I have ordered and paid for a product from Nuyouth anti aging with my credit card. This was suppose to be R117.00
I have changed jobs in the mean time, and on 19 Sept advised them of my change of e-mail address and also queried delivery on the product I have paid for in July 2016 already. I have requested my money back, but no reply. For a period of time I never had access to my baks statements for my credit card. On 2nd Of December I went to the bank to change my personal information just to discover that they have deducted money off my account from July till now. This adds up to over R13500.00 south African Rands. I did try to chat online, but no luck. I honestly think this is a scam. I will do anything in my power to get my money back. Not even interested in their product anymore. Do anyone know how to resolve this?
