World Poker Tour (WPT) review: Poker diamond membership

Have not received my $850 check! Over 2 years. You can send $5 and $10 dollar checks to correct address but not this one…

Last week had a fedex tracking number said delivered. Well I called and was lied to and said it was sent to my old address, so I drove to an abandoned house to find nothing yet again. Then looked up tracking number to find out it was delivered to an unknown address 2000 miles away.

Then upon calling wpt I was told a supervisor would call me back each time I have called, that it’s in the notes . No call back again. I have found that in the notes means they are not, just like my current address. The complete incompetence on this matter is sickening….

You can pull $150 a month out for diamond club on time every time.

I would think after almost 3 years this might be resolved and minimum a phone call to explain why, instead of lies…But I’m sure my number is on file with the rest of the wrong information as well..

I expect a phone call to resolve this matter ASAP
