Wells Fargo customer service

I tried to call Wells Fargo Auto Finance today in hopes to come to some kind of agreement to get my payments current. When I was routed to another representative, the not so gentlemen like man, rudely claimed I had no business taking care of this matter (even though my name is on the account to take care of this matter). When I insisted on speaking to his supervisor he then continued on about how he was going to remove my name from the account (which I'm sure he can't do with out authorization of the account owner, which is my husband who put my name on the account in the first place). He finally just got so obnoxious that I hung up and called the number back to speak to someone else. Finally, after getting hung up on twice, I finally got to speak to a young lady named Jessica. She was very friendly and very helpful. She actually listened to me and then made suggestions that could help us get caught back up. Instead of acting as if these people have never owed money before in their life, Jessica spoke to me as a human being should and was very respectful.

The past two years we have experienced financially hardship, the loss of our jobs, IRS problems, the loss of our home, and yesterday the repossession of our car by Wells Fargo. I do understand that we are responsible the maintaining current on our payments, so I do not find fault in the repossession of the car by Wells Fargo.

What I am upset with is the customer service at Wells Fargo that we received by Cheryl #514 & than later Sommer (who would not give us her ID #) in trying to get information to resolve this situation. They were so nasty with us, the tone was un-necessary, Cheryl would not let us talk with someone else, not a supervisor/manager, nor their Legal Dept. All I can say is wow.

Wells Fargo misleading banking practices

In May of 2009, I applied for a Mortgage Loan Modification with Wells Fargo, while I was off work on disability. I was told that I was eligible and was granted a temporary loan modification, which lowered my payment by $1000. per month. I made every payment and called Wells Fargo, every month to get a status update on the modification. In January 2010, I received a letter of "special forbearance" with a payment greater than my original loan payment and when I inquired about it, I was told that they based the payment on my income, and they showed that I had an additional $5000. of income monthly! I have one job and my net pay does not equal $5000. monthly. I was then told I had to resubmit a full packet of information including a budget worksheet, bank statements, pay stubs, my disability letter from my job and the doctor's note returning me to work. After submitting all requested information, in March I was asked to submit the exact same information, and I did, on March 19. The next week I received a letter dated March 22, stating that because I had missed a payment in August 2009, my request for modification was denied. I called them on it and provided all of my payment receipts showing there was no missed payment. Then I was told I was in violation of the "special forbearance". I never agreed to it, so how could I be in violation? I was told to resubmit my packet, but foreclosure is inevitable because I am now over $30, 000. delinquent, the remainder of my monthly unpaid payment is still accruing finance, interest and late charges. I was not given this information when the temporary payment arrangements were made, and it is not my fault that a year has passed and I still have no loan modification.

No one that I know, has received a loan modification from Wells Fargo, not even when they worked with attorneys. I really regret getting a loan with this bank.

Wells Fargo home loan

I have been dealing with Wells Fargo - ASC for a few years. And once my husband and I lost our jobs we got behind on our payments because we had a 2 year balloon. I contact them because I heard we could do a loan modification. We had to do it for 4 months and be on time. Finally after the 4th payment I received a packet in the mail the needed to be completed stating what our payment would be, what our % would be and that they needed a lump payment up front. I contact them because I had just paid my property taxes (which I called to see if I needed to do so and was told yes) and the amount they were requesting is what I just paid in taxes. So they told me they would wave that fee but everything else was good to go. So I asked if they would send me a corrected packet for us to sign and they said they we unable to do so. Well I contuned to make my monthly payments. I get a letter stating my home is in forcloser and I need to pay a double payment. I contact the loan modification department and demanded that I speak to supervisor. Which he did call me took down some information and said he would call me back. A few weeks later (after I called him everyday because he gave me his direct phone number) a rep named Myra called me stating she is working with this manager to help me. This was in October. Well to make a long story short they still have not completed my request. I was told by Myra that she has talked with someone at the Head Office (which I could not get a name) to see if they could help. Since then I have received 5 statments in 2 months all with different montly payments due. I don't know what else to do. Can someone who has gone through this please comment with some advise. I need all the help I can get right now.

I recently disclosed a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I am also working with wells fargo on a loan modification. It has been 5 months and I have sent 30-35 pages of all kinds of documentation. I haven't heard from them for 3-4 weeks. When I called I get different answers. Now they want me to update everything and send in again even though nothing has changed. I keep getting statements showing I am behind 4 months and I can't get any answers about the loan modification. I am really fed up but don't know what to do next.

Wells Fargo nsf fees

This is in reference to a Bank Manager on another Wells Fargo forum who writes he, "listens to his customers" and who states, "It is [the customers] fault...for the NSF fees."

I am a small business owner of two businesses, one a construction company and the other a boutique. I as many retailers have a Merchant Account with a credit card processing company (not Wells Fargo) of which my customers may run their credit card - for merchandise in my boutique. Again, I am a small business owner. I am not making millions of dollars, in this economy, but just getting by day to day like everyone else - to pay my bills.

I recently had a customer - and this has happened to me a few times - tell their credit card company that they did not use their card in my establishment. So, without warning the credit card company removes the disputed $616.00 from my Wells Fargo bank account. I then received - and this always happens on the day they remove the funds - a notice from the credit card company, informing of their removal of funds from my bank account. See, the credit card company will remove funds, then have me prove my case. In their letters they request the actual invoice, the shipping address, the billing address, and their signature. All, of which I submit.

Due to this recent removal of $616.00 - it created over $280.00 in NSF fees..now I am out $896.00. Due to my proving my case it will now take 7 to 10 business days for the credit card company to deposit back into my account the $616.00. Now, the $280.00 in NSF fees from Wells fargo, well, that may not happen. The incident like this before...cost me $760.00 in NSF fees from Wells Fargo.

One of my business offers online shopping. I deal with those incredible people who will purchase and will attempt to say they never received their product, or those who state they never made the purchase. I get slammed for the amount they are disputing. However, I win my cases showing proof of every delivery, or sale.

This is my first problem with Wells Fargo. They only reimbursed me on the previous situations for half of the NSF fees. They state, that "they can only refund all the NSF fees, if it is a bank error". Of the $760.00 in NSF fees they took from me a few months ago, Wells Fargo only credited me half. Due to this recent situation I am trying to get my NSF fees back from Wells Fargo and have yet, to get anywhere with them.

This is my second problem with Wells Fargo. When my account is in the negative during these situations, Wells Fargo continues to allow transactions of which transpired previous to my knowledge of the removal of credit card funds - to come through thus, Wells Fargo making a profit of $35.00 a transaction.

