Mixed Experiences with Woodwind & Brasswind
As someone passionate about music and instruments, I understand the importance of reliable service when purchasing musical equipment. Reading through various reviews about Woodwind & Brasswind, it's evident that customers have had mixed experiences. While some customers have praised the pricing and customer service, others have faced challenges with product quality, shipping delays, and unresponsive customer support. It's crucial to consider these factors before making a purchase to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.
Terrible Customer Service at Woodwind & Brasswind - Do Not Shop Here
I totally agree with everyone else who says that the service at Woodwind & Brasswind is just awful! I don't know if I can even describe how terrible my experience was, but I'll try my best.
I had a problem with a clarinet I bought from them that turned out to be defective, but when I called customer service about it they just tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible without actually helping me. It was like they didn't care at all about solving my problem or making things right for me.
Even worse, after that initial call I never heard from them again. They didn't follow through on any of the commitments they made to me, and I felt totally violated and betrayed by the whole experience.
I can't believe that this company gives better service to schools than to individual customers like me. It's just not fair, and it makes me never want to shop there again.
Overall, I would say that anyone who cares about good customer service should stay far away from Woodwind & Brasswind. They don't care about their customers, and they don't follow through on their promises.
Nightmare Experience with Woodwind & Brasswind: Avoid at All Costs
Wow, where do I even begin? My experience with Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com) has been an absolute nightmare. It's like they take pleasure in lying to their customers. I thought I was going to receive my record, but nope, they kept pushing back the delivery date. And then, when I asked about the shipping status, they told me the record was already pressed and ready to send. Guess what? More lies!
And to make matters worse, their customer service representatives were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I mean, why even bother having a customer service department if they're just going to be rude and useless? I finally had enough and called to cancel my order. It was a total waste of time and money.
I can't believe it's taken over five months since I ordered the album, and I still don't have it. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous. I've read other reviews online, and it seems like I'm not alone in my negative experience. This company has some serious issues with their customer service and delivery times.
So, if you're thinking about ordering from Woodwind & Brasswind, I suggest you think again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Trust me; you don't want to deal with this kind of frustration. The last thing you need is to deal with rude, manipulative, and indifferent customer service representatives. They don't deserve even one star, let alone the one I gave them. Stay away!

Unreliable customer service and damaged items: My experience with Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com)
Let me tell you, Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com) is not the company for me. The people working their customer support just can't seem to get things right - they couldn't even honor my coupon code! And don't even get me started on how they handle issues with damaged items. I had received a piano that was damaged during shipping and had to contact several customer service representatives just to get any kind of response. I sent them pictures, but they kept asking for more and more - it's like they didn't want to replace it or give me a discount for keeping it in that condition. Come on, folks! It's time to either replace it or give me a discount. The incompetency is real with this one, so be warned before you make a purchase.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Woodwind & Brasswind: Late Delivery and Refund Denied
I had a very frustrating experience with Woodwind & Brasswind. My delivery, which I paid extra for overnight shipping, did not arrive on its delivery date. So, I decided to call their customer service to inquire about my order. Unfortunately, the representative on the phone was very rude. I felt like he didn't care about my issue at all. He even mentioned that FedEx may have more important shipments than mine, and implied that my order was not as important as COVID-19 vaccines. What kind of customer service is that? I was very annoyed with his response.
Then, I asked for a refund of my $50 overnight shipping fee, since it was clearly stated on their website that they would refund the shipping cost if an order is not delivered on time, given that it was shipped out before 5pm. However, he still said NO, even though I was positive my package arrived at FedEx before 5pm. I was very disappointed with their service, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
It's frustrating when a company doesn't live up to their promises. The fact that they wouldn't refund my shipping fee when I was entitled to it is a red flag. I wish their customer service was more understanding and willing to help. I expected better from Woodwind & Brasswind.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with wwbw.com
I recently made an order on wwbw.com for my wife's birthday present. I was initially promised a specific delivery date, but unfortunately, the order was pushed back by a whole month. I was extremely disappointed as I had hoped to receive the product before Christmas, but that did not happen. I made several calls to the customer service team to complain, but unfortunately, each time I called, the delivery date was pushed back several more days. The current delivery date they have given me is a whole month and a half later from the initial promised delivery date. I am not even sure if I will receive the product at all now.
