They false advertise their products. This company is dishonest about the products they sell advertising them as something different then what it really is. There are also no guarantees with refunds so you can forget about getting your money back or any type of help. Horrible customer service overall.

Vintage Brands has excellent quality shirts. My son ordered one for my husband unfortunately he ordered the wrong size. I emailed Vintage and customer service was prompt and took care of the matter immediately. I will be ordering from them from now on. Thank You Vintage Brands impressive customer service.

I ordered *** merchandise. The items received are very poor printing quality, not only is the coloring off, more orange than red or maroon, but the printing is see through. I notified customer service and provided them with picture per their request and their response time is incredibly slow. Heard back from them today, after I prompted them with another email, only to have them ask for the pictures again. This is unnecessarily time consuming and a hassle. Poor customer service. Would never buy here again. Buyer beware of the products you are purchasing.

Do not buy !Poor quality t-shirts and truly awful printing. Imagine taking a low res *** on your phone and then heat screening this onto a plain t-shirt. Purchased 5 t-shirts and, like everyone else, have now found the return policy is zero unless defective. Hopefully our mistake can at least allow others not to do the same.

Terrible retailer - Do not use. Their return policy does not allow for any returns except for "Defect" and they will not recognize their extremely low quality products' defects as such. They also let me know afterwards that *** days from ordering was within their expected ordering timeline, which is fine if this was communicated but it is not.

The shirts I ordered were too small but when I contacted them to arrange a return and reorder of replacement shirts, they replied quickly and informed me that I could keep the shirts and they will send out replacements in 1 size larger. The print quality was pretty good for a discount online retailer. I would buy from them again for sure.

Overall a good customer service experience
Overall a good customer service experience. While ordering online their website had a glitch and indicated that I needed to restart my order. I completed the second order process without an issue. However when finished I got two emails confirming that the first had gone through even though I did not complete the order because of the glitch. I was charged for both orders. I used Vintages online messaging and explain what had happened, I offered to return the unwanted tee shirt and I received a response within one day. The company understood the problem and stepped up by advising me to keep the additional tee and they refunded the additional cost as well. Excellent not customer service, I would have no problem ordering from Vintage again. My thanks to *** for his assistance.

I ordered a sweatshirt on Dec 2 and got an acknowledgement email. The email indicated that shipping might take longer than usual but was estimated to ship within 5 days. However, I got no notification when it was produced or mailed, and received no communication at all until after I sent a CHAT message on Dec 16 and AFTER the item finally arrived on Dec 17. My issue is not that it took a long time; in this unusual year, that's understandable. My issue is the lack of timely communication, which seems to be a consistent problem with this company (note other complaints about this problem throughout the year, not only at holiday season). If you know it's an issue, hire a part-time person to answer email. The sweatshirt looks correct and was reasonably priced. Just don't expect any information for at least three weeks.
Ordered my son a sweatshirt on December 1st regularly priced $72 but got for 1/2 off. Website says ships in three days. After waiting 2 weeks sent several unanswered emails product finally shipped and arrived and it's a cheap thin waste of money. Website says they do not do refunds. This is a scam business!

I submitted an order, totaling 76 dollars, on Dec 8 2023 and immediately received a confirmation email. That email stated that I’d receive a shipment update within 3 days. Now it is Dec 16, and despite numerous emails and site messages, I’ve received zero follow up correspondence. No response to emails, chats nor have I received a shipping update.

I placed an ordered from vintage brand on November 30. After hearing nothing for about two weeks, I send an email inquiring. VB responded saying I "entered my address wrong," as I entered "apt 206" instead of just "206." Anyway, I confirm my address and I get a shipping confirmation. My products had a shipping label created, but no movement since December 14th. Upon multiple emails and once reaching out via the online customer service forum, I've gotten radio silence from VB on my products. I'm excited to get the products, but the customer service has been a disaster.

I ordered three products from this company. They have not been produced, manufactured or sent after I complained numerous times about where my order is. They emailed twice, once claiming it was sent, the second claiming it is the responsibility of the USPS (United States Postal Service) for the problem. However, they cannot prove the order was ever sent or picked up at their Kentucky facility. Additionally, their own website states the order is still being "Manufactured", so it is incomplete based on their own website. I cannot cancel the order and they have charged me directly at the point of sale, so i have little recourse to retrieve my money.

I place an order for a sweatshirt on October 25th, 2022. Order number ***. I received the product on October 31st. It came damaged with a pocket not fully sewn on & a hole/large snag on the wrist. On November 1st I reached out to let them know that I needed to make a return & supplied photos of the damage. On November 3rd they offered me a replacement or a full refund, I chose to receive a full refund. November 4th they said I could keep/donate the damaged sweatshirt & a refund would be received within 3-5 business days. November 11th I reached to let them know I still had not received a refund, no word back, November 14th reached out again. I received this response, "I will forward this To our accounting department to see if there are any issues or this needs to be re-processed". It is now November 16th and we have had over 2 weeks of this back & forth and I have yet to see a refund on my credit card or heard anything more from them.

11/26, I placed an order to Vintage Brand for 4 items for my grandson in FL. The items shipped and as of now, all is good. They are a Christmas present and haven't been opened. (I am now wondering if it needs to be after the following has happened.) At the same time, I ordered three other items to be shipped to my home for three different neighbor's Christmas gifts. Long story short, I opened the package to wrap the two hooded t-shirts and the Blue Heather Raglan Sweatshirt with a Duke Blue Devils logo from 1957. The sweatshirt has a place on the upper left hand front at the neck that looks like white bird poop or the plastic from the logo dripped onto it and will not come off. Order #*** Blue Heather 1957 Duke blue devils raglan crew sweatshirt. I sent a request to Vintage Brand along with pictures showing the shirt. If this is the way this company treats their customers, then they need to be stopped. I sent the pics and order number and all concerning getting this in order to get it rectified or at the very least, replaced for one not messed up to give as a gift or refund the $54.99 + tax. Their lack of response is not good business. I have tried to upload pics but cannot figure how to do that on this computer from my cell phone. I can email them separately if you need them. I received an email on 12/9 that my order had shipped and they provided a Tracking ID. The Tracking ID said that the package had been delivered to Florida (I live in Ohio) on 10/9 (almost 2 months prior to me even ordering). I contacted the company about the faulty Tracking ID . They responded on 12/14 "Please disregard the information currently being displayed on your USPS link. Your order shipped out of our facility on 12/9 and the wrong delivery information is a current glitch in the USPS system. Once it is scanned at a transfer station your tracking info will be correctly updated. It may take a few days for the correct information to appear but don't worry your package is en route!" I have repeatedly checked USPS and it still has not been updated. I have emailed them another 2 times with no response and direct messaged them through their website as they requested and still no response. The items I ordered were meant to be Christmas presents and I believe their company to be a scam and that I will not receive the items in time. There are no phone numbers to call the company and no responses via email. This has been a horrible customer experience and I am out over $100 with no gifts for family members. Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend this company/brand.