Sure, one may suggest that I go else where. However, it cost money to change two business accounts, one trust fund account I have for my sons, and multiple personal accounts. I am working from morning till midnight just to make it now. Wells Fargo has told me that as of August 2010 - they will be removing the NSF charges altogether and if there is no money in ones account - then it is declined. Well, who was the brain child of this one? That is how it should be. Why not do that now? I asked, Wells Fargo to do that for me...however, there reply was - they can not do such a thing at this time.

That is the best news I have gotten from Wells Fargo - whom all the well knowing ones account is in the negative - will push through another transaction in order to fill their pockets. Wells Fargo is not for the business owners, nor the nine-to-five working individuals. They are for profit and if your family does not eat one night, well their, "Fat Cats in Corporate" sure will.

I wait for the day, when CNN shows the, "WellsGate" scam and they, the "Corporate Gougers" are made to pay back all the monies that they have greedily taken...Wells Fargo needs to quit ripping their hard working customers off!

I had to get a small cash loan of $200.00 to pay my rent, since both my parents, who recently became divorced, are financially unable to help me out.

When the first payment came in I was short $5.00 of the balance that I had to pay for my loan. I figured that they would just take what I had and be done with it. Then a few days later when I had sufficient funds in cash to pay it back, I deposited the money into my account. Then I got charged $70.00 for not having sufficient funds. Apparently, Wells Fargo charged me $70.00 in NSF fees for not being able to pay the first time. Then when I put the money in the bank, they took out the first $70.00, and when I couldn't pay the second time because of the money taken by the bank, I was charged another $70.00. Now I am out $140.00 to the bank in NSF fees, and now United Cash Loans, where I got my loan, raised my balance to $350.00.

I always thought that Wells Fargo was a bank that helped the working class, but apparently they just want to get money any which way they can. I am a college student, from a middle class family that is going through very tough times. I have a part-time job that barely pays the rent, and any financial aid I receive goes to books and school fees.

If at all possible, I wish that someone in higher ranks of the Wells Fargo Bank Co. will see this and realize that these fees are hurting those who rely on this banking services the most. If they don't see this, then I hope that people will see this and realize that this bank is one giant rip off, and avoid getting an account here.

Wells Fargo needs to have a class action lawsuit against them. They hide all pending debit ACH and check transactions to try and trigger fees to the consumer. Chase shows pending status and allows cutomers to make a deposit before 6 pm to cover a check etc so a fee is NOT incurred. Wells Fargo is crooked and only wants everyones money.

Wells Fargo holds payment without notice

Wells Fargo has started (new to me) holding payments made to your personal line of credit accounts without notice. This first time this occurred was when I made a sizable check payment to payoff my line of credit like I've done in the past. They put a 15 day hold on the payment even thought the check cleared my bank 2 business days later. Their excuse for not notifying me was that by the time I received a mailed notice, the hold would have cleared. Would the letter be coming from the far reaches of Antartica? The most recent occurrence was when I used their website to do a bank to bank payment (like I've done before) and even though the money was taken from my account on the next business day and they confirmed that they received it, I was told that there could be up to a 25 day hold on that payment. 25 days? How ridiculous is that? And the only reason I found out about this hold is that I called them to see why my payment hadn't increased my available line of credit (learned from the last situation).I've been a customer since 1990, had a line of credit since 1997 and have never had a problem until now. I'm disgusted with Wells Fargo. They made me feel like I'm going to try and rip them off.

Wells Fargo unethical business practices

I am recently unemployed and have been faithful with my car payments with the exception of this past month. When I contacted Wachovia which is now Wells Fargo and Chase before that, I explained that due to the economy, I was laid-off and taking care of my disabled Mother and needed to make a payment arrangement.

It was rudelly explained to me that they would need to post a payment to my account knowing full well that I was overdrawn at the time. I might as well have been asked to write a bad check which is ILLEGAL! The rep. quietly explained that "it's okay to allow us to post this payment from your account, because it won't go through right away. You should probably have money in there by then." Furthermore, the rep. asked if my Mother has any money to give me. I explained that she is 100% disabled and that I am the primary caretaker.

Wachovia/ Wells Fargo...or whatever they're called now, bully their customers, and are willing to partake in unethical business practices.

I mean cant they charge me Friday for what I spend on Fri why must I wait til next Tuesday... and why do they bother saying available last time I checked it meant present or ready for immediate use

Im starting a fan page on fb on Wachovias unethical charges do you know they charge you overdraft when its on hold then again once it goes through. They know its wrong so they are changing the rules in the next month per my personal banker who I like but unfortunately wont be dealing with anymore because im closing my account

Wells Fargo credit ruined in loan modification trial period

I refinanced my house in 2006 to buy a business. The lender was Fremont Invrestment Loans(bad company!). They sold it to ASC/Wells Fargo Bank. It was fix for 2 years and then became adjustable. Six months before change to adjustable I called ASC asking to help me refinance. They told me I had to call Wells Fargo that ASC can not do that. Called Wells Fargo, they told me to call ASC, that they could not do it. They told me ASC and Wells Fargo were not the same. That was the first lie. Meanwhile the prices of the houses kept going dow. Finaly they sent me a letter telling me I did not qualify to change the interest, but did not said for what reason. Tired a contacted statewide Bancorp Inc. They got a trial period for a loan modification and told me that that was my only option and I had to sign it . The terms were not good I did not signed, took them to court and they had to return my money because they did not have a permit to collect advanced fees for a loan modification. I called Parsa Law Group. They were on TV boasting they helped over 3000 customers to modify their loan. They took my money and shortly after Mr Parsa licence to practice law in California was removed for moral turpentry. Still waiting for them to return my money. I continue sendingthe documents the Parsa Law started and finally ASC put me an a loan modification trial period for 3 months with reduced payments. We asked before signing the agreement if that will afect our credit and they said "no, that is an agreement between you and the bank". Another lie. After we completed the 3 month trial period payments the loan modification was denied and our credit ruined! ASC reported the payment as late payments. We called them and they denie dthat they reported late to the credit agenices. They asked to send them the copy of the credit report. They also told me "of course the trial period will lower your credit score, everybody knows that". Really? We asked before and they said no, they lie. And they refuse to remove the bad record from the credit report. We are stuck with a bad credit and a Bank not welling to help and reported late payments when we neverm were late in the mortgage. Only neede a loan modification to lower the outrageous interest of 9.7% with a cap of 15.7% !

