Have used Westar Plumbing Services many times in the new house I am in. Always on time, always polite and has fixed everything I needed in a timely manner. The receptionist is always polite and personable, all employees I have come in contact with have been the best.

It was great to have the plumbers, John and Sarah, arrive on time the same day as promised. They worked well as a team and quickly diagnosed the problem. I was pleasantly surprised at the bill being much less than I was anticipating. I'm keeping Westar on my cell phone contacts for next time.
Absolutely stellar customer service!
Absolutely stellar customer service! I purchased a water softener 3 yrs ago from the former owner that went bad. When I looked at the warranty it was invalidated because the softener had been placed in the direct sun. The new manager replaced the old softener and even built a shelter for the new one. I expected to have to fight for a replacement , but they were quite gracious about it. I'd recommend them to anyone.