It is really disappointing as I was really looking forward to surprising my wife on her special day. The product was actually on sale during Black Friday, but now that I have to wait this long, I will not be able to get that great price anywhere else. Other stores had the product in stock at the time, but now they are also completely out of stock everywhere.
I have requested to speak to a supervisor several times, but unfortunately, they either promise to call me back or ask me to call on a different day. It is really frustrating as a customer to not have anyone take responsibility for the delay and to constantly push back the delivery date. I understand that sometimes things may happen that are out of their control, but the lack of transparency and communication from the customer service team is really disappointing.
Overall, I am really disappointed with the experience I have had with wwbw.com. I hope that in the future, they can work on improving their communication and customer service to avoid disappointing other customers in the same way.
Woodwind & Brasswind Review: Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Order Processing
Ordered my stuff at the crack of dawn on Friday, 10:42 am to be exact. Shouldn't be a big deal for Woodwind & Brasswind, you would think. But they told me they didn't start processing my order until Monday! What gives? My bank statement and e-receipt clearly said that they charged me Friday. Isn't that a sign that the order is good to go? I guess not for this company.
And let me tell you, the customer service I received from Gabriella and Glorianna was nothing short of horrendous. They acted like I was the one who messed up, couldn't read orders, and couldn't read bank statements. They were so unprofessional and just plain rude. Made me feel stupid and small, and my order wasn't even that big. Just a guitar bag and some pics. How hard can it be to ship those on time?
Honestly, I have never dealt with a company this bad in my whole life. They're inept, crass, belittling, and just a bunch of meanies. Don't bother with them. Find a company that actually wants your business, because Woodwind & Brasswind sure doesn't.
Disappointing experience with Woodwind & Brasswind: review of Epiphone Riviera guitar purchase
Bought new guitar Epipone Riviera few months ago. Asked if they could ship in hard shell case, got the nod. Guitar was on back order, next day they shipped the hard case. I call and said, "Hey, where's my guitar in the hard case?" - turned out they hadn't shipped it and refunded me. Finally, the guitar arrives, months later, in a cardboard box. The folks at Woodwind & Brasswind never took a good look to see if all was good, and you could see that some of the fret ends were still a bit rough. I was not happy with the guitar.
To save money, I tried to buy from Woodwind & Brasswind but it turned out to be a mistake. I would recommend trying somewhere else like Sweetwater. Sweetwater at least will send you the guitar in a hard shell case and will inspect it for problems before they ship it to you. So that's my experience with Woodwind & Brasswind.
Beware of Woodwind & Brasswind's Email List: Difficult to Unsubscribe
Woodwind & Brasswind is a company that sells instruments and musical gear online and through catalogs. One thing that really bothered me about the company was how easy it was to sign up for their email list, and how difficult it was to unsubscribe. If you're thinking about giving them your email address, don't. I made that mistake and soon found myself overwhelmed by 2x daily emails. When I tried to unsubscribe, I ran into issue after issue.
At first, I tried using the simple 'unsubscribe' button in the emails. Did that work? No way. I was instructed to log in and change my email and subscription preferences. Though this was annoying, I followed the instructions, hoping I would finally be able to unsubscribe. But guess what? It still didn't work. I received a message saying that in order to unsubscribe, I had to call during business hours and speak to someone directly. I found it really strange that they didn't offer an easy way to unsubscribe online.
As soon as I picked up the phone and dialed the number, a sales associate answered on the other line. My hope to easily unsubscribe was about to fade even more. Of course, they immediately tried to sell me other products and services, but I just wanted to get off their email list. I vented my frustrations to the sales associate, but his attitude did little to help. His indifferent tone let me know that this was a common complaint. He told me that I would be unsubscribed within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, I'm still getting emails from this company 20 business days later. It's really disheartening to not be able to trust a company to simply remove you from their email list. Overall, I highly recommend staying far, far away from Woodwind & Brasswind.