I did 2 loan modifications on 2 properties in 2010, the first bank was very helpful, but Wells Fargo refused to modify my loan and my husband had died and my income was cut in half. I went through everything and I have high payments with Wells Fargo and now there are a bunch of new laws and I wonder where to get the best info and how to apply again for a new loan mod. They also wrecked my credit so I can't open up an account anywhere else.

Due to an income decline in late 2009, I called America's Servicing Company (ASC) / Wells Fargo to discuss the possibility of a loan modification program. I was told I have to be at least 3 months behind in my payments, that I was to stop making my mortgage payments for 3 months then call back and begin the process. In April of 2010 I called ASC and began the process, that involved TONS of paperwork. When I'd call to verify received, they didn't have it, so I'd have to resend tax documents, income statements, pay stubs, hardship letters etc.. In July 2 days after having major surgery I received a call stating I would need to fax over paystubs for both myself & my husband. This could not be done, I was still in the hospital, plus my husband had just begun a new job with the government and had not received his 2nd pay stub. I was told by ASC to begin making our mortgage payments for a couple of months then call back and we'd see if there was another program we may qualify for. We made 2 payments and on October 7, 2010 we found out our house would be up for sale on October 27, 2010 for foreclosure. On October 25, I called ASC and talked to Andrea (Employee ID QFY) who put me on hold while she called the foreclosure attorney (Morris & Associates) to stop the foreclosure. Five days later we received notice our home had been foreclosed and the sale went through. We had 48 hours to negotiate a vacate date otherwise be left with a constable placing our belongings on the street. We have NEVER been late with one payment until this nightmare began! Now we have to be out of our house by December 6, 2010 or place eviction! ASC / Wells Fargo are awful people!

"After we completed the 3 month trial period payments the loan modification was denied and our credit ruined!"

Same here but with Bank of America. We've never had a late payment, before, during or after trial period. We immediately paid due amount when we were denied. And yet our credit score is now ruined because they said all those months (they kept us waiting 9mos.) of trial payments were late payments. We went from a very good, upper 800's credit score, to a bad, lower 600's. Now we have no ability to refinance or anything!

Isn't there anything we can do?

Wells Fargo travelers advantage

3 months and still waiting on my free DVD player. I was told that they would send it to me 4-6 weeks after signing up for Traveler's Advantage. I called after about 7 weeks wondering where it is and they were veruy apologetic and said that i had to fill out a form and according to thier records was never sent to me. So they sent this "form" which didn't even have the right number a spaces for my membership number a week later. The form said it would take another 4-6 weeks. I called to complain and have it expedited. They told me that they had already sent me the DVD player. We never received it. Iw as then told that I have to wait another 4-8 weeks for it to be sent to me.

This company is a BIG FRAUD! Anyone with Wells Fargo should look into their account to make sure that they are not being scammed. I've banked with Wells Fargo for over 9 years. This Travelers Advantage/Triligient has been deducting money from my account for almost 4 years. I signed up with Wells Fargo's Identity Theft Protection program and Travelers Advantage back in 2008. In 2009, called to cancel the membership with the Travelers Advantage. They stopped taking money from my account for a few months and then they started taking money from my account again and I never even noticed. I thought the money being deducted was for the identity protection so I didn't even question it. In November 2012, I got a call from the Wells Fargo Fraud Dept to check my account so I looked into my account and saw 2 transactions and questioned Wells Fargo with it. They then told me that Travelers Advantage has been deducting money from my account monthly. when I looked into my account, they've been deducting money from my account monthly for the last few years. When I filed a claim with Wells Fargo about this company, I was told that I have to cancel the membership with travel company first so I did that and called them to file a claim again. Then Wells Fargo and the traveling company told me that there's nothing they can do for me. They said that they can't return my money for me because I just cancelled the membership and that I had authorized it years ago. WTF! I spend 60 minutes arguing with them on the phone and apparently I just can't get my money back regardless of what I say to them. I called and spoke to Wells Fargo's Resolution Specialist and was told they'll only give me one months payment back and that they are very sorry. yea right they are sorry for selling their customers money. I'm so angry with Wells Fargo for allowing this to happen to their customers and they won't even do anything to protect their customers money either. I have 3 accounts with them and will be taking it elsewhere. I may be out hundreds of dollars($15.99 a month for 4 years) but they've lost a very good customer and her accounts! I will also make sure all my family and friends don't bank with them either! BEWARE!

Yes, we did a similar thing for a digital camera and never got the camera or any mail from them. My husband cancelled the subscription 2 months later, but they never cancelled it and have been charging us $11.99 per month for the last 4 years. I have wondered what this charge was but dismissed it as something from a store purchase. We finally called a representative for our Banking Account which happens to be Wells Fargo and asked them to block any future deductions from the Wells Fargo Travel Advantage program. Anyone have any luck getting money back from these people. We were reimbursed for 2 months onto our checking account which is small compared to the estimated $431 dollars they have taken from us.

Wells Fargo mortgage principal going up instead of down

I've been making payments on my home for the last 17 years through Wells Fargo Mortgage. Instead of my principal going down, it is going up each time I make a payment. Creation of an amortization schedule provided by another bank, indicates that I should be at a current principal balance of $56, 000; but WFM indicates $74, 000 this year, and $69, 000 a year ago. How can this be, since I'm making all of my payments. Furthermore, they misplaced 3 payments from last year, so took 2 of the payments I made last month, and applied them to last year; but tacked on penalties and extra interest. They also continue to claim that I am behind and have now accelerated my account to a foreclosure status. This is devastating news to me, as my home is my livelihood where I do my business. I explored options with the Gov't. Make Homes Affordable Program; but Wells Fargo makes you jump a lot of hoops and in the end, do nothing at all to help you save your investment. I contacted the Senator's office in Texas to ask assistance with this problem. The Senator's representative set up a 3-way conference call between their office, Wells Fargo and myself. The Wells Fargo agent insisted that the Gov't agent shut off their recording machine, and further demanded that the Gov't. agents supervisor come on line to verify that the recorder was indeed shut off. It was only then, that Wells Fargo agreed to have the 3-way conversation regarding my eligibility for the Make Homes Affordable Program. In that conversation, it was determined that I completely qualify without a doubt. Two days later, a letter arrived in the mail telling me my request was denied, and it was suggested that I pack my bags and plan on moving. It was also suggested that I go for a quick sale, and sell my property for less than half of market value. I spoke with numbers of Wells Fargo Mortgage people--you never get to talk to the same person twice and you never see results. It's a game they play to keep you in limbo, when truth be told, I believe they are trying to grab up everyone's real estate, and then will sell it off at a profit. You can call the same toll free 800 number ten times a day, and it will go to 10 different states. What a run around ! I want to know who you talk to at Wells Fargo to get down to the final solution? Wells Fargo decided to use their own attornies against me, and then took their legal fees out of the mortgage payment I sent in, and that made the mortgage payment come up short; so they marked it delinquent, and added penalties, interest, and late fees to it. Wells Fargo is sending people by to make sure my property is still occupied, and each time they do this, they charge me a fee for that as well. This can't go on. Because Wells Fargo put a bad mark on my credit report, I can't get refinanced by a reputable mortgage lender. I've always had good credit, and do not have any other debts. They doubled my monthly mortgage payments making it completely unaffordable. Everytime you call in to make payment arrangements, they always want to go up, not down where you can afford it. They always have excuses for why they can't lower the interest rate. How come Internal Affairs isn't looking into this? I'm looking for other disgruntled Wells Fargo Mortgage customers who would like to pitch in on a class action with me against this scamming mortgage lender.

