Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!
Staying Fat forever is better than these scammers ripping you off.
I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)
Another thing - I use stock photography in my job and noticed that their 'team" at the bottom of this page under About Us http://www.wu-yisource.com/ is the same crowd as this stock photo here... http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-8514241-business-team-in-an-office-with-a-businesswoman-leading.html
Look who has added their head!
Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.
Start walking every day, drop the sugar carbs all for FREE!
I hope they get caught real soon - where are the laws that govern these scams?

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! IF YOU CALL AND HASSEL WITH THEM THEY WILL REFUND. CANCEL THE ACCOUNT YOU ORDER WU YI TEA SO THEY CANNOT CHARGE YOU ANYMORE. ITS A SCAM BEWARE!

It appears that many people have been SCAMMED by this company, who runs it's phony business with telephone numbers & online help only. I ordered WuYi tea for a month and I returned the remaining tea. I then canceled my subscription/membership. Then one month later, a $19.95 charge appears under IW Living Lean Las Vegas NV, which linked to WuYi tea, through Google search engine. I never authorized this charge, nor give out my account to another company. It is unethical and just a complete 100% rip off[SCAM] from the customer. It is unacceptable for the customers who work hard to make money or to survive day by day where as WuYi & Living Lean can make money easily from hard working people. I would suggest to take strong legal action against to this company from all the complaint customers.

I'm being charged $29.95 and $34.90 on my debit card so I called my bank and cancelled that card.
Busy signal all day when I called to talk to WUYITEA. I'm going to submit a dispute on the charges. My advice is to call your card services and let them know about your unauthorized charges and dispute them.

IW/Lean Living La Vegas charged my account unauthorized. The tea did not work and I was charged $29.95 in March then in April IW/LL LV turned around and charged me $19.95. I 'm going to report the company to the BBB.

What a rip-off. Want to hear something else? The tea is fake too. It's
generic Lipton tea bags. Absolutely no difference in taste, texture, or so called flavor. We've been had. I too was charged that 19.95 but I used American Express so they are doing the nasty work for me. If anyone wants to participate in a class action suit against these crooks, Count me in.

SCAM! RIP-OFF! Two companies hooked up together to get our hard-earned, not-enough money! FREE sample, my foot! This black-hole has cost me a bundle! BEWARE of this tea company! Together, my bank and I will fix them! I hope no one else is pulled into their "business!" I hope this honest evaluation of situation isn't another scam! IT BETTER NOT BE!

I just encounter the same problems and will seek legal action against the company. We could and should do a class action suite against them, , maybe one of the TV stations would like to investigate this company and then maybe we call all get our money back and save others from this.

Maybe you should try writing or find out their address from a BBB - But since you have some - I'd highly recommend it because it is working for me. I had lost a LOT of weight and then was on a plateau for a whole year, I tried the WuTi Tea to see if I could get off of that plateau and I did. I lost 21 pounds in the first month.

You just have to be real diligent about eating 6 small healthy meals a day and LOTS of water, too. It works if you work it.

Peace, and good luck.

I agree absolutely. I ordered the free tea and all of a sudden I'm being charged 3 times for the tea. When i cancelled the tea membership, the girl in the e-mail told me i am also enrolled in this living lean thing and gave me a number. I cancelled but they refused to give me a refund. Absolutely 100% ripoff! Never subscribe to this company!

I'm right with y'all! Has anyone actually had their charge of $19.95 refunded? I just called Living Lean, the operator confirmed that i had already cancelled a few weeks ago, but lo and behold there was a charge for $19.95 just a few days ago! How crazy! I did nicley threaten to take legal action and was told "refund 3-5 days" with a confirmation number. Just want to know if it's actually going to happen. i also sent back 2 shipments of tea and was tols I would get a refund when they get the tea back. So tempted to close my account so I won't have anymore charges...but i want the refund!

OMG, i can;t believe everyone is going thru this, i fell for the free order which was suppose to be $4.95, i was billed for $24.95 instead and 14days after i was billed again for $29.95, just yesterday i was billed an additional $19.95 from Living Lean...What is this living lean anyway? as far as i am concerned i have not been contacted by them nor have i recieved anything from them... they gave me a number to call [protected] but the operator says "service unavialable" I think this is a definite rip off and we shud take some legal action towards these theives.

