This website is like a search engine for voice over talent and it does attract some great voice over artists. You can hear samples of their work online and get quotes for projects fairly easily. If you are looking exclusively for voice over work, I think going to sites like this is better than some of the sites that have a combination of acting/voice overs.

V123 is where it all started! It is and always will be my favourite P2P site
I've been using v123 for several years now. Even though a lot has been going on around the platform recently, I will always be thankful to v123 for giving me some of my best work. Sure there are days when not much is happening, but I've never felt like it wasn't worth my time or money. I have secured repeat clients and made a decent amount of money. I wouldn't bet on it to be my sole bread earner but it does what it is supposed to.

As a voice-over talent, I've been actively using Voice123 for little over half a year now. During my time with the site, I've required the assistance of their customer support team on several occasions. The latest of these interactions had to do with the issuing out of a particular document on behalf of Voice123 to serve as proof of a financial transaction between the site and myself. As always, a dedicated customer support representative handled the request with utmost professionalism and in a timely manner. Their personalised approach transforms the dreaded ticketing process into an inclusive and user friendly experience. Both thumbs way up!
Great. Recommendable for Spanish Speakers
I am Latin American Spanish Speaker. Maybe for this reasons the site has been always helpul for me. I am platinum member since 2010 almost and I got a lot of jobs in Spanish. Between 2015 and 2016 decreased something.
I didn't renew my premium account. Curiously, I received more direct invitations being just a standard member! And most of the auditions I won. Plus, the first clients after the first job just contacted me directly. Some of them I met personally in San Francisco, LA, Miami, NY and Tampa. Some of those jobs were related to dubbing to Spanish. Other clients I met through remote sessions.
At this time, you wonder, is it really worthly to pay a membership just to get more auditions and higher rating? Does really matter a rating?
Excellent service for voice overs and voice seekers!
I am an actor and voice actor who has been subscribing to Voice123 since July 24 2006. From then until now (and throughout all the tough lockdowns here in the UK) I have been auditioning for (and booking some!) great jobs for companies located here, in Europe and in the US. The site makes submitting auditions simple, quick and very effective. Whenever I have had problems or queries, the Voice123 customer service has always been brilliant, providing prompt and helpful responses. I know from speaking to voice seekers that they also find Voice123's service very valuable - my Voice123 profile has even enabled some great companies to track me down and many remain valued colleagues to this day. Has gone down the drain over the years, unfortunately
I have been a member, under both free and paid plans. I have been a paid member intermittently and have seen the changes over time, which unfortunately are for the negative. The system changes they use contribute to a downward trend to individual workers as well as the industry as a whole. Overall, I would not readily recommend this site to others, and would not look to renew my membership after it's time has been completed.
Updating for 2022:
Still don't recommend. From a fellow working VO friend's advice, I tried restarting my membership in a higher-paid tier. The way they've adjusted their auditions means that everything is more saturated than before (as long as you pay, you can audition, even past the requested number a client puts in). Some clients request 50 auditions, and by the time you receive the post, they're already at 70+!
Meanwhile, the quality of clients and work have gone down. There are SO many requests for vastly underpaid audiobooks (e.g. Asking for 10's to 100's of 1000s of words for a few hundred dollars) or to use your voice for AI with no future rights or percentage, at a very low price. AND their ranking system continues to work against you! Basically, you get marked down for auditioning but not getting chosen, which of course is more likely when again these clients are getting bombarded with auditions, and you're getting sent less opportunities with real openings.
The lack of quality control makes the website feel even more like it's going toward the trend of collecting money for itself while contributing to a downward spiral for any kind of standard quality VO industry. Very disappointed and currently cannot recommend in good conscience.
2020: Unfortunate that many problems that plagued my original year of using Voice123 have persisted, only seeming to get worse. Returning after a year or two of taking a break, I found that the new system is worse in providing opportunities. The rating system seems more volatile, and I shot from Bottom 50% to Top 30% to Bottom 30% in consecutive weeks, and am now only receiving 1-3 auditions a day. This is a very low amount when most of the better gigs are already slanted to their established VO Platinum tier, and the automated system often gets the ones you receive wrong (asking for a specific ethnicity or accent that the profile is not specific enough to catch).

Actually, I have no idea what people who were lucky enough feel, but I haven't seen anyone of them working for the company.
So everybody says my voice is incredible. And I decided to try. Found their website, read all the conditions and demands.
And I must tell you the following: do not ever try to go through their auditions. No matter how talented you are, they won't call you back.
Saying that because I know all of the contestants and none of them got any call from the company. I know what I am talking about, those people are very gifted. So they, just like me, only lost a lot of money and got absolutely nothing instead. Disappointed.
