Wu Yi Source is a RIP OFF - do not go anywhere near them!
Staying Fat forever is better than these scammers ripping you off.
I went for the trial - which arrived the day after the trail period when I could cancel - they continued to take two unauthorised full payments until I cancelled and even then I was still seeing unidentifiable small amounts coming out - My bank's fraud dept told me to cancel the card as if it was stolen.
I asked Wu-Yi SOurce to send me confirmation that they had destroyed my credit card details and had not handed my cc details on to anyone else. (STILL WAITING)
Another thing - I use stock photography in my job and noticed that their 'team" at the bottom of this page under About Us http://www.wu-yisource.com/ is the same crowd as this stock photo here... http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-8514241-business-team-in-an-office-with-a-businesswoman-leading.html
Look who has added their head!
Before you even consider a cup of second rate tea will work RUN! The only weight you will lose from this tea is from your pockets.
Even if you Google WuYi Tea Scam there is a paid add at the top supposedly by a woman who was scammed by other wu yi suppliers and then found the Wu Yi Source worked and was wonderful - So they are even spending Google Ad money for reputation management using SCAM as the keyword.
Start walking every day, drop the sugar carbs all for FREE!
I hope they get caught real soon - where are the laws that govern these scams?

Like many other people, I bought this thinking it would help. For me it didn't work either. If you return your first purchase before 2 weeks, you will only be charged s/h of $6.95 USD. If not, they will charge for the full purchase at $34.90 USD. It turns out that Iw/Living Lean Las Vagas NV is affiliated with wuyitea and also charge you $19.95 USD to be a member of their Website. To cancel the IW/LIving get your refund call [protected]. Make sure you get a reference # as well.

similiar situation. Living lean took $20.79 out of my account, when I called they said I cancelled on April 29 the charges came out April 28. My initial information was that I had until the end of April to cancel. When I call the person told me I had over a week to access this internet site. I thought it was a magazine.

I ordered the tea and tried it and was told I could return and cancel if I wasn't satisfied. I paid for the 1st shipment of $29.95, then received another for which I was billed $34.90. I returned that and was told I would be credited within 2 weeks. Not only have I not received credit for the $34.90 but I just received a bill on my current credit card statement for yet another $29.95 for something I do not want and haven't received anyway.

Ordered trail. Cancelled, after several tries on computer, then finally on phone. Ask what other charge was besides the tea, Living Lean, and told them I do not want that and the tea does not work. They said it would all be cancelled. No more tea came but 3 months later still getting charged and I can not get them on line or phone anymore.

I understood that if I wasn't happy with the product I would simply have to call and cancel but instead I have to send an email! Well, I was in very remote area and I am just back 'online' now and I too have been charged for "Living Lean" twice and for Tea that did absolutely nothing! Nothing! I did appreciate the Living Lean while I had "FREE" access (one month) but when we relocated I couldn't get online to cancel! As they say nothing is FREE.

I too am cancelling if I can figure out "How-To" contact them...

The same thing is happening to me. I cancelled my tea, I sent back what came to me and I wsa asured that my account would be credited. It was from the Tea, however the following month I see a $19.95 charge from living lean and when I called I was advised they are not WuYi Tea and they will not credit the unauthorized charge, but not charge me any further. We'll see. This is outrageous. This is a scam and should be stopped.I work hard for my money and I thought the tea might help me loose some weight. Well they got me hook, line and sinker.

I too was charged almost 85.00 for Tea that didn't work and a subscription to a product that is nothing more then a scam to make money. I went back and read the fine print and I/we are guilty of ordering without reading the fine print. This company depends on our unconsious dependance that people are not all bad and they are not out for the quick slippery buck. We need to wake up and stop being bilked out of money we work so hard for. This company is not to be trusted as it has affiliates who make money right along with them. Tell your friends to read the fine fine fine print and if it is too good to be true it is going to really cost you in the long run.

