Wordans t shirt order

Order number 1426306 - wrong t-shirts were sent. Have been waiting since 8/3 for the correct ones. Order 1475764 - order placed on 8/22 with a 3-5 day delivery and have only received 3 of the order qty of 24. This is impacting my customers. No response to emails and the customer service number rings once then hangs up. At this point I would much rather have a full refund so I can take my business elsewhere.

Wordans don't have working phone number & no response to email

I am trying to contact Wordans customer services to return items both through calling and emailing. neither number listed on website are working numbers and I emailed two request for a return label but have not received a response. both items were too small and I have not heard anything as to how I may return the items for either a refund or to obtain the item in a larger size. When ordering the items my son also had issues. per the website the product ordered wasn't delivered until 3 weeks after placing the order yet the website said the order would be received within 3 days. Having the same problem trying to cancel the orders it has been two weeks and i still haven't received them i no longer want the items from them. They don't even have a legit contact number over disappointed.

Wordans order # 1512514 - large shirt order - fraud

I placed a 47 shirt order on 8/28/2017. I received an error on my payment info, so I called to ask them about it. Of course they were happy to take my payment over the phone and I didn't think anything of it at the time until now. I received an email stating my order would be shipped in 3 shipments, then a few days later said the following: Our warehouse informs us that an additional delay is required for the delivery of your order. Indeed this is explained by a significant number of simultaneous orders for this same article. Therefore, we will be able to deliver within 3 days. We apologize for the delay.
I gave them the time frame and tried calling yesterday 9/6/2017 and phones are all disconnected, I've emailed all email addresses on their website and replied to the ones they sent me to no avail! My order on the website is showing pending! They have my payment and won't respond. I've asked them to provide me with the tracking number today or refund my money!

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and funny how shortly after ... I received an email that said my order was partially shipped. I go the website to track it and one of the tracking numbers doesn't work and the other says it's in two different states at the same time. Wordans has yet to respond to any of my 3 emails to them. Sorry you are going thru the same thing...and so many others as well!

Wordans not getting my order

I placed an order on August 20 they said I will receive it in three days and today is August 31 this was a gift from my husband for our anniversary. I've been trying to call email and I get no response all your phone numbers don't work. What kind of business are you running. I will never do business with you guys again.. you guys have received no money already and I haven't received my shipment. I would prescient every sponsor as soon as possible

Wordans t-shirt order

I purchased a large order 3 weeks ago hoping to get it in time for an event. Haven't received my order but I did receive an order stating my package would be 3 days late. No package yet. Very disappointed, have been trying to call but the phone number has been disconnected and no reply to my emails either. Horrible customer service!
Don't order from here.

Wordans credit card charged - order never shipped unable to contact company

I placed an order on 8/19/17. I was immediately charged, which would be fine except that it's been 10 days and my order still hasn't shipped. I've emailed them several times over the past several days asking for a shipping update. Their website states that orders ship within 24-hours yet it has been 10 days for me with no contact. I tried calling every number I could find and all calls were dropped. Something isn't right... They have time to send daily marketing emails, yet can't be bothered to reply to emails regarding customer service issues.

I called my credit card company today and requested a charge back. This seems like a scam to me, do not do business with this company.

Having the same issue. They sent me an email saying my order had automatically been cancelled because i had triggered their "fraud protection system ". Funny thing is they debited the money from my account 3 days before they cancelled my order and still have not returned my money! I have sent 3 emails and received no response! Feels like a total scam and I will do all I possibly can to inform as many people as possible that Wordans is crappy, crooked, and shady company.

I finally received a response from the company via email after sending numerous angry emails. They stated that my order had been flagged as a priority and would be expedited. Keep in mind this was 3 weeks after placing it and 3 weeks after they had already taken my money...such a joke that they acted as if expediting it was some kind of favor that they were doing for me. I asked them to cancel my order and received a confirmation in reply that my order had been canceled and that I would be refunded. I have 2 separate emails from this company confirming that my order was cancelled and that I would be refunded. A few days later my order arrived at my door and my card was not refunded. I refused the order and called my credit card company and requested a charge back and was credited the funds back to my account. Such as scam. I recommend contacting your credit card company and requesting a charge back. I imagine I'm not the first customer to contact them regarding Wordans.

