Adairsville ga. Waffle house. I have worked for waffle house since 2003 and recently got put on the no hire list simply because I told on how nasty bonni garrret unit 1101 is. She treats all employees like crap except the ones she favors. No one ever cleans the floors in that store it smells like human crap coming up from underneath the grill. Rat traps out in the open. Bonni goes to the rest room with her apron on and returns with fesces on her apron string. She coughs and never washes her hands. Her hair falls out in the food all day. She touches raw meat then cutts the toast for the customers without washing her hands. Bonni garret buys her cooks beer and ciggeretes so that they will work a certain shift. She is buying foodstamps off her employees. She sits in the back and picks her noise before cooking orders. She has on numerrous times pooped herself and ran to the bathroom just to simply wipe before she returns to cook food. Many customers have complained on her as well as former employess and we are getting no where. I cant let this one filthy woman be the reason I lose my career with waffle house. I will not give up and there is more to tell.
Bonni garret gives her employees a prep talk prior to corp. showing up at her store . She tells them, lets clean this store and no smoking weed or drinking during your shift until corporate comes by. she allows certain employees to do what ever they want. Bonni says it does not do any good to try to call corporate or complain cause they will not do anything to her.. she was right . This has to change. money came out of my check for eating food. I never ate at that store unless bonni was off thats how nasty she is! very dirty fingernails. unit 1101 needs new management all the way to the top .

On 10/15/17 my fiancé and I went to Waffle House on Yadkin Road, Fayetteville NC and ordered the 2 for $4 waffles x2 (one which was peanut butter) and a small sausage, egg, and cheese grit bowl with a slice of city ham. I was under the impression it would be no more than $16 my total came out to $23.56. When asked they said "it's the way I said it when I ordered it", instead of *offering* anything for the inconvenience or misunderstanding she gets an attitude and says "well what would you like me to do for you", my fiancé then asked for a Complementary waffle she agreed. Then when asked when could we pick it up she told us we couldn't get it since we said "we understand how to order for future references". I understand it's $7.00 however, it's the principal and poor management. If we didn't say we wanted $4 individual waffles why charge us. Then to not even apologize, or try to make it better.

I came in one night with my girl. Normally it's a bigger white dude. This time one of the waitresses cooked my order. Turns out the cook was sitting outside doing god knows what all night. I didn't know this was acceptable behavior, especially for the COOK. I come in a lot and every time I come in on night shift my waitress always has to cook my food. I tip her good don't get me wrong, but I can see she is being taken advantage of. I think the cook has long hair that goes down his back, and a pissy attitude.

Every time I try to place a call in order No one answers the phone. So I decide to drive there & wait.. all while more than 1/2 the employee's are in the parking lot smoking. I place my order, it takes over 20mins to cook my order & it was incorrect. I was the only customer in the building
Every time I try to call No one ever answers the phone. If they can't answer the phone this is a service you shouldn't provide. It's is not the first time & I'm sure not the last time it will happen. The Sunday morning shift always does a great job but 3rd shift sucks!

The past two times we have been there service was awful. The first time the servers were not even present and it took 10 minutes just to get our drinks. The servers both appeared to be high on some type of illegal substance. They were rude and appeared to be burdened by our presence. The store was disgusting with plates on all the tables even though the store was empty and the bar and menu was sticky. The second time was on 10/15 around 0200. The city had just had a derby so it was crowded yet the company did not think ahead to have more than 2 servers there that night even though I'm sure they knew about the event. The store was not prepared. The two empty tables were filled with plates or crumbs and food. The bar was filled with plates and again very sticky. We were so upset that we walked out a minute after we sat down. The store should prepare for events like that and hire more people for the night. The store needs a complete over haul because it was disgusting to walk into and would not pass a health department inspection. I hope something is done about this because it's the only restaurant in town open 24/7.

Went to the Waffle House on western center Fort Worth at 11:30 Saturday and sat for 30 min with 4 open tables. 3 were clean and one needed to be cleaned. I didn't understand why no one was seating us. I had to ask if we could sit bc there were 3 other parties waiting to be seated. Once we sat down for about 20 minutes, no one ever greeted us or came to our table take our order., so we just left. This is ridiculous and the worst customer service ever. This has been my worse visit to Waffle House!

