I replied to a special to pay only shipping or postage for a sample of the cream. This was in June 2016. I received the cream a couple of weeks later but in the meantime money was taken from my credit card for more creams. I phoned and asked for the shipment of the creams to stop and the money paid back to me which I was told another shipment was already on its way to me. The next month more money was taken from my account without me receiving any cream to that date except for the sample. This continued for months till September with me phoning time and again to ask for this to stop. The following amounts were taken from my account
22/6/2016 R104.48 (shipping for sample I did receive)
09/07/2016 R1369.74 (nothing received)
21/07/2016 R1428.83 (nothing received)
19/08/2016 R1348.30 (nothing received)
I was then paid back a credit after all my calls trying to sort this of R1183.16
No other monies were refunded to me till date

I have repeatedly cancelled your products, by phone and email. No emails were replied to, and your crap keeps coming without me ordering it!
The latest being order number [protected]. I now have four cancellation confirmation emails but still keep getting your crap.
The only way I have been able to achieve any confirmation emails is when I insist on staying on the phone in front of my computer until your call centere people in the phillipines send it!
Otherwise I have hung up thinking its cancelled only to get no confirmation email and then have you generate false order and try and debit my account!
That's fraud and theft in my book!

I have recorded the conversations and have names and emails.
Stop sending me your crap, and stop trying to debit my account based on orders I have never made.

My complaint is the same as everyone else's. Signed up for 14 day free trial. Looked at any terms and conditions and found none. The sign up was the 8/8/17. I picked up the product on 22/8/17. By this stage $131 AUS was deducted from my account but from a different business name from the one they had said postage would come out of. None of the 24hr 7 day a week phone numbers answered that night. I sent an email which 5 days later I received a reply which the host would not accept. I then had another (but different) transaction come out of my credit card account for $127.00 On contacting the bank they said this is a scam and you must close that credit card and reorder one. Everyone knows what a nuisance that is. I then found another email address from the second transaction. I sent that email on 25/8/17. I actually got one back today 29/8/17 saying they had taken the money out. 14 days had gone by from the order date so they have taken the money out. This is despite me not getting the product until after 14 days and sending it back straight away. This is a warning to any one do not particiate in any FREE TRIALS

Paid postage of $3.95 for a free product of Garcinia March 2017 - never received it. Was billed $130 dollars then a further $130. I rec'd a refund of $130 after cancelling order. I then rec'd weeks later I bottle and then a 2nd bottle which I returned to a postal address in Singapore costing $30. I was told 4 weeks ago that I would receive a further $131 refund but never did. After numerous calls & e-mails (no response) I then contacted again today to be told that my order number does not exist.
Does anybody actually respond to these complaints?

I placed an order online on the 1 April 2017 for an item Hyper Tone Force. I have not received this product which I was charged R67.00 I was then deducted on the 26 April 2017 for an amount of R1336.50 which was not authorised and therefore I would like my account and subscription cancelled and a refund for the amount.
My Account was debited which caused my debit orders not to be paid. I do understand that the item was shipped and not yet arrived to my shipment address. I would like the refund of the other subscription amount of R1336.50
I contacted the call centre to cancel my account and subscription, Call centre consultant advised that account has been cancelled and subscription cancelled.
Questioned if my refund will be made back to me, and I was advised that once I received the item then I should call in to have refund requested.
I don't even know if I'm going to even receive the item as this was ordered on the 1st April 2017 which is a month ago and still no delivery.

Ordered a Free Trial only to pay $3.95 US for Postage and Handling. Did not receive Product had $99 US deducted from my Credit Card. Tried many times to email and phone the Merchant but emails would not go through and phone numbers were not connected. I disputed this charge with my Bank who reversed the charge. Then the Merchant sent the Bank photocopies of a false Receipt for the amount deducted and an IP address which does not belong to me. Also a list of the Terms and Agreement for the Monthly Subscription. The Bank then paid the Merchant and told me to sort it out with them. The Merchant said because I had contacted the Bank they could do nothing.