I have had similar dealings with Wells Fargo. I was told I qualified for hamp but was then denied also. Since what I was told by them does not jive with what is on the hamp website, I contacted them. After providing basic information, they are checking the decision and WF actions. It may be that I don't qualify but WF does not provide too much detail. With so much grief and so much taxpayer information on the line, I would urge you to call the number on the website and have a free counselor contact WF rather than a class action suit. They are a terrible company.

That's Wells Fargo...Last time I refinanced it was because I wanted to be away from Wells Fargo Mortgage and told the
escrow closing servicer I did not want my loan sold to WFM.
(I'm looking for my closing paper currently) I was told that I had no choice on who the loan was going to be sold to and here I am
again...reading all the complaints after trying twice to get a
straight answer and assistance with WFM HAMP. I don't
trust them and am fearful I will be done unto as they have done unto others.
This is commercial terrorism!

Wells Fargo they screw up & it's my fault?!

My auto loan was originally with Wachovia, which was bought out just recently by Wells Fargo (unfortunately!)

My first statement from Wells Fargo contained a HUGE error. They credited my loan with an over $6000 payment which I never made.

I contacted customer service and was told repeatedly that I made that payment, I repeatedly stated that I did not. The rep continued to say I had no April payment due and my next payment was due in May. I went back and forth with her and finally just gave up, figuring they'd get it worked out eventually.

So April rolls around, past my due date, and NO I didn't send the payment because I was told not to do so and I didn't want the account even more screwed up. I start getting late payment calls. I call and speak with another rep. All of a sudden it's MY fault they screwed up, MY fault their rep gave me bad info repeatedly. No one tried to help or apologize for their mess! I had to practically beg for a deferment.

I was finally put in contact with a condescending ### named Dave in the Milwaukee, WI office. He hassled me, acted like I just didn't make my payment for the hell of it. I haven't had one late car payment on any loan in over 14 years! I sure wasn't going to start now!

I did get the deferment, but have to pay a late fee, even though they're the one's that messed up! Still, not one person acknowledged or apologized for their accounting errors. I am so close to telling them to just send the repo guys instead of having to deal with Wells Fargo for the next 4 years of my loan!

I am furious. DO NOT do business with Wells Fargo!

My story is similar,

My loan was originally with Wachovia also...it was transferred to Wells Fargo Auto Finance...i had already once completed a previous auto loan with thm with "no" problems whatsoever. So I'm going along with mypayments and due to situations with life...my Auto deducting from my savings was late. three times..so I'm ok with the "you must pay with a money order for three months" thats an fair slap on the hand.

then i get a call from a rep asking me if I would like a defferemnet...I think to myself, sure that would help me get back on track..Thank you wells fargo, 4/3 into the month..I get the auto calls, , your late on your payment and we want it now...I stated I asked for a deferrment...she initially says theres no record of it...then she looks again and says, oh yeah here it is..it was denied...this after them telling me it was already accepted. So then I told here...I was informed it was accepte earlier in the previous month when I made last months payement. The Rep tells me, well it was denied afterwards and we need the payment now or I'm going to send this to our "high risk" team...I asked to speak with a manager and was told I'm just going to transfer this to our high risk team and put on transfer...I got so furiousI hung up.
You know, I'm not going to stand for people that are making alot of money off me to treat me this way. When I was young and dumb I allowed it, I'm too old and too wise to allow this anylonger.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WELL FARGO AGAIN...

Wells Fargo wont offer refinancing

I have had a car loan with wachovia dealer services for close to three years and have made 33 payments on time with what i think is a completely unfair 18.99% apr. They were recently changed to wells fargo dealer services. I made 1 of my 33 payments with wells fargo. I decided to call them today and ask about refinancing on my loan with only 73, 000 current miles on the car, the type and year of car i think is a mute issue. My car being a 1996 was to old for their refinance policy, they said it could not be more than 8 years old and have less than 100, 000 miles, basically i have paid almost to the dollar the original sale price of the car of which i paid a $25, 000 down payment part of which was a trade in. they said they would direct me to a local office in which i could talk to someone else about it.

I instead of getting someone else that i was suppose to be able to talk to about refinancing, It turned out to be wells fargo collections instead.

all i have to say is what gall these ### have

I have decided to no longer pay them a dime. this is a car i never plan on selling and is my primary car. they can have it from my cold dead hands.

they never did a thing for me and wont even offer a new contract and considering wachovia is now defunct i consider my original loan defunct as well.

i will be interested to see how they handle this now considering they are now a third party lender on my original contract.

Point being i never signed a thing that had wells fargo printed on it.

I also feel that Wells Fargo Should Be Obligated to refinance my loan due to the fact of the outragious taxes i pay that went towards saving them from so called failure

Way to take my tax money to save yourself only to stab me in the back. Wells fargo is going down if they think they can do this to people.

HEY PEOPLE... NO ONE BAILED WELLS FARGO OUT OF NOTHING, WHEN THEY TOOK OVER WACHOVIA BECAUSE IT WAS A SELF STANDING COMPANY. ALSO IF YOU DONT LIKE SOMETHING FINE CHANGE COMPANIES... SEE IF ANY OTHER LENDER WILL REFI YOU! DO IT! I BET NONE OF THE OTHER MILLION BANKS WILL REFI YOU, AND IF THEY DO.. ITS A HIGHER APR! AND YOU PAY AS MUCH AS YOU WANT.. IF YOU WERE SMART YOU WOULD PAY AHEAD AND THEN PAY ON TIME.. OR OVER PAY TO PAY LESS INTREST! YOU ALL HAVE A SIMPLE INTREST LOAN! WHICH MEANS

YOU ALL HAVE A DAILY INTREST!

