They advertise that you will receive your money from clients within one to seven business days. After I ran a few transactions, it seems most of the payments are sitting at the seven-day settlement period. Then it says, depending on the client's bank, it could take longer than seven days. I have two clients that use Chase Bank, and they paid their invoice June 25th. My estimated settlement date is July 8th, which is over the seven days. This makes a small business owner very nervous. They definitely have possession of this money and are getting interest on it.
They do not offer live customer support, so you are just waiting on email responses from them.
After I went live using the service, they froze my account and asked for additional information. This should have been done when the account was set up. Very poor customer service.
This is a private company, so be careful, letting them hold your money for seven days or more is not a good thing.
Recommendation: Use a more well-known service that will transfer your money within one to two days period.
