they are very rude and unprofessional
I received a notice that my account was past due. I checked my bank account and saw that all recent payments have been sent and deducted from my account. I checked my wells fargo account online and realized that a payment sent from my bank had never been credited to my auto loan account. I sent an inquiry to my bank. They tried to contact wells fargo but were refused. I then called wells fargo to see why they would not talk to my bank. They said I had to have my bank research on their end. I explained that a part of the banks process was to contact the receiving vendor to verify non receipt of the funds.
They then told me that I could only make a payment to bring the account back current and suggested that I make all future payments to their website directly. I replied that I would make my payments how I chose and asked to speak to someone who had the authority to authorize wells fargo to speak with my bank. He then hung up on me. They are very rude and unprofessional. The worst part is that it seems to be a company wide problem as opposed to an isolated incident. Never again!
loan modification scam through wells fargo
I got a loan modification through Wells Fargo one year ago. It was interest rate reduction that was only good for 4 years and then it would begin to go up again. Although it was not a fun year of me sending info and complying with every thing they asked for, I was very grateful to have received their blessing with a loan modification. I’m a little underwater with our mortgage now and I called Wells Fargo in October 2011 and inquired about REFINANCING and what I need to do to make that happen. They told me that I could apply for another loan modification if I wanted to. I was surprised but I said I’d like to do that.
When I spoke to the woman that had been assigned to my case I told her that I already had one loan mod and I was happily surprised that I was qualified to apply again. I spoke to this woman at least 15 times since October and sent every bit of documentation that they asked me to submit. Finally, today she called asking for some 1099 forms from last year and I asked her if she received the last fax I sent her. When she returns to the phone she told me that the underwriter just informed her that my investor will only give ONE loan modification for the life of the loan. My contention is that Wells Fargo should not have suggested to me that I could apply for a second loan mod if I could never get it.
I wasted over four months of my time and a small amount of money in hiring an online fax company to deliver all the useless paperwork that I submitted. I spent a lot of time and effort to give them each thing that they had required of me. It took a lot of time to keep up with all the requests that I got from them. She was always pleasant, as was I during the whole useless process. But I certainly “lost it” with her and her supervisor at this point today. I’m so angry at that ###ing Wells Fargo now. This is the third property I’ve bought through them. They now inform me that it’s NOT Wells Fargo that has loaned me the money, it’s some other company and they weren’t aware of their particular policies concerning a second loan mod.
I NEVER called them inquiring about a 2nd loan modification. THEY are the ones that suggested it and took me completely off course only to find out months later that I was never entitled to a 2nd loan modification. Do you have any suggestions for me ?
I don't see the scam. Did they take any money from you during this process? What was the scam?
wells fargo problems cashing a check
I live in Bakersfield Ca. and was at the Wells Fargo on Panama Lane today. I was depositing monies for my business account. The teller must have been new and I asked for 12 one dollar bills and the rest was to be deposited with my deposit I presented. I do not know what it was but she couldn’t understand exactly what I wanted. Why I do not know. After getting that straightened out I had a check to be used to pay for my Wells Fargo credit card.
She would not just pay off the amount owed on it but needed to use the whole check which was only an amount of 30.00 over. What was the problem? I told her to just cash the check and I would then pay the bill and she then said she could not take the cash back. I have been doing business in this small branch for over 5 years and all of a sudden I see a big turnover of tellers. I just told her to return my check and I would go. I have over $16, 000.00 in that bank and they can not cash a $139.00 check. Please.
I now know why I do not have my personal checking there. I will soon be taking my business account to Tri-County Bank. You need to take a good look at their practices.
release insurance check so I can get my home fixed.
After a hail storm 28 April 2012 insurance company cut a check to me and wells fargo. Now I am trying to get them to sign over check so I can begin repairs on my home. 3 times to date they require more paperwork and tell me this is all they need. I requested a written document of what they require. They say they have nothing. I am tired of the song and dance, I just want to get my house fixed. Does anyone know who I can contact to report this to and get help collecting my money so I can start repairs? I can't afford a lawyer. After looking at BBB website, I can't see them being much help other than another place to vent.
I have had the same problem.. I have completed all the work, had there final inspection signed off at 100% and they still will not release my final funds. Who can help?
