I bought a 3 pack of Brassieres from Whifly the other day and I gotta say, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. The undergarments were definitely not up to snuff - they were advertised as top quality but turned out to be pretty cheaply made. What's more, they didn't fit very well at all, and didn't provide the support where I needed it most. In short, these Bra's were not even kind of doing the job they were supposed to do.
But that's not even the worst part, folks! The company made it almost impossible to get in touch with them to return the darn things. I scoured the site for a phone number or email address, but to no avail! It seems like they don't even want to take responsibility for the low quality products they put out there. It makes a customer feel pretty darn helpless, if ya ask me.
I've got to say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on Whifly's site. Not only were the products a letdown in every way, but the lack of customer service is just unacceptable. Would I shop with them again in the future? Not a chance, folks. Not a chance.

And after investigating the matter, PayPal refunded my money. Needless to say, I was left feeling extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Whifly.

They have a depot in Beaconsfield but I still have to foot the bill to return it to China? That's just ridiculous. And of course, the cost of the return shipping would be more than the bra itself, so I'm pretty much stuck with it now. I wouldn't recommend dealing with Whifly based on my experience. Even Paypal wouldn't open a case against them and said no refunds allowed. So, yeah, definitely be careful if you decide to buy from them.

I eventually managed to get a small refund of $3, but I had to keep the bras. To be honest, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them. They're just taking up space in my closet now. If you're thinking about making a purchase on Whifly.com, be warned - their refund procedure is not very reassuring. I can't speak to the quality of their other products, but I have seen these bras sold under a different company name before. So just be careful!