I found a $19.95 pending charge on my checking account yesterday from Living Lean. I've never heard of them and when I called the bank was told the only way to stop them was to close my account. WHAT?

I'm going to close my account.

My credit card was charged $19.95 twice after I had informed them that I was no longer interesting in the product. I got a confirmation from the company that it have cancelled my anto-ship membership and yet they subsequently charged monies on my credit card.

What a rip off! I can't believe the nerve this company has. I purchased the tea on 3/30 they charged me $6.95 for the shipping for 1 box of tea weight about 4.2 OZ, what a joke did they ship it from China? The next thing I know the same day I noticed this strange $1.25 charge from Living lean in Las Vegas. I had no idea that was a same company. They advertised a FREE trial for a month, only pay shipping, yeah right only 23 days later they charged me $29.95 for the Tea!
Than on 5/2 I found another unauthorized charge for Living Lean Las Vegas for $19.95, and today they charged me again for another Tea charge for $34.90?WHAAAAT? This of frking tea cost me $93.00!Outrageous! All for one box of tea that's all I received, I have no idea who gave permission to use my creditcard for Living lean I don't even know who they are! Rest assure I will call and cancel both and demand my money back at ones! Do not fall for this scam! Report them to the Better business Bureau!

I too was taken by the scam of Wu Yi Tea, to begin with the tea does not work. I cancelled my order within the ten day limit. I also had been charged $39.95 which was charged prior to the shipping of my next month's order. I called the bank to dispute this charge. They refunded my money and filed a claim against Wu Yi Tea. The following week I received the 1st charge of $19.95 from Living Lean LV. When I called my bank to dispute another claim I was told in order to get my credit card number away from this new dispute I would have to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued. This process would take up to 10 business days. I use my credit card daily for business and personal purposes and this was not an option. I then emailed my "Ppersonal Contact" Karen at Wu Yi Tea and advised her to cancel the billing with Living Lean. To make a long story short I called the [protected]. I first spoke with Erin who would be pleased to refund 1 of my 2 charges of $19.95 but tried to explain the agreement I had agreed to when I ordered Wu Yi Tea. I advised her I wanted both credits issued or I would turn them over to the BBB. I was then transfered to her supervisor Kim Little who after another try at explaining the previous agreement was able to issue a refund of both 19.95 charges within 10 business days. I did receive a confimation number. We shall see. Hopefully this will help other people from being scammed by Wu Yi Tea and Living Lean.

OK I got scammed as well. How upsetting! No information came with the tea that I was enrolled in this 30day free trial. My account was charged 2 times from Living Lean Las Vegas which I never did authourize this company to use my card. I called the [protected] number and explained my problem. I was put on hold for quite a while and then had to speak with a Supervisor. They were not going to refund my money at first but I stated that this was wrong that they are charging people becuase we all hit the submit button when we ordered our tea. Are they taking advantage of people that want to loose weight? They finally credited my account. I did also get a confirmation number for the transaction. I will defenitley read the all the fine print from now on.
I have enjoyed the tea! I have lost 15lbs.

I ordered Wu-Yi tea in hopes of losing weight. As directed, I drank a cup in the morning and before dinner. It was disgusting. I felt as if I'd throw up and immediately thereafter I experienced diarrhea. Not only did I NOT lose weight, I gained. Because I have been away I was unable to return the unused tea until today.

I note several charges on my Visa account from Wu-Yi that I want credited to my account and I definitely do not want any further shipments.

Same here. I ordered the tea, and actually cancelled it the same day after reading some reviews on it. Unfortunately, they didn't cancel my "bonus" offer along with the tea, so I just saw the charge on my account for 19.95. I have a confirmation code that I won't be charged anymore, so if I see this on here again, I will be raising holy h****... :)

I tried the tea... hated it and cancelled any more orders. This was about two months ago and I have not received any more tea or charges to my account. Now this week I find that I have been charged 19.99 on my card for "Living Lean". Naturally I want this cancelled immediately and would appreciate a 19.99 refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have previously discontinued this product and told the person I did NOT want any more of your product, and she cancelled the order; however, she DID NOT STOP TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WHICH CAUSED ME TO OVERDRAFT. THE CHARGE WAS $19.95 FOR YOUR PRODUCT AND A $35 OVERDRAFT FEE. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS. PLEASE STOP DRAWING FROM MY ACCOUNT OR WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL MATTERS.

