A important part of the product failed
A important part of the product failed. I made many requests to the company for the warranty replacement part. They told me that the replacement was done and would be sent to me. This process started many months ago. The part hasn't arrived, but I keep getting emails saying that it's being processed. I don't have the time to waste on the phone anymore just to get false promises from customer service. I just need them to replace the handle that failed.
I wanna complain 'bout this company's spam mailin' catalogs
I wanna complain 'bout this company's spam mailin' catalogs. I done emailed 'n called 'em many times to get my contact info removed from their physical mail catalog 'n email. But they keep sendin' me catalogs every month 'n ain't respectin' my requests to stop botherin' me. I just wanna be left alone 'n ain't plannin' on buyin' anythin' from 'em again, but they keep harassin' me. I want 'em to stop contactin' me 'cause I done followed their removal process over 'n over again.
I asked for a new piece for my wine fridge (Model No ***) on 2/2/22
I asked for a new piece for my wine fridge (Model No ***) on 2/2/22. They charged me $67.13. The piece they sent was wrong, so they sent another one on 2/7/22 for free. But that one was also wrong. The warehouse manager I was talking to didn't reply. I called, no answer. I emailed customer service, no reply. I did get replies when I used the live chat on their website, with promises to fix the problem, but it still hasn't been fixed. If they don't have the part anymore, I get it. But I do want my $67.13 back for the wrong piece, which I said I'd happily return.

The Wine Enthusiast Magazine company has some issues with their advertising
The Wine Enthusiast Magazine company has some issues with their advertising. They claim their glasses are "shatter-resistant," but that's not true. They also have a guarantee that used to be for a lifetime, but now it's only for 10 years. It's all very confusing. I tried to contact them, but they were closed for months, probably because of COVID. They know their product doesn't work like they say it does because they have emails on their website from people complaining about it. At first, they sent me a replacement glass for free, but now they want to charge me $15 for shipping and handling for each replacement. That's not what their website says at all. I'm not going to spend any more money on a product that doesn't do what it's supposed to. Especially when they're asking for so much money just to ship it to me. I want a full refund, including the shipping and handling fees, because they lied in their advertising, their policies keep changing, and I'm really unhappy with their product.

On March 15, I reported a problem with the Legacy Corkscrew with Black Marble Stand and Handle, order #***. The black metal arm on the stand ain't formed right. The upper and lower wings ain't straight, so the corkscrew assembly leans forward by 12 degrees. Other folks have mentioned this problem too. (The steel is too stiff for regular folks to fix.) Customer service sent a new stand, but it had the same issue. The person I talked to, ***, ain't with the company no more, said Wine Enthusiast knew about the problem and was looking for a new supplier. They said a better product would be available in June. On June 11, I talked to ***, who didn't know about the problem but said they'd look into it and get back to me. I left a message for *** on June 24, but they haven't called back. I need a replacement that's fixed or a refund.
I've been trying to reach out to Wine Enthusiast Magazine for several months now, both through email and phone calls, about a missing credit of $
I've been trying to reach out to Wine Enthusiast Magazine for several months now, both through email and phone calls, about a missing credit of $2,395. The latest customer service representative was really nice and promised to contact all the necessary people, but I never got any follow-up. I even sent two recent emails to Customer Service and AM Trucking with the order numbers and pro numbers, but still no response. I had two purchases with issues. The first one, Purchase No. ***, was made on 11//2019 for $2,395.00. It arrived damaged, with a cracked wood top and a damaged back right leg that scratched the flooring. It was picked up on 3/*/2020, but the credit is missing. The second purchase, Purchase No. ***, was made on 9/*/2019 for $2,395.00. It also arrived damaged, with the holes not aligning to attach the top to the base and dented metal sides. The replacement item sent on *** - 11//2019 was also damaged. After dealing with canceled deliveries, lost shipments, and no-show deliveries, I asked them not to send a third replacement and instead pick up the second unit and credit my account. They did pick up the item, but my account was never credited. They claim that AM Trucking didn't show that it was returned.
I bought a product from *** on May **,
I bought a product from *** on May ,. They said it would be in stock on June ,. On July *,, they charged my card $1,995.00. When I checked the order status online, there was no update. I called customer service on July *,. The first rep said the item was in stock and would check with shipping for delivery. Then I got an email saying it was out of stock and wouldn't be shipped until August. I called again and spoke to another rep who was rude and said I wasn't charged, just authorized in May. I told her the charge wasn't pending and was from the ***, but she said she needed to contact accounting. I asked for a manager because I felt like they were giving me the runaround and taking my money without delivering the product as promised. She put me on hold and then I ended up talking to the answering service, not a manager. When I called back, customer service didn't pick up, probably because they saw my caller ID, and I went to voicemail. Now the company has $1995.00 and based on the last rep's actions, I don't think I'll get my item or get to talk to a manager to resolve this. I don't understand why they said it was in stock earlier and charged my card if it's now out of stock and can't be delivered.
On February 2, 2022, I contacted Wine Enthusiast *** because the sealed *** unit on my 18 bottle dual zone max ***
On February 2, 2022, I contacted Wine Enthusiast *** because the sealed *** unit on my 18 bottle dual zone max *** wine cooler stopped working. This happened 15 months into the 36-month warranty. The service *** asked for a picture of the problem, so I sent it to him. He told me to get a registered HVAC technician to confirm the defect, and I could choose any company for this, not just the one they usually work with. This was necessary to verify the issue. I asked who would pay for the technician's visit, and he said it would be covered by the warranty and I would be reimbursed.
As requested, I contacted a local technician and sent him pictures of the problem before he arrived. He asked why he needed to come out when it was obvious that the unit was defective. I explained that Wine Enthusiast wouldn't replace the unit, even though it was under warranty, until a technician confirmed the defect. So, I had to pay for the service call in cash. I submitted the invoice and waited.
After speaking to two different technicians, I finally received my replacement unit. I contacted the service department to inquire about my reimbursement. Three different representatives asked for different documents. They ranged from not having a copy of the *** to requesting a copy of my warranty book. I provided each document they asked for. When I called again, I requested to speak to a supervisor named "***". After a long discussion with him, where he tried to blame poor training or the supposed nationwide service contract (which is not mentioned in their warranty book or website), he agreed to send me a reimbursement.
On March 21, *** informed me that I should receive my check in 2-3 days. However, as of today, I still haven't received my reimbursement.