IF YOU PAY MORE OR DOUBLE PAYMENT THEN YOU ARE ONLY PAYING FOR INTREST USED!

Wells Fargo actually paid back all of their TARP funds so no they dont owe anyone anything. Wells Fargo Dealer Services is formally Wachovia Dealer Services and is not a defunct company...they are the same company with a different name. Also they were and are still a stand alone company from Wells Fargo...part of the same parent like Honda and Acura and that is it. There isnt a single person who is "owed" a refinance. If you qualify then sure they will refi you...if your credit sucks then no and that is it. DKY, yes it is mostly the banks fault that they financed unqualified families to own homes at extremely high interest rates. It is the family who signed on the dotted line that in 24 months their payment would go up 1k per month...to the guy who said he was repossessed after he paid, I call that B.S...was it your current payment or a couple months ago payment? Thats right it was your fault as you were more than 30 days past due...pay it now or you will pay it later it dosent matter.

1.) Not one bank will refiance your vechicle if its a 96. The miles is fine but the age is a problem. 2.) Your interest was 18.99% when you bought the car, if you didnt like then you shldnt have signed for it. 3.) Wells Fargo is not a 3rd party lender its still the same Wachovia just the name change its the same people handling the account. 4.) Bruce k you caught a bad one on that, second thought if your accout was up for repo that meant you owed several pmts and if you make one pmt rather it was certified funds you are still behind. 5.) DKY, its not the banks fault for ppl getting hight apr's, reason 1: your interest rate is high bc you have bad credit whch shows you dnt pay your bills anyway. 2: you are an adult, cnt no one mk you sign a contract if you dont want to.

Wells Fargo collection practices

Since purchasing my vehicle in 2006 I have had nothing but constant harassment from Wells Fargo and their so called agents. I have been hounded to make extra payments, payments for auto insurance, when I already had sufficient coverage, when asked for statement given the run around for one year until finally received. My family who have nothing to do with me or my loan, not even as a referance, called constantly all day long, no matter my payments are made every month online automatically. I have called and asked for this to stop, to no avail, also for 1 year every month I have been threatened with repo, and to date [protected], no one has shown up or served me with papers for the car, actually I am at the point I am looking into surrending the vehicle voluntarily. This is not the first vehicle I have purchased or financed, but by far the most upsetting finance company that I have dealt with. I am of the mind set that there has to be a lot of customers in the same boat as I, and I am calling for everyone involved to speak up and take Wells Fargo to court for shady business, unfair practices, or whatever legally can be done.

Millions of people in this country are struggling and have the same story I do, just like me, lost a great paying job, found another one but just enough to get by. Before I even lost my job they charged $2000 or so worth of insurance because they didn't have proof of my insurance coverage ( strangely this happened after I did a refinance loan with them). Took 3-4 months to get that straightened out and then I lost my job. I called and would explain over, and over, and over, my situation and do my best to make arrangements that were realistic given my drastic decrease in pay. I thought at first that they were fairly willing to work with me, but they still kept calling, and each time I would explain, and they would tell me they had no record of that. I set up over the phone payments, and on the second payment called to see if I could cancel it and send payment (on my own) a few days later due to a delay in my pay, was told ok. I made my payment as promised, and they went ahead and sent theirs in too, thus putting my bank account in the red. They offered no explanation, no help with the fees inccurred, and said there was nothing they could do. I am making my utmost attempt to get current but they continue to call relentlessly, leave nasty messages, and claim "we have no record of that." The government went to great lengths to bail out the banks but when American citizens suffer the banks won't help us. I'm glad to see my tax dollars are put to good use.
I know I will get through this eventually and when I'm in a better position and Wells Fargo is looking for customers, they'll get my "not so nice finger"

I refinanced my car loan with Wells Fargo Auto Finance to cut my monthly payments in half from a little under 800 a month to 420.03, and although I haven't even seen this car since 2007 I continue to make regular payments. When I miss a payment I get calls from complete [censored]es, I've been doing this long enough to know all of their numbers by heart, and I've dealt with them on the phone only once and I've been told the best thing I can do is NOT PICK UP THE PHONE.

My 2003 Cobra was disabled in 2007, the engine shot requiring 14, 000 to 18, 000 in repairs. The repair cost was more that the remaining balance of the loan. The engine failure quite unlikely to be covered by insurance, I decided to repay the loan and do without transportation until I could afford to have the car repaired. I continue to do this to today, Apr-2010.

I once went into a local branch office to discuss my predicament with someone face to face after having such a horrible experience with whoever it is they contract to call you looking for money and threatening to call the police if you don't surrender in 24 hours (in the state of california, or so i was told.)

The branch office was unwilling to refinance the vehicle for the cost of repairs on top of the remaining loan balance because my credit history is poor. Whoever tried to work with me went to talk to someone else, I assume that would be an underwriter to some extent. No luck. I appreciate the attempt, but it's too late. I assume, today, that my vehicle has been lien sold. However, I refuse to check up on my vehicle until I've paid off the loan and we'll see how it works out. That's how I cope with making payments.

One day, I hope to pay cash for parts to have it repaired. Wells.. In the meantime I continue paying wells fargo, mostly out of principle, partly because i just don't want to deal with a repo-happy representative that finds out I REALLY DONT KNOW where the vehicle is and YES IT HAS BEEN IMMOBILIZED SINCE 2007 SURPRISE!

They would know this if their phone reps kept proper records, too. Apparently, they don't.

I continue to improve my credit history, and continue to pay on this vehicle, and would appreciate it if Wells Fargo Auto Finance would learn to leave me alone. If I were in my right mind I would default on the loan, but I really need the clean credit history to maintain my laughable credit score, and besides I could probably pay out the loan and have the vehicle repaired mint condition with cash alone.

Thanks Wells Fargo for being such a pain in the ###.