I had a similar situation with being shipped and charged
my credit card, I filed my complaint on line yesterday and was told if I would send it back I would be credited. However, when
I asked where to send it to there was no response. Please send
the correct address for the shipment and credit.

The diet tea did not work and I only ordered one box and have been billed for 3 boxes at $54.95 per box. I want my money back and I want the tea returned to the company at the company's expense since I did not order or authorize the second 2 boxes of tea sent to my home. I do not want any more of the tea sent to me. Beware all!

I ordered a free trial WuYi Tea for $4.95 on 5/5/08 and they have charged me for:

5/5/08 $2.00
5/27/08 $29.95
6/9/08 $34.90.

I ordered a "sample" of Wu YI tea and didn't feel right so I cancelled the order the same day. I even have copies of the emails I sent to this Company to cancel immediately. I received my Visa statement today and there was a charge from IW Living Lean for $19.95. I called immediately [protected] and spoke to "Nellie" who then transferred me to "Mar" who reassured me he will be crediting my account for both my May 8th debit and supposedly my June 9th withdrawl as well (haven't received statement yet) I have never been a victim of a SCAM before and feel embarassed as to how easy these "B#$#@" get you. It's just too bad that they come up in so many web pages that I use that are legitimate. I am hopeful I will get my money returned and hope other people will learn from my mistake... BEWARE!

You do not need to pay for a lawyer. Call your credit card and cancel your card for about a month, and at the same time explain why you are doing it and have your institution do an investigation on this company and the business practices and or there lack of. That goes for all others whether you are in America and or outside of America, all banking institutions do not want to lose their valuable customers.

I need to cancel my program of your tea because it made me feel really bad when I drank it. You told me if the 14 days I aren't agree with the tea i can call you or write my cancelation and you never charge the amount for the tea in my card. I received the tea the 06-10-08 so today 06-24-08 is the 14 day and I want to cancel my order, I need to know how can I send tou the rest of the tea.

I purchased and received the tea, it tasted like moldy grass. I had a few friends taste it and they said the same thing. I called to speak to someone and instead of them sending me another product that may have been fresher, they told me to pay for return shipping. I was not going to pay 10.00 for tea that tasted like crap. I couldnt even get anyone who spoke clear english. This company is unreal and their tea sucks! You lose the weight because you throw up because of the rotten tea!

I have a similar situation. I ordered the tea thinking, maybe it would help me get the extra pounds off. I have been charged 29.95 and $34.90 within 2 weeks from WuYiTea and $19.95 from Living Lean. I never even used the Living Lean website - I thought it was a magazine - and have only received my initial shipment of tea. What a ripoff!

Oh my god, same problems as everyone else. I also was charged for the tea, which was a free trial, that i ended up paying 35$ plus the living lean which I had never heard of was another 19.95$. I also cancelled. This is a huge scam, and I thought I could never be taken, but alas i was. Never believe in these products. The only true way to lose weight is diet and exercise, the old fashioned way.

Well, I must say I'm disappointed with the number of complaints. I do however, wish to state that I have already been billed the $29.95. Unlike the others I would like to have my next shipment mailed to me before I run out.

I don't believe in giving up. I have not experienced any ill fate, no problems with drinking the tea. I can barely taste it myself. As for real results, I can say that my skin have cleared up some. I was already eating veggies, fruits and drinking water for 7 days when the tea arrived. I continued with that until day 10. After the 10 days I lost a totaled of 7 lbs. I don't think the 3 days drinking the tea with the fruits andveggies contributed any, but I do believe with a little persistence and a proper diet and exercise that the tea could possibly work.

Now, I'm sure the others had reasons to want their money back. The product wasn't working for them. I'm not ready yet to make that claim. However, I don't wish to be billed for Living Lean. I don't recall that being a part of the free trail deal. Also, just today: 07/14/08 I went on line and completed an introduction for Living Lean. Please explain why this is necessary when there was no mention of this in the free trail period. Also, I would like to say when contacting me, please do so via email or my cell phone number. Bye the way I did response to my email message from you and now awaiting a response from you.

