner

Vintage Corporation On 04.01.2020, I moved into an apartment in a new city and faced issues upon leaving.

On 04.01.2020, I moved into an apartment. On 08.20.2021, I informed the management of my departure on 09.30.2021. Shortly after, their representative inspected the apartment and found no issues. No further inspection was scheduled for my move-out date. I left the place spotless. The next day, I confirmed they received my keys and inquired about my $600 security deposit, which was to be returned within 60 days. However, I recently got a letter from the property company demanding $1,383.78 for cleaning and carpet replacement, alleging stains visible under black light. They falsely stated the carpet was new when I moved in, but my initial inspection noted it was only in good condition. They provided no evidence for their claims, only handwritten notes. I suspect they're attempting to defraud me. I'm seeking assistance to recover my deposit, but I'm prepared to take the matter to small claims court if necessary. This situation is unacceptable. Thank you for your attention.

Vintage Corporation We lived at *** for 2 years

We lived at *** for 2 years. When we moved out, they wanted to charge us over $2000 for replacing the carpet. We have many issues with this - first, we have photo proof of the carpet's condition when we left. There were no stains, smells, or other damage beyond normal wear and tear. When we asked for clarification, they showed us pictures of stains on the underside of a corner of the carpet. They said pulling the carpet was their policy, but they didn't do it when we moved in. We had furniture in that corner, so there's no way those stains came from us. Secondly, they showed us blacklight photos of small spots on the carpet, claiming it was urine. The photos don't show where the problems are, how big they are, or even if they are from our apartment. Also, many things glow under blacklight, including cleaning products. In the charges they listed, they said the carpet was depreciated as if it was brand new (which it wasn't), and Vintage Corp is charging more than what the carpet company's invoice states. The carpet company conveniently happens to be located in Greeley and is getting a lot of business from this complex. I've never seen an apartment change the carpet so often during my time here. They were there every week. It's completely unnecessary and makes me think there's some shady business deal or cooperation happening between the two. We disputed all of this and sent a certified letter, but they never responded, even though we have proof of delivery. They also stopped emailing us after admitting they overcharged us. They said they would fix the depreciation with the billing department and then disappeared. They are a total scam.

Vintage Corporation I moved out on 6/30/22 and did an in-person walk through with the assistant manager of the property, who is now the Property Manager

I moved out on 6/30/22 and did an in-person walk through with the assistant manager of the property, who is now the Property Manager. She said my apartment was the cleanest she had ever seen at move out. She mentioned that cleaning services would come in and it would take about an hour, costing $30. I took pictures of everything the assistant manager took pictures of. We both signed a move out checklist and there was no mention of anything needing replacement or cleaning. I also attached photos of the documents.

However, on August 22, 2022, Vintage sent me a letter saying that cleaning would cost $195 and deducted it from my deposit. They also said I owe them $29.88, which is due 30 days from August 22nd. I tried to contact the property manager twice on 8/26/22 and left a message with Dana on 8/30/22 three times. The property manager told Makayla that she was busy with time-sensitive tasks and couldn't talk to me. I explained that my issue was also time-sensitive and I just needed a moment to clarify. Makayla then told me that the property manager looked into it but didn't have any answers for me. She instructed me to contact Vintage Corporations and speak with Bethany.

It's frustrating that the assistant manager, who did my move out walk through, didn't even get on the phone with me. I cleaned my apartment on all fours while being 4/5 months pregnant. When I called Vintage, their systems were down and Bethany, who was supposedly in the office, didn't speak to me. I left her a voice-mail. I also have other charges for utilities that were never in my name, but now I'm being held responsible for them. This is unacceptable. I just want my full deposit refund, minus the $30 for cleaning that was the only thing I was told about during move out.

Vintage Corporation Vintage Corporation, specifically their apartments in CO, has failed to return my security deposit on time.

Vintage Corporation, with their apartments in CO, hasn't returned my deposit within the 60-day period as per our contract. During my stay, they didn't meet their duties. Maintenance entered my unit without consent, despite my refusal of service. When I reported this, I was accused of lying. They also mishandled parking issues for residents. As for my deposit, the contract states it should be refunded within 60 days post walk-through. I did this on December 1st, but by February 15th, 2022, 76 days later, I've had no response despite 11 calls.