Obviously fullmetal8284 has some vested interest in Wells Fargo collections. I am quite educated thank you, and I have had a very similar experience with Wells Fargo as did WorkHard. I will not go into detail as I plan to take legal action. But I can tell what fullmetal8284 wrote is almost verbatim what is scripted out for Wells Fargo's collection agents. I could pay off all my loans and have some left over, if the government lent me a huge some of money for a year on which I could collect interest. Wells Fargo is the poster child for all that is wrong with the financial industry in this country. Perhaps WF should have used more discretion when lending money. Perhaps WF should have done some research and foreseen such high unemployment, impossible?...yeah that's right...it was impossible for the consumer too. In such trying times, which was created by the financial industry, of which WF played a huge role, WF should re-negotiate outrageous interest rates from 19% to about 11%, but then that might cut into the huge executive bonuses. Many people have low FICO scores because of illness, this affects their ability to get a decent interest rate on loans and in some cases employment. It is a vicious circle of which the financial industry is responsible. As usual the banking industry assumes no responsibility and blames the American people for all that is wrong. Perhaps the interest rates should be re-written by the courts since WF is so unwilling to work with the American public. To blame the American people for this mess is unconscionable.

I would be very careful about what you say to these "collection agents" if they are willing to use such tactics as WF, then they have no ethics. Therefore the business illiterate on the other end of the phone cannot be trust with private information such as your SS#, any illness in your family or a new place of employment... as all this information can be sold or used for unethical purposes. Many of these cases will probably be settled in court, no judge is going to want to go on record blaming the American people for this financial debacle, the best weapon the consumer has is their ability to VOTE and their ability to keep really good records of abuse.

your arrangements you were making were probably horrible, they work with me but i know they have their limitations too, you agreed to a contract with them, if you dont pay it thats justifiable, how would you feel if you borrowed somebody back and the person that owed you money just said "sorry i dont have it"...would you leave them alone or keep calling until a resolution was made? the bailout of the banks was already paid back, and is completely differnt than bailing people out, if you get educated and know what to say they will be alot more willing to help, you say they wont "bail you out" but they did give you all the money for your loan right? the money you didnt have before? hypocrite

Wells Fargo employee fraud

The manager at Wells Fargo Cheyenne downtown office is a poor excuse for a manager. This person constantly takes days off or leaves early. I don't know who in the organization is tracking this info but if a manager is not at work on a regular basis heads should be rolling. As the manager she is responsible for generating business and leading her sales team. She does not accomplish this task. She is not even there to try and accomplish the task. She is collecting her paycheck and not working as required by an employee. Wells Fargo should be outraged by someone like this. Get a new manager but pay her a salary to stay at home because in essence this is what Wells Fargo is doing now.

Have you complainted to the higher ups about the service manager's behavior? Nothing will be done unless you take the intitative and do something about it. Making a complaint to a complaint board that will not likely be seen by anyone who can take action... is not doing something about it. I'm assuming the poster works for Wells Fargo... as most customers probably wouldn't care or notice the things you (the OP) are complaining about.

Wells Fargo would you believe wells fargo is sending us back our money and keeping us in foreclosure?!?!

Would you believe wells fargo is sending us back our money and keeping us in foreclosure?!?!

We have faithfully paid our mortgage on time for over 5 years. Recently we fell behind on our house payment for 90 days due to layoff and under employment. We have tried over and over for mortgage adjustment for 15 months with no success. When wells fargo notified us they were starting foreclosure we scrambled together the money to get current and they accepted payment to bring us current. Three weeks later they notified us that we were still in foreclosure and were sending us back the money we paid them!

Here's the timeline:

January 2009 - after one of us was layoff and the other became severely underemployed we started applying for mortgage adjustment. 15 months later and hundreds of dollars spent faxing document after document to wells fargo they still refused to modify our mortgage even though we were making all the payments, barely.

December, january, february [protected] - we were unable to make our house payments for those 3 months and continued to reapply for mortgage modification. Wells fargo paid our property taxes and sent us a new statement with monthly additional amount to repay the taxes.

March 2010 - we made a partial payment of $2, 000 (Out of the monthly $2, 400 due) but wells fargo refused to apply it saying they would hold that money in a "suspense account".

April 2010 - we were notified that they were going to start foreclosure proceedings and we received a letter from a third party legal firm with many additional charges. We called wells fargo to inquire what we owed in total so we could try to get current. They gave us an amount and processed our payment of over $8, 000 to bring us current. We called every few days to confirm that we were current and they always said "yes, your loan is current". We began to breathe a sigh of relief, continued to request modification and made a full house payment for the month of april with the added amount towards repaying the property tax. We thought all was ok, although it is a huge struggle to make our house payment.

April 20, 2010 - we did our routine weekly call to check on the status of our request for mortgage modification only to find that we had been denied again. We also found out that we were "still in foreclosure" even though they confirmed over and over that we were "current" on our payments. We were of course stunned and extremely upset. We said we couldn't believe what they were telling us and maybe we should call back and record the phone conversation... To which they replied "you can't record these calls and if you do they would be "inadmissible in court"! So now we're in limbo, unsure if we'll lose our home even though we got current with all the payments right when they notified us of foreclosure proceedings!

Seriously, they have our money, we brought our loan current... Isn't that the point?
Why on earth would they send us back the money and keep us in foreclosure?
Can you help us expose the lunacy here?

Because they are making money from the government off of these foreclosures! They auction your home at the lowest price and the government makes up the difference! And it doesn't end there, they then go after you for any fee's or penalties.

Join our Facebook Page... People Against HAMP

These lenders (Wells Fargo in particular) are taking advantage of the HAMP program by deceiving customers. They literally lie throughout the entire process so that they can make money off of your foreclosure. The mass media needs to get on this! This is fraud and it is happening to thousands of people nationwide! They put you on a "three month trial" they tell you to if you continue making the modified payments and submitting your paperwork you will be approved for the mod and done. Throughout several months to even years they string you along telling you to just keep making your payments and we will get you on the mod. They did this to us for 10 months, constantly losing our paperwork. They tell you their will be no fee's while you are on the program. What they fail to tell you or simply lie to you about as in our case is that after the 3 month trial period they put you back onto your original payment - while you are making modified payments that they tell you to make they are tacking fee's and penalty after penalty. You find out (in our case $40, 000 later) when you get the sudden foreclosure notice on your door that your loan has been penalized the whole time you were supposed to be on a modification. They then tell you you have been kicked off your modification and you have a few weeks to vacate your home, when it goes to auction. They auction your home at a fraction of the price owed and then are reimbursed for the remaining amount by the government. They then come after you for the back fee's and penalties after everything you have gone through. They are taking advantage and making money off foreclosure's, the more money they get out of the loan, the more money they make from the government. The gov. is encouraging and supporting this. This is pure, outright fraud by the people that are supposed to be protecting us! These lenders are pure criminal. Journalism excellence is the efforts that go towards helping the people, this is your job, to be the watch dog. This needs to stop! (read less)

I have started my loan modification in November of 2009. It is June 14th today. I was removed from the program 3 times already. (1) They have approved me for the trial period and then cancelled it with no reason. I have started hte process over again and has been denied because I was current in my payments. The explanation was: if you were current, you were not in hardship, so no modification is possible for you. I have started over again. After 2 months a negotiator was almost assigned to my case. I kept calling to WF every week to make sure the modification is progressing, the paperwork is up to date. I had hoped to finally receive a loan modification offer, but have received a denial letter instead. The reason for my removal from the program was: I have not supplied a requested document. While checking with them I have found out that they expected an afidovit from me but never told me that it was the only step away from completion of my modification. It was missing but they have never told me about it. Now I have to start the process over again for the 4th time. WF`s Loss and Mitigation Dept. is refusing to to accept this missing piece of paper and reinstate my account. They recommended me to start the whole process again. Is it some kind of game? Are they get paid per number of denied cases? I do not understand why they would better initiate foreclosure rather than accept the fact that they screwed the whole process up, reinstate the account and complete loan modification?

