I sold a set of Collectors dolls house furniture to a lady, however, when it arrived some pieces were broken, she reported this to you. I obviously contacted her to see if we could resolve the issue and she supplied myself and also vinted, photographs of said breakages and evidence of the cardboard box and packing.
It was obvious that the package had been completely mishandled by Yodel.
You asked me for my response and I sent you details stating that Yodel had mishandled this package and were responsible for the breakages.
You replied that you did not have enough proof that my item complied with the description before shipping? so you were going to request a return? There were clear pictures of the items which did NOT need a description they spoke for themselves in the pictures. The lady was completely happy with the items, apart from the breakages. I replied stating the above fact so therefore how can they not comply. You replied stating that there was not enough protection for these items the requirements are: Cardboard box (bubble protection inside) The pictures supplied to you clearly showed a Cardboard box and protection? I replied it was in a cardboard box with bubblewrap and also FRAGILE written all over the box.
You should have taken this matter up with Yodel but you obviously could not be bothered. Just terrible customer service you never addressed the issue whatsoever just sent rubbish replies that had no bearing on the actual evidence and PROOF supplied. You never discussed the issue with the buyer I had to tell her that you wanted her to send them back to me, she is also disgusted with your customer service
