I stayed at Wyndham San Diego Bayside a long time ago and they put me on their email list without my permission. They said I could unsubscribe, but that was a lie. I had to call them many times to get them to stop sending me emails. Finally, they stopped for a while, but now they're doing it again. They're sending emails to email addresses I never gave them and they don't even give me a way to unsubscribe anymore. I tried to talk to them about it, but they didn't do anything. This is not right. They should respect my privacy and give me a choice. I didn't even give them a bad review or anything, I just want them to stop emailing me. I won't stay there again and I won't tell anyone else to stay there either. If someone could help me get them to fix this problem, that would be great.

Me and my fam stayed at Wyndham San Diego Bayside from 8/13-8/15. My ref numba is ***. I hit up these peeps to let them know that our stay was whack. Our shower had mold, the bedding had mascara stains, and the bed skirt was dirty. We asked to switch rooms, but they said they was booked up. Cuz of Covid, nobody came to clean our moldy shower. I hit up the hotel to fix this, but all they offered was *** points, which is like $45.00. That ain't cool, we paid good money to stay here. I think we paid at least $245.00 a night. We hit them up again, but they ain't responding cuz we ain't taking their weak offer. It's sad that we can't talk to nobody about this, they only use email.