Basically same complaint as all the others . Placed an order for the free product with me paying postage. When placing the order I checked the website for any mention of being stuck in a contract or any obligations to continue further orders etc, but could not find anything, so thought it was okay to proceed. 14 days later, $300 disappears from my bank account to these people. I never received the initial "free" order let alone this second order I have been charged for. I never received a contract or advice that I had entered into an agreement to go on a monthly billing cycle of paying for a product that never arrives and I certainly didn't recieve any statement or invoice confirming what the $300 charge is for! I cannot believe this company is getting away with this. They are basically stealing from people and they don't seem to care about people threatening further action when they realise they've been stolen from because they are clearly still operating and still getting away with it and nothing is getting done. They cover themselves by saying that if they don't hear from you within 14 days or your order they will put you on the regular billing cycle, but nowhere did I see that information and at no time was I sent any information from the company to advise of this. This company is dishonourable, fraudulent and dishonest . They have also made themselves very hard to find and get hold of - no surprises there! Clearly they are hiding themselves as best they can so they can keep stealing and getting away with it. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. It seems they have a few websites and they seem to be unavailable or no longer available most of the time

On 20th Nov 2016 placed order online. No where did it mention price of the products, only price of shipping. No reference to terms and conditions either. Advert stated it was a trial product.
On 22nd Nov 2016 I sent email cancelling the order.
On 9th December I alerted my bank that amounts $137.22 and $132.88 were taken from my account (without my authority). I put a dispute in with my bank on this.
On 15th December I received email from this company acknowledging my cancelled request. Why then did you take my money when I stuck within your 'terms and conditions'? How can you refer to your terms and conditions of business when you do not stick to them? This is fraud.
I stuck to their 'terms and conditions' which states I need to cancel order within 14 days.
In January, I received one of products, and other still hasn't arrived.
How is this company able to advertise a 'trial' product when product does not arrive, and you take alot of money from me (that I am not aware of and do not authorize)? This is illegal and a scam and this company should be shut down.
Your 'customer service' center are very rude and do not reason well with all the facts on hand. The aim is to clearly steal people's money. I am amazed they are still in operation and not in jail.

Hi I also signed up for a free trial of these products on10/12/16 and was to pay postage only there was no mention of paying the full price nor what it was nor was there any mention of an ongoing monthly account. The deal was if you did not like the product you canceled it. Now they are saying within 14days! It did not even arrive till the 30/12/16 and they had already charged my account on 25/12/16 $142.48 and $138.21. They also then charged for another lot on 10/01/17 $142.27 and $138.61. I contacted them on live chat Sheena was the operator and she said she could not refund but could cancel the account she gave me a phone number in Brisbane to call which I did immediately and spoke to Jane I told her I was sending it all back but she said to wait til the second shipment arrived then ring Brisbane again, I did this on 30/01/17 the stuff arrived on 29/01/17 and spoke to Mark (very rude man ) he tried to sell me more! then finally said they would email an address to return the unopened product to and I would receive a refund less any postage costs. I posted the goods to an address at Fulfilment house in Salt Lake City on 02/02/12 I have a tracking number for the postage from Australia Post. I have to date received $250.73 refund but no sign of the other $310.84 I live chattered th Kalene about this on 4/02/17 she said I should ring Brisbane again which I did and spoke to Chelsea 04/01/17 she said she could not authorise the other refund but her supervisor could and she would ring in a couple of days which has not happened. Surely if they are operating out of Brisbane there must be something that can be done! This is in fact fraudulent practices and could be classified as a scam

I would like to cancel any orders to get more of this product! I have had quite enough and will get the authorities involved if necessary. I saw an advertisement online to receive the garcina total diet dietary supplement and the cleanse total diet antioxidant formula tablets and the terms and conditions stated that the sample bottles were free for trial and if the customer is not happy within 16 days the customer will not be charged and i've been charged for the sample products within 14 days and the advertisement did not state the full price for the actual product! I had made the order on the 27 november 2016 and charged on the 10th of december 2016 $133.23 aud and i was also charged on the 12th december $129.33 aud! Which was the products arrived on 15 &20 of december. Then i call to cancelled on 26 december, received e-mail to confirmed. Whey i checked my account founded that i had been charge another time, $141.29 & $137.01 for products that i did not receive, and i don't belived that each product will cost that much, i called again today 3/1/17 "because was due to holiday and public holiday" to spoke to customer representative named "jade yu" who was very rude and told me it was actually 14 days and they are not responsible for advertising and when i asked for a business number identification or a website she said she could not give that out which is very dodgy as in australia every business has an

