Why is it necessary to be so bad having great items? The way you work and they way you treat your customers is terrible, but at the same time, I can't complain about the quality. But probably, it's not the golden middle, just one side is worse and more important. With a bad CS you won't succeed.
Just think about it.
I love what I got, but I will definitely never order from them again and look for different websites.
I am very disappointed with WeLoveFine!
I had a bad experience with WeLoveFine and I am very disappointed with them.
I bought a shirt and the one I received was very small and did not fit so I contacted them and asked for a replacement. They said that they don't do replacements and offered me a refund. That seemed strange but I agreed.
I followed their instructions and sent the shirt back and later I received my money back. I was not happy when I realized that they refunded only 75%!
I want to mention that their rep promised me a FULL refund!
I contacted them again and they said that all the information regarding the refund process was available on their site. Customer service rep wasn't nice and his tone was rude and unfriendly. I will not buy from this site ever again, they are the worst ever!
Looks like a scam
I don't know what to think. When I contacted these guys they seemed nice and tried to help, but I guess they are just pretending to be nice. Ordered a shirt from WeLoveFine website a long time ago (back in August) and it was a birthday present for my brother.
Two months passed and still no sign of my order. When I contacted WeLoveFine they said that everything was fine, that my order was on its way and that there's nothing to worry about. They are unable to tell where my order is and when will it arrive. I'm very disappointed with WeLoveFine and will never order anything from them again!

Did not refund the shipping cost
I have ordered several items from WeLoveFine store and paid some extra money for two day shipping. It actually took them over three weeks to deliver and all this time they gave me nothing but headache. When I contacted customer service for the first time they said that they need some time to process the order, then they said that they also need extra time to contact the delivery service and etc. When I asked them so what did I pay for they said for 2 day shipping. I asked so where was my 2 day shipping and of course they replied nothing, because I was right and they were not! Received my items and really liked them, but I still wanted to get the money back which I paid for the shipping and they refused! This company is the worst ever! Terrible service!
10 days pased and still no delivery
My sister bought two t-shirts with the cartoon’s heroes from the website www.welovefine.com. She placed order, paid and got the confirmation emails as well. But after 5 days, she hasn’t received the order. The seller replied to our message and told that the order was on its way, but we needed to be more patient. Another 5 days pased, but the situation remained the same. Awful.
Ordered a few products to Spain and had to pay basically 50% in fees! What the [censored]ing heck!
I've never paid any kind of fees when ordering stuff from abroad in all of my life. Never buying from them again.