I'm having the same problem with them, first floor of my house got flooded, the Insurance sent me an emergency check so i can i can replace boiler and water heater. Wells fargo property loss Division kept my check hostage, now i have "NO HOT WATER, NO HEAT, CAN'T EVEN LIVE IN THE HOUSE" they talk 14 business day before they send me half of the money, meanwhile i dont have a place to live. I was wondering if they is some kind of legal action i can take?
Is there anyway I can get that manager's number? I'm facing the same nightmare with WF. I've talked to so many different people and they all say something different.
WE had the SAME issue. We flood damage due to Hurricane Irene and it took loads of paper work and months of work to have our insurance check released by Wells Fargo. I had no choice but to use credit cards to complete the repairs from the damage done to my home, After all the paper work we finally got the check and the name was MISSPELLED! Yes, they obviously did not check their paperwork and now I have to have a new check reissued to the correct name..how long do you think that will take?
Hopefully you have the situation with Wells Fargo completed. If you don't, this was our situation with WF. We had a backup from the main line sewage in January of 2012. We had a similar run around with WF for several months. At one point we were calling and faxing daily to try to get our money released so that we could pay our contractors (who were getting anxious to receive their pay). Finally, I stayed on hold for an hour with their stop loss department so that I could speak to a manager. After this ridiculous wait, I explained our situation to the manager and received her phone number. This was very helpful, because instead of speaking to so many different people about our situation, we had one contact. The manager found that everything had been turned in properly, and we received our check endorsed to my husband and myself a week later. Hope this is helpful, we know how frustrating it can be.
automated phone calls
Wells Fargo Home Morgage Collection Department has called me on the following dates & time: 5/[protected]@9:16AM, 5/[protected]@6:17PM, 5/10 9:07AM, 5/[protected]@5:37PM and 5/[protected]@9:31AM. I have answered the phone each time Wells Fargo has called (because we are in forclosure). I have been disconnected every time Wells Fargo has called. Wells Fargo is wasting my time and theirs be using an automated dialing system that DOES NOT work. I brought this to their attention since September, 2011 and they have continued to call and disconnect me upon answering. Now the real issue. We have been working with Wells Fargo since 09/2011 for a loan modification. This is a joke on the consumer. "They" faxed (from their local bank office) 105 pages of my documentation and did not turn over the documents to fax the opposite side. "They" faxed these documents to their Loan Modification Department three (3) times and Wells Fargo still did NOT receive all the documents I had submitted. Obviously our loan modification process had "expired" and we are still facing foreclosure. I was assigned a "Loan Modification Officer" as my official contact. After numerous calls from me in October, November, December, January, February, March, April and May, she still has not been able to help us in saving our home. Here's the final rub. Wachovia Mortgage got bailed out from this toxic loan, World Savings Bank got bailed out from this toxic loan and Wells Fargo on February 2, 2012 got bailed out from this toxic loan. In reality, all three were paid for servicing my toxic (Pick-A-Pay) loan and I'm still losing my home. Go figure!
bank ėrror by wells fargo checking
A Wells Fargo customer (not ME) deposited 3 checks into the bank (I did not write the checks or try to deposit them. This was just 2 other people, the teller wrote the wrong account # on slip & deposited the 3 checks into my account by mistake. I called after having found the error MYSELF, and they promptly withdrew the deposit. After a few days I received a letter that there were insufficient funds from one of the checks, so they withdrew it out of my account. I called for 5 days and got nowhere.
Meanwhile my Mortage was due. They finally Wells Fargo me to GOTO the BANK and return the letter that i received in the mail stating that there was insufficient funds. After they finally cleared it up, I got another letter saying the same thing and sure enough the amount was withdrew once again. I have had to spend about 8 hours total & 1 lunch hour going to the bank or being on the phone with Wells Fargo. From the tellers to the EXECUTIVE CUSTOMER CARE dept, no one could ever solve my problems.
After causing a scene at a bank branch I was told that they would temp put the money back in my account until the research could be completed. Its the least they could have done. So now I wait for MY FN money and have to eat the 8 hours plus that I spent fixing Wells Fargo error. I don’t work for Wells Fargo so how do I get compensated for that time? or who do I talk to to get someone fired.
I have been in the process of moving all of our banking out of Wells Fargo simply because I believe they are an overly huge corporation that has lost all site of “good” business and todays economy. Every time I turned around there was a new fee for something, they changed my checking account and now unless I meet this criteria I have a charge! I have never dealt with a company where you can talk to three different people and you consistently get three different answers.