Wordans false advertisement and bad customer service

I ordered a total of 12 shirts from wordans on 08-21-2017 and based on their shipping information on their website, they had a warehouse in illinois which stated shipping around three days. I ordered from here based on the fast shipping because I needed them for an event on 09-02-2017. Today is 08-28-2017, one whole week later and on my tracking it still says "processing". I have emailed them but no response at all. I have tried calling them using numbers found and they are all disconnected and do not work. My order number is 1488618.

I ordered from wordans based on their information on shipping which turns out to be false, and they are not reachable whatsoever. Even if they are backed up on orders they should still communicate with their customers.

I expect and demand a full refund because this has caused me to have to buy different shirts from a local store. This whole experience has wasted my time and money.

Wordans order still hasn't shipped.

I placed an order on 8/20 and was given an estimate of a few days for delivery. I always check this before placing any online order to make sure it'll arrive by the time I need it. Since I have a very strict deadline for needing these shirts, I paid close attention to the delivery estimate. It has now been over a week and the product still isn't showing as shipped and my card was charged immediately. If I can't have these shirts in my hands by 8/31, I expect a full refund., though i'd rather have the merchandise expedited to me since I ordered it for a reason.

Also, one of the customer service phone numbers I found online (since they have none listed on their website) has been disconnected and the other isn't in English and disconnects once the recording is done. I've found no way to get in touch with them other than sending emails and I've already sent multiple.

Wordans order #1390771... horrible customer service, bad experience, possible scam

I placed an order through wordans.com on 7/24/2017. Where do I begin? First when I initially placed the order, after approving payment the screen prompted that "there was an error" and that if I confirm again I may be double charged, thank god I made my purchased through paypal! I noticed that although their site said it was an error, my account was still charged. I called the next morning for confirmation, after waiting on the phone for 40 plus minutes someone finally got on to tell me that my order was in fact placed, and would be shipped the same day. Three days later after still not receving any tracking information I call back, I wait another 50 mins to get someone on the phone to find out that not only has my order not been shipped yet, but because they were backed up from orders from the previous week, my order wouldn't ship until sometime the following week! Now at this point not only have I messed up my money because my customer had a deadline that cant be met, they wont even ship until who knows when. I cancelled my order. Oh it gets worst! 4 days later after not seeing my money hit my account, I call back again, wait another 30 mins to find out that when I cancelled my order that they never even shipped, instead of refunding my money they gave me a "coupon code" worth the value or my initial order. What sense does this make? I demaded a refund which they said they were submitting to their "financial department". So in a sense they are not even guaranteeing me my money back, they let me know that "if" the refund is issued it can take 10-15 days for me to even follow-up because ethey wont reach out ot me. This is not even including the time it my take to get back into my account. I immediately filed a dispute through paypal, in which they responded and now said it could take 10-20 days. Smh, I waited 14 days until I finally filed a claim with paypal in which they processed the refund within miuntes like they should have from the beginning. A complete waste of my time and money, would never make a purchase with them again, nor recommend anyone else to do so!

Wordans 4 white button down blouse size 10-12 (child)

I place a order on 08/03/2017 (4 white button down blouse for a girl size
10-12. Today it is august 16, no blouses. I try calling 3 different phone
Number all out of service. Company need better custom service no contact. No email nothing. I will put in a complaint with bbs.

Wordans ordered online aug 3 - still hasn't shipped

This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever purchased from. I am deeply regretting purchasing my office chair from them! I placed an order on august 3, 2017 and it is now august 15, 2017 and the order is still pending! Absolutely ridiculous! When I called customer service I was shocked to be placed number 32 in the phone queue! My god, I will be disputing the charge with my bank now. Never ever again!