Woodwind and Brasswind: From Trusted to Disappointing
I have been a customer of Woodwind and Brasswind for quite some time now and generally had a good experience with them, until my most recent order. Unfortunately, the company lost all of its integrity, which is super important to me when it comes to doing business. I made a purchase for a NEW Martin D18 Modern Deluxe, but instead received a used guitar. I could tell it was used because the end pin had been sanded down and still didn't fit properly. Now, I know that Martin doesn't sand down their end pins, so that was a red flag for me. I called to inquire about the issue and they confirmed that Martin does not sand the end pin since it could cause it to slip when the wood shrinks.
On top of the end pin issue, I also noticed that there was some plastic missing from the case logo and the logo itself had scratches on it. There were also some light pick scratches and the strings seemed to stay in tune, while new strings typically take a couple of days to stretch and stabilize. I called Woodwind and Brasswind to discuss the issue and they informed me that all of this was done by Musicians Friend's "The Private Reserve Shop," where they set up all high-end guitars. It was a load of BS in my opinion, as I've purchased higher-end guitars from them before and none of them had any issues like this.
In the end, they offered me some excuses and a $50 credit, but I won't be doing business with them anymore. I had the guitar set up by my luthier and it sounds amazing, but for me, this was a matter of principle. It's a shame that a company I used to trust could let me down so badly.
Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com): A Disappointing Ripoff
This company is a total ripoff! They sent my expensive instrument via FedEx without even bothering to contact me beforehand to make sure it was okay to leave it at the end of my rural driveway. What kind of service is that? And to make matters worse, they sent me an email - their idea of convenience - saying my product was backordered and that I needed to reauthorize it. But here's the thing: they didn't provide any way for me to do so online or via email. No, I had to call them up and wait on hold for several minutes before I could talk to one of their grumpy representatives. Why can't they just make it easier for me? Don't they care about their customers at all?
The only reason I had to call them in the first place is because their website is a mess. They say my item is in stock and ready to ship, but when I asked the customer "service" guy about it, he told me that was wrong. Like, seriously? And instead of trying to make it better, he just put in a "repair ticket" for me. What does that even mean? It's such a clunky, outdated system.
And don't even get me started on their supposed "chat" feature. It's just a decoy that activates an hourglass GIF - what a total waste of time!
Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com). As soon as I can get my hands on the item I ordered, I'm taking my business elsewhere. They clearly don't care about their customers or invest in any sort of modern technology to make the buying process easier for us. What a joke.

Woodwind & Brasswind Review: Terrible Customer Service & Hassles Galore!
.
I ordered some musical instruments from Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com), and my honest opinion is that you should stay away from them. Dealing with them was a huge hassle. It's just not worth the effort, especially if you have any problems with your order. I had some issues with my order, and the customer service was just terrible. It was a complete nightmare.
If you think that's bad, you should try getting off their email list. I swear, the more you ask to be removed, the more emails you get from them. It's like they just don't listen or don't care. It's really frustrating.
Overall, my experience with Woodwind & Brasswind was just bad all around. I would definitely not recommend shopping with them. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your musical instrument needs.

Proceed with Caution: Frustrating Experience with Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com) Customer Service
I recently made a purchase from Woodwind & Brasswind, known as wwbw.com, and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. After I submitted my payment, I did not receive a confirmation email or any other communication from the company. I attempted to reach out to them without success, and eventually had to contact PayPal to file a complaint.
It's disappointing to have to resort to such measures after attempting to communicate directly with the company without a response. Unreliable Company Alert: Terrible Customer Service & Shipping with Woodwind & Brasswind
But it's not just the financial troubles that make this company untrustworthy.
Their customer service is a joke.
When I called to complain about my broken pocket trumpet,
They basically told me tough luck.
I had to spend even more money to get it fixed elsewhere.
And that's not the only issue I've had with Woodwind & Brasswind.
Their shipping is slow and unreliable.
I've had items arrive weeks after they were supposed to.
And when I tried to return something, it took forever to get my money back.
It's a shame, really.
I love playing music and buying new instruments,
But I'll never do business with Woodwind & Brasswind again.