I just paid off a HUGE amount of money was told everything was good so I closed my checking which was my link to all the other items. Come to find out today that they want $7.73 more on one of the loans but nobody could seem to figure that out the day we gave them the check.
harassing phone calls on current loan
Over the life of the mortgage loan two payments were made several weeks late. Since then all payments have been made during the 15 day grace period and the loan is current . But every month we get 6 to 10 phone calls between the 1st of the month and 15th telling us we are past due. Every month the payment is made on time. I have called and complained and told the calls would be stopped. Nothing but lies. In fact i received two calls today. I have already closed all my other accounts with this bank and recommend no one every do business with them again. They are TOO BIG TO FAIL AND TO STUPID TO STAY IN BUSINESS.
double charged my bank account
I called customer service at approx 5:00 pm on 11/8/2011 and spoke to a “steve” as he refused to give me his last name I cannot provide it here. I explained that my account had been charged doubly for my monthly car payment as well as a couple of other credit card payments. I asked how this occured. He explaine that it was my fault in some detail. I explained what had occured when I was asked to go in and verify my bill pay set up when the switchover occured from Wachovia to Wells Fargo.
I explained that the dates were detailed on the page showing when a guarantor would receive payment based on my send date. I adjusted the dates to take into that account so I wouldn’t be late on my payments. Therefore I ended up double paying on my bills. I asked him why he hadn’t explained this step when he “told” me what I had actually done. He told me “rather impertantly” that it was a manual modification that I chose to do. I explained that based on what I was seeing on the screen and the dates being displayed that I didn’t think I had a choice.
He was rude and condescending in his tone and his manner. I explained that I would like his name and I wanted to close out my accounts if I couldn’t count on WF not to double charge me. He refused to give me his name at all and told me the call was being recorded. I said “good – then you should understand good customer service and that is when a customer ask you something such as your name or to speak to your supervisor that you should comply”.
He continued to run around in circles telling me that he would explain and answer my question … I said ok .. what is your name … this went on for some time and to no avail. He finally buckled and told me his name was Steve … again I asked for his last name and/or his supervisor. He continued to circle around the question and was extremely rude. He finally told me he would get a supervisor … that took quite a bit of time. A gentlemen came on and in a very deep tone said … something to the effect of … “yes … can I help you”.
I began to explain about the bill pay miss understanding and got only a couple of sentences in and I was cut off. The loud beeping in my ear was the signal that your organization has some very poor customer service. So this “Steve” was incredibly rude … I truly believe that the supervisor “whom did not give a name” was a fake. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I can. I am very disappointed in your organization and most importantly in your shoddy customer service.

home preservation help
We've been trying to get help from a " Home Preservation Specialist" for over 2 months. We sent in an application which we found out was NEVER filed. The woman assigned to us (Latoya Freeman) never returned our phone calls. We've called them numerous times and have talked to a different person each time. We've now been put into FORECLOSURE status while...

At one time I had 7 accounts with "Hells Fargo". If I missed a payment I would receive numerous calls often within the same day. They would tell me how they hadn't received a payment in 2-3 months. My wife does the bookkeeping and when I toldh her, she would show just a payment was missed not numerous as they complained. I have paid off all but 2of my accounts. In 2006 I refinanced my house in hope of getting away from "Hell's Fargo" I got them again with 9% interest rate. Recently I was medically retired. My wife tried to deal with them, however the lies continued. She was told to skip a payment then we would qualify for a loan modification . "Hells Fargo" then reniged on what they had promised.and then said that the payment would be dealt with at the end of the loan We caught up with the payments, however now they are misplacing my payments. This bank is not too big to fail, as it needs to.

line of credit fee
I continue to be charged for LINE OF CREDIT...called Wells Fargo was told...they could not remove my line of credit, I had signed a contract with them when I opened my account...WRONG...my original account was with Wachovia which Wells Fargo took over a couple of years ago.
This is wrong...I have never used my line of Credit in the 19 years that I had an account with Wachovia now Wells Fargo. Guess we all need to put our monies in a Jar and bury in the backyard!