I have a similiar problem with Wells Fargo. I filled out an online home equity loan for home improvement on April 11, 2010. My loan denied on the basis of non-payments on the house for the past three years. Surprised, I called customer service, sent proof of monthy deduction statements, extra mortgage payments applied to the principle since 2006, their quarterly statement indicating my mortgage payment is current, but the loan officer dismissed every proof I submitted. He indicated that Wells Fargo is proceeding with foreclosure and as of April 2010, my home has been added to the auction block. In addition, the loan officer repeatedly asked whether I am Hispanic. Furious, I hired a lawyer to look into their claims.

Early this week, Wells Fargo conceded that the bank has two accounts similar to my name but in different states. Wells Fargo is still proceeding with my home in New York State while they are not taking action with the other defaulted account. The bank has already paid the legal fees to foreclose my home despite the mistake has been found. According to Wells Fargo, I am still 'liable' for the court fees. One option, 'the mortgage officer" offered us, to refinance the home with 11.9% interest rate. We currently have 6% interest rate since we bought the house in 1997 with less than 50 payments left on the loan.

My lawyer will do the right thing for us.

Wells Fargo refinance/h.a. r.p. program

I have been trying to refinance since 2007 after World Savings sold my mortgage to Wachovia I have been told I don't make enough money to refinance at the lower interest ( currently paying 6.65% ) . I have been getting the runaround since I filed for the H.A.R.P. program since november 2009 asking for one paper or another and asking for more duplicate forms that they never received even though I faxed and sent certified the same papers more than once. This delay tactic has been going on for 6 months. Finally heard from them today and they said I made to much money to qualify for the H.A.R.P. They did offer to help me short sell my property this is the biggest land grab ever concotted in the world where are are elected officials when we need them sad day for the United States.

Wells Fargo high interest / opt out letter

Thinking about getting a Wells Fargo Financial Splash Card? You better do your homework and then some! That 0% interest for 6 months looks good but be sure to pay it off before the six months are up! My nightmare began with the purchase of a pellet stove from a retailer in my area. I purchased about $4300 worth of merchandise from them thinking that I would be able to pay off the balance or close to it in six months. Financial circumstances changed and that interest rate of an outrageous 23.99% turned my balance of $4300 into almost $4900 at the end of the six month period! These unethical thieves are making almost $600 in interest on a $4300 principal balance! I recently transferred most of the balance to another card with the exception of $610 which was my second largest mistake! Apparently they state that they sent out a change in terms letter advising me that my minimum due would now be based on my highest billed balance if I did not opt out! I received my “opt out” letter in an envelope conveniently identical to my statement. I set it aside thinking it was just my statement. So, on a $610 balance my payments should be about $20 right? WRONG! These thieves want $122.00 a month until the balance is paid off! They will do nothing to reduce this amount and state that since I failed to opt out then I agreed to the terms! I strongly urge you boycott Wells Fargo like the plague. They will not think twice about ripping you off and I am proof of that!

Wells Fargo took additional payment

Paid off our mortgage with Wells Fargo and contacted them well in advance to stop the auto withdraw out of our checking account. First of the following month we get notification the checking account has been overdrawn. Quick investigation shows WFM continued to take the payments. Contacted them only to be told we would have to wait weeks to get back any balance in the escrow account. Sad we didn’t have an escrow and the only money they had was money they took without authorization. Sorry, they said, that’s our policy. To date, still haven’t seen any credit for the money.

I can completely believe it. I have been paying weekly mortgage payments through Chase's automated bill payment. I have to call in every month to have all the payments put to the mortgage. If I don't then the weekly payments go to principle and their software/system/dumb @ss smackt@rds call me monthly to ask me where my payment is. I am refinancing to avoid having to call them every month to tell them to take all of the previous months payments and put them towards the mortgage instead of principal...on top of that I lose all of the interest that I gained by paying weekly because they can not reimburse me for it when I call at the end of the month to have all of the payments changed from principal payments to mortgage payments...Fvck you Well's Fargo.

Wells Fargo force ins. because loss of job

Since 2007 Iv'e been a Customer of Wells Fargo Auto Finance, In Nov. 2009 I loss one of my jobs and when I explain to Wells Fargo Customer Service back in 2009, That my payments were going to be late or split and half. When I first took out the Loan thur Wells Fargo I was making close to 55000, since the loss of the job I make half of that now. So for four months it's been very hard making the payment before 30 days. I asked was there anything they can do to help me because of my hardship, every agent I talked too was rude to me, as If I owe them personally. So now I have forced Ins., through Wells Fargo which is a extra 1800 dollars, this month I called like I normally do to tell them I can't get the money and finally I talked to a very nice young lady who offered to give me some infomation about the deferred program. I could not believe this. In Nov. 2009 not one Customer Service Rep. offered to tell me about the program. I wonder why? I had Ins. at the time I lost my job, Was It it because she was African American and she realize that I was also? This distrubs me. Only thing they want to talk about were fees, Why was I not offered help while going through my hardship? It's like they are out for blood. I have three sons in college. What do they want me to do live in my car with my three sons when they come home from college? listen I'm only saying If someone would have told me about the deferred program my credit would not be shot and I would have had a chance to catch up on my Ins. and other bills.