OK first I havent got my vacation check within 6 months past 26 weeks. The manager have favoritism on certain people. First shift leaves things behind for 2nd shift to do and she tells us that 1St shift is exempt for doing there side work... When they have the same job... She have multiple people coming to her about a specific person and she tells us she will start firing people who come to her about that specific person... It's just a lot going on at 326 for real

I made 3 attemps to call in a order and got no answer so I assumed they were busy however when I called I was already in route and arrived to find the place with 2 customers in the place. Then I ordered what I always order without deviating never complaining that I pay anywhere from $12ish to 15. for the same meal at the same store. Get home and could not eat the grits because they were old and lumpy nor could I eat my waffle due to not being cooked all the way through. Normally I don't complain but I have strep throat and have not been able to eat or get out and to waste my time and money which I spend a lot with waffle house. I am a regular

My husband went to Waffle House to get a order to go. When he got home he noticed they left part of our order out of the bag. He contacted the Smyrna, TN. location to let them know & they didn't even offer a apology. We live 8 miles one way from the location. He drove back to pick up the rest of the order that was left out of our bag, which was poorly prepared. The hash browns looked like they weren't even cooked! After having to drive a extra 16 mile trip! I think if they make a mistake, it should a priority to deliver good service. Very disappointed!

Me and my son (7 years old) went in to eat and got great service from a nice older lady named Tina. As soon as we sit down we notice the cook (named Paula) talked very rude to Tina. After we received our food Paula starts screaming at Tina about an order of sausage and calling her names. She proceeds to throw plates and coffee pots in the sink while Tina is washing dishes. This continues until we pay our bill and leave. If an employee has a problem with another employee it needs to be handled in the back and not in front of the costumer. Everyone in the store noticed it. Tina held herself I a professional manner and just walked away. This was on 10/3/17 @ around 7:30pm, store # 1397 and my ticket # [protected]

Saturday, September 30, 2017 I went to Waffle House and ordered a waffle and hash browns. My hashbrowns were cold and not cooked correctly. My waffle wasn't cooked at all. It was all doughy: When I asked for a new waffle the waitress named Tasha gave me an attitude about fixing my food. The name of the restrauaunt is Waffle House and you have no staff that can cook a waffle all the way. You also have rude employees who complain and talk badly about customers in front of them.

I was an employee. I got terminated because I was accused of writing in a tip in which I got from a group of customer's and I had proof from other employees that I was left the tip and it was legit... They dont have any proof and camera footage that it was fake. After I guess knowing trying to terminate me for that then they go to tell me that I was a no call no show for a shift that I wasnt even schedule for and everybody know I dont work the day im accused of not showing up for. Ever since I called and made a complaint about the district and regional managers favoritism, harassment, and discrimination towards me they have been trying to find ways to fire me... The district manager mr. Rogers even told me that he been wanted to fire me for his own personal reasons and that I was a cancer to the company and glad I was on the way out the door... Numerous times I brought to a managers attention about the stealing of money and customers property and writing fraud ticket and stealings other empoyess tickets to management attention and they did nothing but try to keep it a secret threatening saying if I told that I would be fired. For months I dealt with the personal vendetta that was held against me feom management threatening to fire me if I sneeze too hard but allowed stealing, fights, discrimination, bullying with proof of everything get sweeped under the rug. I have text messgaes, phone call proof and there are camera proof of managment going around defaming my character calling me a theif walking around with a piece of paper with the tip askong of it looks fake when the necessary steps to see if it wasnt wasnt taken. They have absolutely no respect for none of their employees.

About 9:10 pm I walk in Waffle House! I held the door for an employee that work there. She was dressed in the restaurant uniform. However 3 employees was visble, no one acknowledge me when I walked in. I sit down and still no one came to help me. The crazy thing I was the only customer inside of the restaurant at the time. One of the working was visiting with a child that was sitting on the counter and talking to I assumed her boyfriend. Employees walk past my booth and no one ask me did I need anything at all. I sit their 5 to 10 minutes and no help me at all. I decided to walk out of the restaurant and an employeee said I didn't see anyone sitting their! However never tried to help as I walked out of the door. It is very upsetting to receive service this bad. Me or my family want be visiting any of your restaurant in the future!

I was at waffle house just an hour ago and the server was just horrible, she was unfriendly and didn't even ask if we needed anything like straws, we had to get up to get out own straws! She didn't ask if we needed creamer for our coffee, so we had to ask another server! She also could not read because we were there the other day and the manager gave us a coupon for a free waffle with ANY purchase and she said we had to buy a waffle to get one free! Anyone who can read can see that is not what the coupon says!