Yes! This happened to me as well - accounts set up in 1983 (First Union?). After the Wells Fargo transition, I have attempted to close the account numerous times and they are still assessing annual fees. The "ghost" credit line account is not visible on my on-line statements nor do I have a credit card, yet I owe them $105.99 for the past 4 years. I have written documentation of these requests and it is like talking to a wall. I am preparing to move my business elsewhere, but wondering if this is intent / fraudulent.
atm's not dispursing money
I go every weeks to get my money off of my unemployment card at the wells fargo atm cause there is no fee since they are issued by wells fargo. This is the second time I went to go get the money and the atm did not disperse the money to me. The last time the atm realized that I did not get the money and it credited the money back to my card. This time it time the atm tried to disperse the money and it did not but it gave me a receipt saying that the machine gave me the money. So I go and talk to the counter at wells fargo and they say we don't service our atm so you need to call this 800 number to wells fargo. I called the number right after it happened and they transferred me to someone that took all of the information about the atm and the receipt that it gave me said that they hop to have it resolved and credited back within 24-48 hrs but they said if I were you I would call the unemployment card and file a claim there too so that we (Meaning well';s fargo) get the issue from two ends and hopefully gets resolved quicker. The next day I called the number back to check the status and they are telling me that they can not do anything for me that I have to file a complaint through the unemployment card since I do not have an account with wells fargo they cant help me. Even though the cards are issued through wells fargo they cant help me cause I don't have a personal account with them. This company is so jacked it insane. I would never open an account with wells fargo and will make sure that I spread the news that I would never recommend opening an account at well fargo...

title to car not revived
I payed off my vehicle over 2 months ago. I called almost 3 weeks ago to find out where my title was . At that point I was informed that it was mailed, but had been returned to them and the had mailed it out again. I asked them to verify the address it was sent to. They had it correct, so I was told to wait 10 business days for it to arrive. Today I called them back and I was told that they no longer have the title and now I have to wait 3 days for them to send me a letter with a seal on it. Then it will be 10 days for it to travel through the mail. I asked if I could have it mailed to a bank branch and was informed that they could send it, but I had to contact the bank to make arrangements for someone thee to hold it for me, so I declined the offe. They never contacted me when the mail was returned to them, and they do not send these out with any sort of tracking number, just regular mail. So, when it gets lost, it's YOUR problem! Terrible and irresponsible customer sevice!
Whythelongfaces-They can control the mail, it's called a tracking number. They're just too cheap to use one. The bank will not deal with this because the are "two separate entities". The state DMV will not accept the payoff papers, so I have to wait another three weeks for a special letter with a seal on it to be mailed to me.
auto finance
In 2007 my husband and I got a car from a dealership that was financed through wells fargo. Before we signed the paperwork we informed wells fargo that we were going overseas for a few years with the military. They told us we could take it with us as long as we had our first payment made. A couple days after the first payment we called to have them fax the paperwork so we could take the car (this is the day before we fly). They then said we had to make six months worth of payments first. So we put the car into storage with my brother and gave the company their name and address so they knew where the car was. Six months later my mother in law starts getting harrassing phone calls. I call them from overseas and they tell me that our payments are up to date and there is no problem with the account. This process goes on for 4 months. Then we hear nothing. Almost a year later a repo guy shows up and threatens my mother in law with jail and violence if she doesn't produce the car. I call again from overseas and wells fargo tells me they can't find my account. They take my information for the 7th time and say they will call me back. I hear nothing, This goes on for almost another year. This whole time they are sending my payments back to my bank and not accepting them but not telling me this. Finally they threaten my mother in law and actually scared her. So I called them they finally found it and said it was up for repo because I never made a payment. I was tired of their crap so I voluntarily surrendered it in 2010. 6 months after we get back into the states, they call my mother in law again and this time threaten to have my husband and myself arrested when we get off the plane and have our children taken away. By this time they have had the car almost 9 months and have already sold it. I told them they had the car and they left us alone. Now two years later they are calling my husband at work and saying he owes $8000 left on the car. But yet we haven't heard from them in two years. They even told his boss that he refuses to talk to them but we haven't heard from them once. Isn't there something I can do about this?
Being overseas I would look online and it would show the payments were coming out, however the finance had given us the wrong account number so 2 weeks later the money was being sent back to me.I never thought to check for a deposit from them and when I talked to wells fargo our account didn't have any notices about the money being sent back.
Wells Fargo uses confidence tricks to lure consumers into debt consolidation loan.
J.S. London, an ex-WFAF employee of Pace, Florida used confidence tricks to lure a consumer into signing a loan contract.
Wells Fargo claims that we authorized a withdrawl via phone to take over $350.00 out of my account. I have a family of six and in no way have that amount of money just sitting around. I did not authorize such an act and do not know what to do.
