XDP UK review: Room divider from ukwarehouse

I had a parcel delivered from you last week which was left outside my front door on the pavement as I was not in, it was not handed into a neighbour as I have checked and the item has gone missing (I went to my flat the following day to see if the parcel was there and my parcel was not there). I do have a picture of being left outside but it SHOULD NOT HAVE JUST BEEN LEFT ON THE PAVEMENT FOR PASSERS BY TO SEE. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE. If the customer is not in, surely you shoule re-arrange delivery (by posting a card through the letterbox) or at least ensure it is left with a neighbour.. I spent over £49.16 on this item with UKWarehouse (where I bought the item from) and they are not willing to give me a refund). I am very angry and upset by the whole situation.

I want a refund and would like to hear back from you as your driver should not have left the item on th pavement unattended.