I had the worst experience ever at this location. My brother and I frequently eat breakfast around the Memphis area. On Friday we decided on waffle house. We came in to the restaurant and stood waiting for someone to clean off one of the tables left by other customers. 10 minutes of standing and joking someone finally led us to a cleaned table. The waitress took our order. We both ordered the grilled chicken breakfast. No silverware. She brought out my plate minus the chicken. 2 minutes later she brought my brothers plate minus the chicken. His plate had the jelly package cooked in with the eggs. Still no silverware. She then bought the 2 pieces of chicken one of which was the size of a fifty cent piece and the other was about the size of an average human hand. At this point I say to the waitress, ma'am surely both you and the cook should have noticed the big problem here. I then said ma'am it's probably best that we leave and not eat here. And I went in to the waffle house on hwy 327 and I explained to the young lady that I had three orders one was the all-star with bacon and sausage one was two sausage with a waffle and one was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a waffle and she charge me $27.40 which I payed for with my daughter's debit card her name is Amanda butler now when she bagged the food she was missing the two sausage and waffle order and when I let her know she tried to charge me another $7.15 I asked her why and she said that she did not write it down the first time but that is not my fault that is why I told her that I had three orders from the beginning so I told her to put the money back on the card and I think if she didn't have the order from the beginning she should have told me again my name is Milton butler my # is [protected] thank you

My wife and I came to eat at a waffle house around 12 am. Every table was occupied or dirty so we had no choice but to sit at a dirty table. The waitress came over and told us we should have waited to sit down or gone to another waffle house down the street. I nicely told her we would wait for it to be cleaned. She eventually wiped the table down with a soaking wet towel which left the table puddled with dirty towel water. She then threw our silver ware on the soaking wet table. I asked her what her problem was she responded so rudely that we could order or leave or she would call the cops and make us leave. I told her to call the cops then never getting loud or disrespectful. She went and got a male cook who apologized for her attitude and took our order after properly cleaning the table.

I always come to Waffle House my food have never been this ridiculous my first plate was half done pork chops and my second looked half ate smh I have been coming to this Waffle House 8 years smh this is very disturbing . I waited an hour for a table once table was cleaned wasn't even offered a table I'm 7 months pregnant and very upset with this place as of now I always come and get the exact same thing and never had problems smh nobody even apologized !

I will never set foot in this Waffle House again. We ate here tonight and the cokl left to go to the back many times WHILE cooking and came back each time higher than he left. Then he openly picked an argument with our waitress and cussed in front of everyone. He got our waffles out of the waffle iron and put them on plates then left to go snake whatever it was he was smoking and our waitress was busy. Waffles got to us 10 minutes later. We were horrified. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Then when checking out 2 waitresses fought over tips, AT THE REGISTER A FOOT FROM US. If you can pin point who the staff was on 9/21 at about 8:30pm then that whole crew needs to be gone. And I'd drug test your employees.

I always get the same 5$ meal to go which contains a sandwich & I'm charged 40 cent to add egg. About a week ago I went in on 3rd shift around 11pm to get my same order & was charged the on the side price of 2.00 for my egg on my sandwich. I explained that it is always 40 cent on my sandwich not 2 $ even explained that its approx 1.50$ to add bacon to a sandwich why would it be 2$ for 1 egg but the older cashier was rude & did not budge so I paid since my food was already made and I just didn't tip like I normally would. Went back then next night different cashier & she confirmed that I should've been charged 40 cent. Fast fwd a couple nights, went back in & the first older lady who charged the 2$ was in there. When I went to place my same 5$ order she told me "we don't do the 5$ menu anymore" even though the menu was out on the table. So I said my words & left without ordering. This was retaliation for me being right about the egg price because I went right outside & asked the cashier smoking do y'all still sell the 5$ meals & she said yes. Felicia needs to be retrained in customer service or fired. Not only was she rude & wrong but she purposely gave false information to a customer which caused the company to lose money that night & future business because I will never go back to that store again. Ppl like her is why Waffle House has a bad name in some circles even though its a good company. I worked at the WH in Irondale AL for 2 years & I never just straight up lied to a customers face about their menu options, & then that same night I went right over to the WH in downtown Birmingham & ordered the same 5$ meal with no issues & was charged 40 cent for my egg without having to clarify.