According to the FDCPA rulings, you cannot divulge any information to a third party concerning debt collections. Also, if you as a debt collector are instructed to refrain from contacting a debtor at his or her place of employment you must cease and desist. I work at a financial institution. YES IT IS!
Who are you to kick a person while they are down? Really? I don't know how to help you, but it is illegal for a debt collector to contact you at work if you tell them not to. Also, it is illegal for them to tell your husband's boss anything pertaining to your debts. It is a breach of privacy. Threaten them with a lawsuit and I bet they stop.
unfair practices and regulations!
Im done with this bank!
I have been a loyal customer for 6 years and my story is the true definition of horror! First off my account was cleaned out in december 2011 by someone who managed to steal my check book. After filing numerous complaints, and affidavits, and having spent the only money I had faxing the signed affidavit back to them, they denied my request to refund me my money claiming I was negligent. As a result I have not been able to pay rent for months now and face eviction!
It gets worse! As a last resort I begged a family member to wire transfer me some money under the assumption my account was still open for I never received notice that it would be closed. After the wire transfer was sent, I called wells fargo customer service to see how long the transfer would take and they rudely informed me that I would not be receiving the transfer for they had closed my account. This was done with absolutely no prior warning either by mail, email or phone. Furthermore to open a new account so as to receive the transfer, I was told I must first pay them for an overdraft incurred when the money was first stolen! Despite the rude agent, I kindly requested if they could open an account with the negative balance and once the transfer was sent again the overdraft would be taken care of. The agent rudely said "no way" this was possible and I would first have to pay the overdraft. Keep in mind that all my money and savings had been stolen! I have never been more furious in my entire life! Not only do I now face eviction, I have had no money for months thus no food! I have had to rely on food banks for meals!
I am done being a wells fargo customer and have advised all my family members (20 in all) who have wells fargo accounts to close their accounts and move to other banks. My advice to anyone reading this, do not do business with wells fargo! You could loose everything!
Il say this ONE more time! I did NOT loose my checkbook, IT WAS STOLEN! And by the time I realized it was missing my account had already been cleaned out! I called the bank ASAP for there is NO local branch in my state! Im NO PSYCHIC!
Someone had a great Christmas with my money while I was eating air! I would love to see your checkbook stolen and your account cleaned out! I wonder if you would still side with the bank!
Your right...they roll over to reward thieves and screw their customers!
The exact same thing happened to some friends I know and they BOTH GOT THERE MONEY BACK! They were NOT with Wells Fargo and were way more "negligent" than I was and yet their bank understood and returned to them whatever was taken! What makes Wells Fargo soooooooo special and different than these two banks!
Putting more money into the account WAS the ONLY way and the fastest way I could receive any help/funds. IM THAT DESPERATE! Try not eating for days and see what you would do! After reporting the matter to the police all they did was take my statement and inform me that they would contact me if their investigations lead to an arrest. I have not heard a word back from them!
You lost your checkbook but its the banks fault? As soon as that happened you should have marched over to wells fargo and closed your account and open a new one. What did you think the person was going to do with the stolen checks? Frame them?
kelly crutsinger
I am a Realtor and I have worked with many loan officers over the years. Kelly Crutsinger at Wells Fargo is by far the worst I have ever had to work with. She made promises to our mutual client that she knew she couldn't uphold, and then made excuses for the next 8 weeks when she couldn't deliver. She even went so far as to refer me to her manager, who called the client liars. I can't imagine how she is still a mortgage officer, she's awful at her job and has terrible people skills.

I have a Wells Fargo Mortgage. It's been a tough year. I was unemployed and I went through a difficult divorce and reached out to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for some assistance. Since I was unemployed I qualified for assistance in their Unemployment program. After just a couple of months I found a job and I then applied for their Home Affordable Modification Program. From the beginning it was full disclosure that I would be ordered by the Courts to pay alimony as part of my divorce. You can use alimony as income, and was led to believe by their "specialist" that once the divorce was finalized we could send the update to the underwriters and make the adjustment. I submitted the underwriters my new adjusted taxable income, but they wouldn't use that and insisted on using my gross income. As a result, they save me $200 a month! I'm now I must short sell the home because I just can't afford it and also pay my alimony. But wait, there is more! Throughout the process I made every payment that was part of each program. The payment amounts were less than the mortgage and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage release those authorized short payments to the credit rating system and have trashed my credit rating! It's so bad, that every credit card has cancelled my accounts. My application for a rental unit was also declined! This has been an absolute personal disaster...all to save $200 a month. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage is simply controlled by computer algorithms that they don't even understand all in the pursuit of creating derivatives that they can sell for a profit. Shame on you...

