VOIS Setup box issue

My set up box is not working from more than 10 months and they are resolving my problem and when i ask for refund. They do not give satisfied answer. If you can able to solve my problem, refund me. Still i have 5 years contrat and i found to mich problems in first year...

VOIS Home phone

Our Home phone was not working with void since April/2021 and we switched our phone to other provider. But vois still been charging us even tho our phone service is not with them since April. We call vois almost every day but each and every day we are told that they will issue the refund but instead they keep sending us monthly bill. Really bad experience and all fraudsters work here. We sent number of e-mails too but no one answers.

VOIS IptvBox

I purchased this IPTV box last year in January since then I am having problems live channels does not work video club is having issues since day one. I have called customer service so many times but I never got any solutions. They picked up cash at my door step now refusing to offer service. Worst service and worst decision that I trusted VOIS. I am not sure how to get my money back. I have left so many emails and phone messages for a manger to call me but they never bothered to call because they got their money.

Desired outcome: Need my money back.

VOIS phone service

I disconnected my phone service from vois in may 2020.I switched my service to shaw.and in may I made over payment accidently to vois.They never refunded over payment.Top of that they are sending me the bill for the service which is disconnected in may 2020.I called them multiple times.Every time they said ignore the bill and they will contact me.Which never happened.Every time there bill is adding up monthly charges.My over payment is $105.00.

Desired outcome: Stop sending me the bills for the service i dont have with this company. Please refund $105.00

We port our phone to shaw in April 2021 from Vois and they are still keep sending us bill and I had overpaid them by $50 so instead of giving refund they keep charging us and sending bills. Now we reported them to telecoms Canada for review and investigation. Hopefully they will be able to do something.

VOIS Not sending a technician

I was booked for a technician to come today between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm and he never showed up. I kept calling to these stupid customer service who are full of stupid lazy Paki's and the don't do the [censored] all to help me with my issue. Customer service keeps getting my calls but the never sent somebody today to fix my home phone. This company is very unprofessional and they don't deserve to be in the business.

VOIS tv and phone

When I see this complaint board. I felt like I am not the only one cheated by this company. I don't know how this company is still working here in canada after so many complains. I think canada should get them out before its too late. Its like a cancer for our country that is spreading slowly and will metastasize if action is not taken soon. I had tv and phone services with them.
With cable services, they gave me lifetime subscription for $350 and then start asking for $100 after 1 year. I denied that and the cable box that I had from them, I had to throw that in garbage.
When I get my phone services disconnected, I was not sent any bill but few months after I got a call from this company that I owe them $56 and my account has been sent to collection. I paid that right away without knowing what I was paying for. I returned their phone modem and asked them to return my security of $75. After making multiple calls I received $22 in mail. When I called them to check the discrepancy, I was told that as I had connection for so many years, this security got consumed. At this point, I didn't know whether to cry or laugh at them. This was total non-sense. I just hung up and didn't say anything as I don't want to raise my stress levels for this fraud and stupid company. I just hope that somebody read all these complains and take a quick action before its too late.

VOIS iptv

Most unreliable and fraud company / service to deal, bought this service in Nov 2015 for $320 CAD and was told this is a lifetime service in May 2017 it stopped working upon calling customer service was informed the box is faulty and need to be replaced for $100. Now again after year and a half all of a sudden the service is stopped and per customer service the device software needs to be upgraded for another $100. Most unreliable service one could ever buy. No company policy is provided on the top they will only take cash with no receipts, highly doubt if they are paying anything towards taxes. Company operating and fooling people around in Canada and nobody has done anything about it yet.

VOIS iptv services

I strongly recommend not to use vois service/product as they rip you off on different issues pertaining to service and they take no responsibility for anything... There are plenty of dissatisfied customers out there... Voistv doesn't care about their customer services, complaint or any issue... All they want from you is money, disrupting you service and then you get trapped, eventuality... Stay away if you don't want to get trapped... Their initial offers are really tempting but that's the starting point, they use to rip you off nicely... Stay away...

VOIS service

In July 2017, I bought MAG254 (sold by VOIS) TV box for $290 and was told that the services are good for a life time & fater an year in july 2017, they disconnested their services saying that every company changes their policies, under specific terms & condition etc...At present they are offering $350 for 5 years subscription & as a comparison & offered them addtional $ 60 to match the same but was denied...
VOIS is fraud company...I highly recomend that no one should buy any product or services from them...

VOIS Service not working

I bought service from VOIS telecom based out of calgary, I was pressurised by some indian guy named Deepak to buy the services and I cancelled my shaw telecom, my shaw number was transferred to VOIS and a guy came to my house on 29th Dec to install the services and it got activated in half n hour or so, since 1st Jan 2012 my services are no more working, I had to called up customer service using my cell phone and they did some troubleshooting online with me, with no success to resolve the problem, ultimately it was found that the modem adaptor is not working, to my surprise how is it possible that in 2 days the adaptor is not working, the guy in customer service was asking for 15 dollars charge for the new adaptor, I completely fainted by hearing this, after paying installation charges of 26 dollars now this people are asking for the adaptor price, whats worth a service whose devices are not gauranteed to work for more than a month, I am cancelling this service because of such unreliable service and products that they supply, a very pathetic and bad experience so far, VOIS people are fooling customers, dont buy this service

It's the same with most of VOIS customers. I got 2 VOIS IPTV box for $350 each in sept 2015. For my sister and me. We use it only over weekends and on an average less than 3 times a month. A friend of mine visited me a couple of months ago, he has a similar VOIS connection and mentioned about this practice from VOIS to deliberately turn up an error after a year, then demand $230 for another VOIS box. Guess what, bingo ! my sister's box went off last month and mine this month with the same error message. Now VOIS customer service gave the same script as told to my friend a few months ago and asked for $240 for each box. It seems they give the same electronic STP failure reason to everyone and ask for more money. A total scam company with zero ethics. Please stay away from VOIS, there are better and cheaper IpTV options available.

I had much the same service. the guy for install came 2 days late I transferred my service TELUS when the guy left phones where not working buzzer for front lobby not working and alarm system not working. I had use my cell phone to call they said from there end every thing looked fine on there end, to get service it would 5 days. I cancelled that day and went back to TELUS but had to change phone number because VOIS would not give back. VOIS phoned 3 times a day for a week and would take no for answer then saying I have to send back Modem and tell I owe for 1 month service.
I told come pick up modem no response so I will send back COD. I through bill in garbage. I am 75 I would do I need credit for.