Woodwind & Brasswind Website Review: Annoying Account Creation, Inconvenient Subscription Process, and Spamming
So I was checking out this website called Woodwind & Brasswind, or wwbw.com, and I gotta say I ain't too impressed. First off, they make you create an account just to do anything on the site, which is kinda annoying. And then, if you wanna subscribe to their emails, it's a whole process of calling them up, which ain't too convenient if you ask me.
And don't even get me started on the spamming! Nowadays, it's supposed to be illegal to send people emails without give 'em a way to unsubscribe. But apparently nobody told Woodwind & Brasswind that, 'cause they keep showin' up in folks' inboxes even after they try to opt out.
Now, I know I ain't the only one with these kinda complaints. I've seen plenty of other people online sayin' that they've had bad experiences with this website too. And after seeing all that, I gotta say I ain't plannin' on buyin' anything from 'em.
All in all, Woodwind & Brasswind might have some good products, but their website and email practices just ain't up to par. If they wanna keep customers, they'll need to step up their game and start treatin' people with a little more respect.
Disappointing Experience with Woodwind & Brasswind: Poor Customer Service and Order Cancellation
Ordered from Woodwind & Brasswind on 11/28/2020 and was really excited to receive my order. Unfortunately, I kept receiving backorder notices and had to call customer service multiple times to find out what was going on. Each time I called, they told me that my order would be coming the next week, but that wasn't the case.
After waiting for so long, I received a notice of cancellation on Feb 13, 2021. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the process. It was such a hassle to keep waiting and then have my order cancelled.
Fortunately, I was able to reorder from a different company and I'm receiving my order in just 2 days. If I had to do it over again, I definitely would think twice before ordering from Woodwind & Brasswind.
In the end, the customer service experience was really poor and it definitely affected my opinion of the company. I urge everyone to be careful when ordering from them and I hope that they can improve their processes to provide better service to their customers.
Disappointing Shipping Experience with Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com)
I needed my order from Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com) ASAP, so I paid for next-day shipping. But boy, was I disappointed! When I got their email, it said that it may not arrive on Friday afternoon or Saturday. That was already a red flag. Plus, I received another email, notifying me it was shipped on Friday morning, which perplexed me even more.
I was carefully tracking my purchase, and it showed that it wouldn't arrive until Tuesday. This shipping chaos left me frustrated and disappointed. I was hoping to use my order for my performance over the weekend, but guess that's not happening anymore.
I decided to reach out to customer service for answers and express my discontent, but never received a response. What kind of customer service is that? It was sadly "not-so-great" customer service.
Needless to say, I won't be recommending them to anyone. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I don't want anyone else to go through the same shipping nightmare I went through.
Review of Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com): Straight up Shady and Terrible Customer Service
Yo, let me tell you about my time dealing with Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com). They be straight up lying about when your order will be ready. Like, they'll tell you it's gonna be shipped out on one day and then bam! You still waiting weeks later. Ain't that some bull? And don't even get me started on how they lie about it being pressed and ready to send. Straight up shady, if you ask me.
But like, the worst part is how they treat you when you try to ask for an update. They just ghost you, no response or anything. Now, I ain't one to put up with bad customer service, but I was trying to stay patient because I really wanted my order. It wasn't until they straight up cancelled my order after six months of waiting that I was done with their crap.
The customer service reps I talked to were rude and manipulative. Like, they act like they're doing you a favor when they answer your call or email. And they don't even care about helping you out, they just want to get you off the phone. It's like they forget that their job is to make the customer happy, not tick them off.
Let me just say this, if you're looking for a good experience shopping online, don't waste your time with Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com). They ain't worth the trouble or the money.
Avoid the Fuss: Don't Order from Woodwind & Brasswind!
So, I had a thought I needed a new instrument and I went to check out the website Woodwind & Brasswind (wwbw.com). Ordered an instrument and things started looking bad real quick. I had to call customer service a ton before I finally gave up and canceled my whole deal. Some of the customer service providers I talked to were really nice but other times they acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. To be honest, I’m not sure if the website is legit or not! If I were you, I would avoid trouble and skip this website. Save yourself the fuss and find another place to buy.