false advertising
Recently, I applied for a personal loan to consolidate credit card debt, through Wells Fargo Bank, based on their advertisement online, to provide relatively low interest personal loans for the exact purpose I was looking for. I have good credit, make a good salary, and have been with the same employer for 24 years. I had also recently payed off my car loan through Wells Fargo early. Despite all these facts, this bank turned me down. They are sending me a letter to explain why, although quite frankly, nothing in that letter can justify not approving this loan. This is further proof, that banks in general, collaborate together, to intentionally keep the consumer in as a high of debt as possible. The whole banking industry is corrupt, and needs to restructured to help, and not hurt the consumer. Needless to say, my debts will be payed off, and I will never use this bank again.

they are calling me 7 days a week
They are rude. They calle me 7 days a week, any time. 8am til 9pm. They calle me at my cell phone. No respect. They were very nice, for 4 years, when I paid without problems. I lots my husband. I lost my job. I lost my writght to work in here, since my husband passed away. I am in appelate. No job. I am seniro. I only have the car, that I already paid for more than !$18.000.00 more than the price that I have on the original Contratc with them.
Wells Fargo auto finance threat me, because they know I am alone, don’t have an attorney, can’t afford one, don’t know how to defend in good English. The supervisor I talked, for lower my ammount monthly, called me IRRESPONSABLE! I apid very weel for all 65 months…only because I could not pay these two months, they screem at me, they trheath they will REPO my car. I was feeling so bad, that I hung up the phone and cry a lot.
They charge me “per diem” more than $20.00 day. Needs to be a Law that protect us, to pay so much money in “per diem”. I can’t loose the car..I just got ajobe, and will get payment only in two weeks..If the come and pick the car, I can’t go to work..It is somebody there tjat can help me with suggestion?
My car cost was &31.000.00 + interest of $14.000.00 I already paid them $60.100.00 (fees per diem, I think) They said I still need to pay $5.000.00 more. They are calling me 7 days a week. Today Sunday they started to call at 8am again.. I am getting crazy…They don’t want to wait or do any agreement..
There are many facts that need to be investigated. I understand that you said you cannot afford to retain an attorney. However, many attorneys who practice consumer protection law will take your case on a contingency basis if your case is strong. In your particular situation, I think it's probably wise to retain one.

mortgage: hispanic discrimination
I have contacted Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (no less than 6 times) on of 01/08, 15, 22, and 02/01/2012 about my Mortgage Loan #: XXXXXXXXX2. During the calls, I was bounced from office to office numerous times. I inquired about the recent news from Fannie Mae which announced guidelines for financial institutions including Wells Fargo to offer unemployed homeowners a brake up to a year in their mortgage payments. During the calls, Wells Fargo representatives refused to "disclose" any information or guidance about the new Fannie Mae guidelines. In fact several Wells Fargo representatives promised to mail me a list of questions and/or requirements needed before they can "disclose" any information. It has been practically 4 months from my initial call(s) to Wells Fargo; still I have not received anything from this bank. Attached please find a copy of the e-mail I sent to Wells Fargo on 01/22/2012. As of today, Wells Fargo have not bothered to answer my e-mail or return my calls.
I will appreciate that Regulators look into unfair business practice(s) as this bank is clearly not following Fannie Mae's guidelines. Wells Fargo should be found liable and be brought to compliance (retrospectively) for not following the laws, regulations, and guidelines (negligence). It is clear this bank is profiting [using unfair business practice(s)] against disadvantaged minority.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am dealing with the same thing right now. They lost my payment. I have proof from my bank that my payment was made, but for some reason that isn't good enough. They said until they know where the money is they aren't crediting my account. I figured out that the payments was made to an old account ( Wells Fargo Bank ) they are now "Wells Fargo Dealer Services". They said they can't get into that account so there is no way of knowing for sure that is where the money is, even though my bank (US Bank ) has told them that is the account they paid it to. In the mean time I am one month behind and the late fees are stacking up with interest. They has been going on since Jan. of this year. I don't know how this is even legal?