This the first part to my letter up there I think it got lost. My husband and I has been sick lately and feel on hard times but still making our car notes as best we can I have been thinking of ending it all because I don't know how to deal with it. On May 14th a man name Larry called from Wells FARGO and my sister answered my phone I was at work after my sister told him I wasn't home he still proceeded to tell her that I was in repo and what time he could pick the car up.He should have not told her my buisness but when I got home I called and ask for a supervisor I got a lady name Denise she was very nice because I was so tired of it all I am working to jobs to keep it all together I could have done it that day but her I stood on the phone for an hour she told me to calm down and let's try to figure something out.And stated to send her 650 dollares on the 28th that when my next check would come in . As I said in second part of my letter it was not true or Larry did on purpose because I reported to her then tonight I spoke to Karen who was just as uncaring she admitted she the notes Denise left on my account but just because she didn't take it out repo status on the notes she refuse to do anything told me I have to speak to Denise in the morning but they will take the car. I can't take anymore I have tried to live a honest life but I am tired I am not perfect I have always been a stron person my mother died when I was 3 months old father was on drugs i have been homeless before but I was still standing threw all of this and more I am a type of person that would help feed anyone and give them aplace to stay because I know how it feels to not have anyone. But this world is bad We honest hard working people can not survive in it No one wants to help anyone we all have jobs to do but when you devils in the postition where they shouldn't be we poor people don't stand a chance. The devil is to seek and destroy and my god lok like he is.

Wells Fargo Mortgage Company, its officers and employers are incompetent. Why? Wells Fargo requires flood insurance to match your home owners insurance (fire & theft) up to $250.000. However they state in their own documents, that flood insurance needs to be sufficient for replacement cost coverage. As a result of their incompetency, individuals are...

Loss Mitigation Review – Faxed- 866.359.7363

Please, please grant us a Loan Modification for loan #[protected]

“SUMMARY’’

We fell behind some time after my daughter passed away from cancer issues and son-in-law lost his job from grief and depression. He found himself displaced in the work force and at some point on meds and then disability. He and I both continue to look for work but at present to no avail. Allen currently receives

$1053.00 Disability and I receive $983.00 SS benefits. See Income attachments. We desperately need a Loan Modification of around $700.00. See financial statement. We both want to stay in the house, create a business, pay the house off and fix it up, bringing it up to code. Due to the current condition it’s in, an investor would take it far below what’s currently owed on it. Because of the love my daughter had for this property; there is a lot of sentimentality for us. We are just having a very rough time from loss of life and incomes. Please work with us.. We will make you proud of us. It’s a Horrible Ordeal so far.

Some History

This house was bought for around $135, 000 when it was a sellers market with the intention of fixing it up and making it into a home similar to the one she loved in York, PA. This house was built in 1980 and pretty much used as a rental house the entire time. I moved down here to be with my daughter after my job of 7 years at the Pose Office ended. We all had or found employment at the purchase of the house. I was making over $27, 000 a year at Real World Training; my daughter started a new job at Verizon Web Pages making $34, 000 a year, my son-in-law Allen was working at J.C. Penney Corporate Office in the IT-NOC center making $45, 000 a year. All that together gave us a household income of $104, 000 gross, which was plenty enough to buy and care for this fixer upper home.

Although a lot of projects were started, many of them came to a halt when my daughter discovered she had a very aggressive form of breast cancer. Me and my son-in-law stayed on the internet and on the phone trying to find treatments, clinical trials, with hopes of finding some way to cure or help my daughter manage her illness in order to buy more time till they could find something that would work for her type of cancer. Michelle opted for a lumpectomy to no avail, a mastectomy including lymph nodes to no avail, chemotherapy and radiation, more surgery, all of which did not work. The cancer became metastatic to the lower back and then started spreading throughout her entire skeleton. She had tumors on her shoulder, tumors on the side of her head and tumors growing around her jawbone. She was labeled terminal. Because of the pain she was rushed and admitted to Baylor, Susan G. Komen terminal wing where she was given morphine to make her comfortable.

There were some church friends Michelle came to know, along with myself and son-in-law that kept vigilance beside her. My daughter remained in good spirits and my son-in-law promised to continue working on the house so she would have a home to come back to as soon as she got well. He also continued to research options and he did find a chemo treatment using Methyltrexate. This type of chemo has been used for years for treatment/management of severe cases of arthritis, although we tried to get the oncologist to consider it as a management treatment to slow down the cancer, the oncologist would not do it because it wasn’t considered a cure all. So Allen found a treatment protocol on a web site called www.IPTQ.com it offered a lot of hope that we seemed to be running out of. After some fellowship with the church we spoke with her doctors involved, Michelle decided to go and the treatment was started in Atlanta, GA. Within 4 days most of the tumors were shrunk down, barely visible, I was the only one with Michelle. She didn’t want my son-in-law going along because he was too emotional concerning her welfare. Around the sixth or seventh day Michelle was overdosed, a couple of days after that my son-in-law arrived to find her very sick, 911 was called and Michelle was rushed to the ER where she was diagnosed with Septic Shock, no platelets, next to no blood count. Michelle’s face and parts of her body were orange. Her hands were white as snow, her mouth and gum area were covered in blood and she was very swollen. Test confirmed she had poor blood counts, no platelets with an over all state of septic shock. Michelle really needed more care then and there but this hospital was not setup for trauma patients such as Michelle. In fact they seem more concerned about the liability then giving Michelle what little bit of help she desperately needed with what little time she had left.

She passed away from septic shock and congestive heart failure. This was a very horrible experience for me as well as my son-in-law. He found it very hard to keep his current job or any jobs after that. He ended up losing his current job and found himself as a displaced worker with so many others. Between trying to find full time work and trying to work temporary jobs, as well as dealing with all the emotional grief, guilt over the sudden loss of my daughter. It just seemed like an uphill battle. He ended up on a lot of medicines where working for someone just became impossible because of the depression he still felt and or side effects from the medications. Allen has continued to look for work, continued to seek out help for ways to fix, restore or update the house in the love and memory of Michelle.

Some banking information:

At some point with the loss of income, we fell behind on payments. With continuous communications with Wells Fargo, they put us on forbearance with or with out payments. I am so grateful for the help they offered Allen and I. In the past, the only income in the house was mine, $983.00, some time later there was Food-Stamps of $315.00 until he could seek and try for disability He was awarded that after a few months.

And is now receiving 1053.00. After that we lost the food stamps however this income is permanent, no lay-offs or loss of income.

In closing, my son-in-law and I love this house and want to fix it up in memory of my daughter. It’s really hard for us to see living anywhere else. I realize it needs work that exceeds our current income, but my son-in-law has good days and bad days and although that makes it hard for him to work a steady job, he is able to complete a task at a slow pace.

If there is anything you can do to help us find a refinance, Loan Modification, etc., we would be very

grateful. Thank you Wells Fargo for all your help so far. Loan # [protected]