Vintage Corporation On February 6, I got a "Notice to Quit" from Vintage Corporation

On February 6, I got a "Notice to Quit" from Vintage Corporation. They didn't give any reason even though I asked. The notice said I had to leave the apartment by February 29. It said, "You are notified by the owner that your tenant of the land and premises described below is terminated as of 2/29 at 11:59 p.m. and you are told to leave the place before that date and time." After reading the notice, I called the apartment manager and told her I would leave on February 16. She said it was okay, so I did that. I paid a prorated rent with a money order for the time I stayed there. After moving out, I got a notice saying I still owed rent for the rest of February. The notice said I had to leave by the 29th. I left before the 29th like the notice said. I also cleaned the apartment with some help. I took pictures of everything after we finished cleaning. We cleaned everything, even under the appliances, because Vintage Corporation is known for not giving back deposits. I knew this, so we cleaned really well. They also charged me for replacing a vinyl "wood plank" that was poorly glued on top of the old vinyl floor before we moved in. The "wood plank" was under the washer and dryer. The dryer's heat melted the glue, and when we moved the dryer, the "wood plank" came up. I have pictures of that. They also charged me for a cleaning crew even though we already cleaned the apartment. I won't pay for something that wasn't necessary. They also charged me for some blinds that needed to be replaced. I called both the old and new managers about the blinds more than once, but nothing was done. The tall blinds in the living room were really bad when we moved in. They wouldn't stay in place and were always falling down. I have documents, pictures, and witnesses to support everything I've said.

Vintage Corporation I'm writing about a fake claim for damages to a rental unit

I'm writing about a fake claim for damages to a rental unit. The complex wants $1,292.41 for damages that didn't exist. They're asking for this money over 4.5 months after we moved out and had the move-out inspection. Here's a description of the fake charges, a timeline to show that the apartment complex hasn't dealt with this in a timely manner (and without any proof), and I've attached a letter from the management company threatening to send this fake claim to collections within 30 days of the date. Unfortunately, I checked the Yelp reviews (1.5 stars) for this Property management company while writing this complaint. It seems like they do this to all their renters, charging more money when they move out. I also checked the ComplaintsBoard.com and even though they have an A+ rating, all the reviews are about the same complaint, overcharging after the renter was told everything was fine. From August 12, to January , we rented an apartment unit at "*** Apartments" (details of the complex below). When we first rented the apartment, the leasing agent told us it would be at a discounted rate because it wasn't going to be renovated until after we moved out. The *officialmove-out date was December 2, but according to the lease, we paid rent through January for a total of 6 months. When we moved out, the leasing agent asked us to hire their cleaning service because they would clean according to a checklist and help with the final inspection since they "knew what to look for." We hired and paid their in-house cleaning service, and in December , the inspection and black light inspection were done. They sent us an official inspection report dated February 2 (2 months after the inspection/black light inspection/move-out), stating that several areas were "dusty, dirty, and full of mud," even though their cleaning service had already cleaned and we had officially moved out for over 2 months. Additionally, the complex made a fake claim for a damaged screen door - it was NOT damaged, it was never mentioned before, and they didn't show us any evidence of the damage. Timeline of Events: August 12 • Rented unit for 6-month lease. Was told the unit was old and would be discounted because it was the only one not remodeled, remodeling would happen after move-out since the unit was in "rough" condition December 2 • Official and documented "move-out" date, complex was notified and move-out inspections were scheduled December • Complex asked us to hire their in-house team for a move-out clean. In House Cleaners hired + paid before final inspection December • Apartment complex completed final inspection February 2 • Inspection report dated as "complete," unit had been empty for 2 months at this point • No photos of reported "damage" February 6 • Carpet in unit replaced March 12 • Got a letter from Vantage Corporation (Management Company for *** Apartments) asking for $1,292.41 for fake claims of damage March 16 • Letter "posted" via USPS April 21 • Received letter from Vantage Corporation (Management Company for *** Apartments) April 21 • Called the management company, was referred to Lupe. Left a voicemail April 24 • Reached out to Lupe again, still no callback It's clear from the timeline and lack of photographic evidence that these charges were a silly attempt to make our family pay more for their already planned*** renovations to a unit that was originally rented in such bad condition that it was noted and discounted from the start. Please let me know the best way to proceed in removing these fake and unwarranted fines. Thank you.