I also cannot take the tea. I have asked my physician because since taking the tea I have had diahrea every day. He told me to stop it because with my medications for diabetes something is not right and the tea may be making me sick.

When I first ordered I just wanted the free sample not anything after that. Now I am being charged for tea that I do not want. Please take all charges off of my credit card account #5337 for $29.95, $19.95, and $34.90. If these charges are not taken off immediately, I will pursue legal means. Send e-mail stating that these amounts were taken off. The last shipment of tea I received let me know how to return it and I will do so immediately.

If you read the agreement, it was clear that there was a seperate service listing Living Lean.

I ordered my tea 2-28-08 and cancelled it immediately. Several days later, I received the tea and I called them and told them that I had cancelled. They said no problem. I asked them if this would cancel the living lean and they said it would. But I could tell by the way they said it that they were just telling me what I wanted to hear.

Woo Yi charged my card on 3-3-08 for the tea.
Now, I did call the Living Lean folks and they put me through to a supervisor since I kept asking for a full refund of three charges of $19.95. The Supervisor, Shaleena was very nice and said that they would credit my card in 3-5 days. I am waiting.

I called wu yi and they are giving out a new number that doesn't work.

After seeing advert for free tea accept mail I decided to fill out request form. When I got to end of pages found that they would send me monthly tea; but you could cancel at anytime. I cancelled immediately but delivery came at a cost of $9NZ; I cancelled my card immediately but was told this could only be done once the company uplifted the money. Because it was not much I decided not to fight. However they are now charging me monthly (no more tea received) plus $26NZ for afew words of encouragement from living-lean company of whom I know nothing about. Is this FRAUD? How did living lean get my card details? Can you please help me get my unauthorised money back PLEASE. Regards Janice Sodeau New Zealand

I agree 100%. This company is a complete ripoff. Since I didn't send back their 2nd order by UPS, They claim they never got it back and will not refund my money. I wrote refused and returned the first order & the 2nd order too. Sent them both back by regular mail. I never submitted the order in the first place after I saw the price. But they used my information and sent me the stuff anyway. Something needs to be done to them. I need that money a lot worse than they do.

Don't think it's over yet. It takes time and if you stop - that's what they are counting on.
Phone calls and emails don't really work. You must go to the Wu Yi website at http://www.wu-yisource.com/indexD.php

Then click on the blue LIVE CHAT button. You will have to explain your situation thoroughly to the operator. Stick to your points, for example, that you only wanted the initial free trial, that you've been trying to cancel without success, that you want to return the product, that you want and demand a full refund as promised in their IRON CLAD 60-day money back guarantee. You will be asked to send the unused tea back with tracking/delivery confirmation. Follow the instructions and watch your credit card or bank statements carefully. I did and received a refund.

Then you must ask the operator how to cancel the Living Large charges of $19.95 a month that you have been charged with authorization. Tell them that you never even knew you were enrolled and that the charges have been made without your knowledge or approval. WuYi will give you a number to call. Tell the operator to keep the live chat open and call the number. When you are connected, ask to speak to a supervisor. Demand a refund of all charges and cancellation of your membership. Make sure they know that the terms were not clearly disclosed, that you never knew about Living Large, that you never agreed to be a member, etc. Stick to your guns and don't take no for an answer. Don't hang up until you get what you want. Make sure you get a confirmation number from them and again, watch your credit card statement. Even though you cancelled your card, they can start charging your new one! You must dispute the charges with your credit card company and tell them to block them from charging your new card.
If you don't get a compete refund from LL go back to the chat operator and demand that they complete the refund since the bogus charges originated from an order with them and without your consent. When I did that Wu-Yi said they would call LL on my behalf and get the rest of the refund to me. As if I don't know their the same company!
It's very complicated and almost impossible, but if you are determined and stick to it you can get a refund. Most people don't want to take the time to get refunds or cancel and that's what they count on. It's worth the time and it is your right! Good luck.

Hey, listen up! When you call for your refund, try mentioning that there are BUNDLES of web sites dedicated to this company's unethical business practices...and see if they won't give you a refund (I got my $19.95 charge reversed)! And if they don't, take them to the news! Protesters unite--and may the force be with us!