Thanks,
T Martin

My complaints are the same as the others...I ordered the tea and cancelled within two weeks...sent the unused portion back and was charged again on the credit card...it took me months to get a refund and that was with calling several times and chatting online with their reps. The Living Lean thing was the same. People with complaints need to report them to their states attorney generals office.

I to signed up for the wu-yi tea and have not received any thing and they said I would still be charged for the first month of $59.95. I was set up on a special and it was to be $4.95 for the first two weeks and I was not to be charged for it until the end of the two weeks. They did charge me and then they also added another $4.95 for something I did not want. You are right they evade your questions and they are stealing your money. Something needs to be done about this.

I ordered a free trail for what was promoting a diet tea that wads on Orprah and other programs. I had 30 days to try it and if I decided to keep the product I would be charged $19.95 a month and keep receiving this tea. I received the tea and within a month I moved to a new address, Not planned but I moved. I have never recieved anything from this company since but found out they have been charging my bank account $19.95 a month, their phone # is [protected] accordinng to the bank inquiry I made today. This is a sin that they can take peoples money for nothing by scamming. I do plan to visit their site if I can find it and request all of my money back and or call them today as well, but they need to be stopped. How many inocent people to they have to steal from your company or a company puts an end to their false advertising? BK-Kissimmee,

I order Wu-yi tea from qfl. They say it the real thing after I ordered it I thought I should research this company. Come to find out they sell something else So I tried to e-mail them not to send the tea. Couldnot get a hold of them. They were to call back to confirm my order never got a call. I receive the product e-mail and call their "customer service" to tell them I am sending it back and I waould like a confirmation from them. And nothing. I hope they don't charge me since it was with in the 14 day trial.

After trial period for this "weight-loss" tea, I canceled all future orders. Company was rude and refused to cancel. With many difficult calls, they finally agreed and stopped for two months. Then, without notice or contact, they began charging me $39.95 again without authorization. You cannot call them, email them, or reach the supposed "live operator" on their website. It is time to notify and file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for fraud and violations of internet and interstate commerce laws. I am frustrated and can not afford to allow anyone to just steal money.

There is no such thing as a "FREE TRIAL" mine cost me $ 10.85... then a few days later on 8/21 I was charge $59.95 and again last night 09/03 another $59.95...I did not received any other teas from them except the " trial offer" which overall cost $130.75... THIS IS A VERY BIG SCAM WITH THIS WU-YI SOURCE TEA COMPANY...AND THE TEA DOES NOT WORK!

I too purchased the Wu-Yi tea, does not work - taste crappy and to top it off I got my matercard statement today and the following charges are against my card.

29.90 USD for Wellness Watchers - not authorized not signed up for
59.95 Wu-Yi Tea - never received - never ordered
4.95 Web Access- never requested - never authorized
9.95 Membership - never requested - never authorized.

Over 100.00 in charges not authorized

I contacted each of these companies - one was very polite to deal with - two were outright ignorant and refuse to refund my money and the fourth was Wu-Yi not easy to deal with and unwilling to refund any moneys unless I send the starter package back.

i totally agree with you...i went on a website called wu ti source and its a scam! They tell you that its a free 14 day trial period for a 30 day supply; well its on the 10th day and i still did not receive my product ( so how am i suppose to try it out for 14 days when i already lost 10 ) Anyhoo thats just the beginning next thing i see is that i am being charged from several different places. Apparently when you sign up for the 14 day free trial for wu ti tea and agree to the "terms & conditions" u are also signed up for (2) other programs you never even agreed too nor heard of and trying to get a refund is impossible, the rep. was rude and refused to refund any of my money. Cant say if the product works or not (never received it) but what i can tell you is dont order from " Wu Ti Source" you would know if thats the website by the asian guy in the right side will start speaking to you about wu ti tea...