Wordans items not received & no response from customer service

My order was placed on july 21, 2017 and according to their policies would arrive in 3-5 days. As of august 4, 2017 my order still has not arrived and shows as pending on their tracking. My account was debited on july 24, 2017 for my order. I have sent 4 emails and 1 phone call (call was "disconnected" while transferring) and received no assistance or even a reply. Unable to get any assistance to even find out if or when i'd get my order or to cancel and get it refunded.

Looks like Wordans responded to your post...too bad it's been a month and they still aren't replying to customer emails and there is basically no way to contact them. If there's an issue, they need to STOP accepting new orders! Taking people's money with no intent to ship is just awful.

Wordans shipping delayed by 5 days with no help from customer service

I placed my order last week (18th) hoping to have it by the weekend (order id 1374291). It was just shipped today (26th) after a five day delay.

Wordans site says:
"if orders are placed before noon your order should be shipping out that same day!

Then, depending on the shipping option you chose, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days."

I ordered these tees as a trial print run for my new clothing line. I chose wordans over competitors because of their selection and claimed shipping times. I am now 5 days behind schedule waiting for these shirts.

I sent an email outlining this problem and asking: "is wordans willing to do anything to keep my business?" they've responded: "we're sorry for the inconvenience, your tracking number is _."

They have lost my business.

Wordans scam, fraud, rip off; t-shirt they refuse to refund after I returned shirts

Complaint involves 3 types of issues 1. Advertising issues 2. Delivery issues 3. Refund issues order # 2 order # 3 this complaint regards advertising, delivery time, and refunds.. W e decided for the last time to give them one more try to redeem themselves.. So we ordered 150 t-shirts, paid by credit card, and there ad stated again 3 day delivery.. We ordered with enogh time for shipping and didnt even expect them to ship in 3 days, just in case... So were waiting on the shirts and the delivery day 3 comes and no shirts, day 4 no shirts, day 5 no shirts day 6 no shirts, know im gettoing worried, because know we will be cutting it close because we still had to print on them, so we decided to check to see were the shirts were at, and there wasnt any tracking number.. They give you a tracking number they say when the shipped, so we checked and they werent even shipped, so I started e-mailing them with no response until the following day, when the shirts showed in the tracking they were in illinois and we live in california.. So I demanded that they overnight some shirts with no response until the next day. We were informed that the shirts were on the way.. But by the time the shirts would arrive it would be to late, and the shirts are still not here its been 10 days, so I e-mailed them about 40 times with no response on whether they had shipped overnight with another order of 150 shirts.. No response 3 days layer they responded and said they did not no of any order from us that we had made.. Suddenly the order did not exist... So I sent them the name and order number and requested a paid return shipping label so that when the shirts arrived I could return them and stated that I wanted a full and complete refund.. Because of false advertising and late shipping past my deadline from my customer and no reply or any type of response from wardens at all. I e-mailed them 14 times and warned them that I was going to report them I total I lost $420.00 and I still dont have the shirts to date...

Wordans terrible experience

My experience with this company can be likened to climbing to the top of a diving board, and diving face first into pavement. Half of my order shipped very quickly which I was very happy about that... But then weeks passed and I never received my other half. Upon speaking with reps I was told multiple times: "sorry, it should be shipped out later today"... Another week passed following the second time I heard that statement. I phoned again and the person looked into it - letting me know that "there were issues at the warehouse and it would be at least another 1-2 weeks before anything ships out from there". I cancelled my order (3 weeks ago) and have yet to see the amount refunded into my account. This whole process started waaay back in may (2 months of awfulness).

If you can avoid them, i'd recommend it. I've also used blankapparel. Ca and have been much happier with them vs. These clowns.

Wordans return of a item

I have been truing to get the return details for my purchase for over two weeks and have not received them. Jose oleveira is supposed to be dealing with it. Also I have been sold a product that does not work in england. Very disgusted by the service I have so far received.
Why have I been sold a tv that is not fit for british broadcasting. Why has no one resolved my problem. I think I have been more than patient. I have also requested the teturn details a number of times now.

