Ric was awesome. Thoroughly inspected my rental property and explained what he saw in detail. He also answered my questions so that i could easily understand.

Voyager Home Inspections just completed an inspection for a house we are purchasing. After the inspection, we did a walk through the entire property. Ric, the inspector, explained the good and the areas that needed to be addressed. I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed with the information Ric provided. Once we returned home, we viewed the detailed report with pictures. It really helped answer any questions we forgot to ask during the walk through. Absolutely the best home inspector I have ever used! We have a real estate investment company that buys executive homes here in Phoenix, and I had come across one of Ric's inspections while searching for a home in Phoenix. It was so detailed that I decided to try him. I have used him twice and both times he has done thorough inspections and his knowledge of different systems is just amazing. He actually teaches this trade, so he is very well versed. The level of detail in his inspections helps one get a clear picture of what you are up against. Another plus is that the trades he recommends for various things that need fixing (Pool issues, HVAC etc.) are all good people. I have used some of them as well and got first class service. Do not hesitate even for a second! Hire him for your next inspection!
