I bought a mirror from Vinted.
I refused the package on January 15 because the mirror was broken.
To begin with :
1-The pick up point was changed to a different one (in Diegem) other then the one I had chosen (in Nossegem) 2-when I went to the pick up point, the gentleman informed me that the package was completely damaged and the mirror broken, so I refused the package. It's the carrier's responsibility, no? In this case its Chronopost, tracking number XJ166794122JF.
Chronopost only accepts a complaint if it comes directly from Vinted and not from the buyer or the seller.
3- when I went to the vinted application, I didn't have the "I have a problem" button, it said "delivered" while the mirror was still at the Pick up point. So it's a computer error from vinted.
Today, I find myself paying for the package in full with delivery costs.
This is totally scandalous! I have contacted vinted several times via e-mail and via the application, but it seems no one reads properly my messages.
I have made a complaint on Test Achat Belgique and Vinted keeps sending me silly replies.
Vinted also told me to check with the seller. It's neither my fault nor the seller's fault. We have photos of the condition of the package which you will find attached! You will see the shameful state of the parcel. It's up to Vinted to resolve this problem with Chronopost and reimburse me, no?