I bought a tv that i would like to return for a refund. Unfortunatly this TV is not suitable for use with British broadcasting. How could i be sold this product in the 1st place. I contacted wordans over the phone and was told to request the details on line. I did this and waited over a week for a response To which i was told they will send me the return details. This did not happen and still has not. The last response from Wordans was on 21/06/17 repeating they would send the details. I have sent numerous emails requesting the details since then with nothing received to date. Not even a reply. I have never experienced a worst customer service ever. I would like the details for return of the product and at Wordans Cost and a full refund on receipt of goods.

Please credit my charges to my american express for no product received. Thank you. Now your format tells me that this response is too short and would not get resolved. So, I repeat. Wordans customer service

I just had the worst customer service experience ever! I placed an order a few weeks ago to test them out I enjoyed the product but did not enjoy my order coming in multiple shipments but it was something I could deal with. I went online to my previous order and clicked on reorder and ordered more of the same items and placed my second order today for almost $300 and at the end after logging into my paypal and clicking to finish the order it pops up there is an error. For the next few hours I periodically checked to see if the order showed up because my paypal account was charged. I received an email from my credit card to make sure it wasn't fraud so of course became alarmed and called and the lady said I did not place an order; she then argued with me and I said I would send paypal info so I screenshot the paypal info and she said she didn't receive it and tried to hang up the phone saying she would email me about the issue I said no and she told me that she has other customers to help and she would not wait on the phone; I requested a supervisor and he was just as rude. Something happened and my acct was logged out from what I am guessing he didn't bother to care other than to send me a confirmation which that is not what I wanted so since he was not offering any resolution I will go back to my old shirt company they are a tad more but not a huge difference and I will never order from this company nor would I recommend.

oh I forgot to add; he even asked me for my PASSWORD to my account so that he could go in an look to see that the order wasn't showing up because he didn't believe it . I changed my password to give him one theres no way in heck I would give someone my real password because they would have access to other things no way sounds very fishy

Wordans receiving credit to place another order after order was returned to warehouse

I ordered tee shirts on march 31, 2017 that I needed to have printed before leaving on a vacation june 17. Well when ordering their system had a glitch and said order didn't go through. So I placed the order again and much to my surprise received 2 email confirmations that both orders were processed. This was my first experience getting in touch with customer service to cancel the duplicate order. Well I have never dealt with a company you could not call and had to correspond with emails only. I finally got one of the orders cancelled. When I received the shirts the quality was nice for the price but sizing ran small. So now I am communicating via emails to find out how to return a shipment. I needed a return authorization number which was received on april 19, 2017. I returned the shirts the same day and the tracking number showed wordans received them back at their warehouse on april 21st. Once the shirts were back at their warehouse I was supposed to receive a refund coupon number to place another order. I waited a week. No email. So I started to send an email about every 3 days. Of course I had to pay return shipping and restocking fee. These people truly do not understand english or understand what customer service means! After numerous emails and frustration I went to my bank and filed a complaint to have a chargeback on this order since I was unable to place another order without this number. Finally when my bank contacted wordans a manager sent me an apology and my refund coupon number. But before he did this I received an email that he had to confirm the order was returned to their warehouse! How insulting. He didn't even go back to figure things out after I sent at least 12 emails with a detailed explanation. By the time I finally received the credit coupon it was too late to get tee shirts in time to have them printed for our trip. Now I just have to order something to use the credit as they do not refund your account. I was told by customer service they would give me free shipping but the manager said they can't do that. So my credit is for $40.62. I don't even know if it's worth using. They conveniently will not issue you credit to your account. You have to purchase product from them. They did absolutely nothing to make me feel the apology was legitimate. So I ended up getting shirts at a store and getting them printed. So in the process of trying to get a good deal I got a credit and there is no product I want from this company. I will use the credit though just so it doesn't go in their pocket!

Wordans fraud

I placed an order for 2 shirts on 5/4/17. They charged me for the order but as of 6/1/17 I still don't have my order. Their 24/7 phone line is a joke, you don't ever talk to a live person and I didn't get an order #, so I can't "track" the order that I was charged for. I will never order from this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
