My husband and I have been shopping at Woolworth's Warnbro for the past 5 to 6 years every week and we have now stopped due to the lack of service and unable to find goods. The deli section has now gone to prepack on lots of items and there is no longer a ticket number system so its now who ever they want to serve first, plus the lack of staff. You stand there waiting to be served and in the end just walk away and hopefully if you come back you may get served. Since the new alterations of the store, a majority of product has been moved and now you need a map to find where everything is. Yes we all know they move things around for impulse buying but in this case, we walk around and around trying to find items and then when you go up to ask at the counter or the help desk, they look at you and you get totally ignored. We are now having to go out of our way to shop at another Woolworth's store hoping that the service is better, as we will not be going back to the Warnbro store. We are also now shopping at Coles & IGA, as they have a far better customer service.