End up with refund of the second charge with less than what i have been charge "the following refunds will be issued to your credit card:$96.00 & $99.00" i don't think this is fair for consumer with the intention to try the products, right? All four times i have been charged international fees as well.
I am also experiencing the same problem, have tried Australia phone number not registered. There is no website on the bottle. I have not been able to find anyone to contact as there was no documentation in the package. I am going to the bank today to dispute this. Beware of this free trail offer
2 Feb 2017 I also have had exactly the same experience as the previous complainants. I was charged for the 'Free' samples at an exorbitant price.$99 US translates to $139.11 New Zealand The same product can be purchased in NZ for $15. So that means it must only be worth $10.00 US. After several attempts at contacting this company I eventually got an operator in their call centre who agreed to refund me 50%. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the payments coming out. Yes VitaTrade Salt Lake City Utah indulges in unethical marketing practices. They are not bound by any Consumer Laws which exist here in NZ. The upshot is NEVER TRADE WITH AMERICA. YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM

On oct. 26th I ordered a testversion of the product garcinia and cleanse in the internet and paid it with my creditcard on oct. 27th, alltogether 5€. On nov. 30th I discovered that four different firms transferred 400€ from my conto. I then got two more small packeges of this product. I could not find out the centre of this firm, but managed to telefone with somebody in germany under the address of http:www.Myaccountsupport.Net. He told me that I am under a contract for more products. He then wrote a mail in bad german to me that he ended the contract. The problem now is that I want to get 395 € back because I never willingly wanted such a contract.
The austrian law knows a special legal determination that automatic prolongation of contracts needs a notification before the prolongation starts. Now I need a retransfer of 395€ and a retourlabel of the products I never ordered.

I replied to an advert and purchased 1 x Pro Plus Cleanse and 1 X Pro Plus Garcinia - I paid for these via my credit card and duly received them. I have had 4 unauthorised credit card payments taken from my credit card:
20th August 2016: $129.65

(no dispatch notes included)
I have discussed with my bank and they will seek reimbursement of these payments if no resolution is made by this complaint.

This company is crooked! They send free sample claiming only the cost of postage and then rip off your credit card! The product is a load of rubbish anyway so I guess the only way they can sell it is by defruading gullible on line users even to the extent of using well known names as part of the con!

My credit card was debited on the 10/7/23016 for $6.88 ( R101.597 ) for shipping costs for the sample jar of the Nu Youth formula.
On the 27/7/2016 my credit card was again debited for R1319.12 . I request a credit for this amount as the Invoice received via email clearly indicates that the product was an Intro . I have only just received this product, .
Then on the 10/8/2016 i received another invoice no [protected] indicating the shipping of another jar of the product and again a debit for $96.78 ( R1339.20) I have consequently closed my account and am still awaiting the second delivery which I intend returning.
Kindly credit my credit card for the amount of R1319.12. How can you offer and send a sample and then charge the customer . This is false advertising.

I received the product in March, and then a second bottle a week later. I didn't know what it was as the cover had no company name on it. I was suspicious.
I received this product back in March, when I opened the package I took the product out there was no brochure or instructions or anything to tell me about the product or your company.
The first thing I thought this is a scam! I tried ringing the no on the package with no luck.
The reason I am calling you now as I saw your ad again on face book and got the details.
I have attached a picture of the front of the bottle and you will see that the spelling of Garcinia is spelt "Garcina" so for a product that can't even spell the ingredient correctly I am not taking the risk of taking it!
I wanted to return the bottles but did know what the company name was and who sent it not where to send it to.
If you can please tell me who and where to send them back to please.
Can you please tell me the name of the company that would be on my statement so I can see how much money you have taken out of my account so that you can please refund the money.
I can't trust the product.
