The most unreliable courier ever
2 x failed deliveries for a mattress I have been waiting 2 weeks for. I am having to sleep on cushions on the floor, have been for those 2 weeks now. My mattress is just sitting in the delivery depot, not moving. Too late now, have requested a refund from Wayfair and will not be buying from them anymore until they notify me that they stopped using XDP, disgraceful company!
Recommendation: DO NOT USE!

We ordered 10 piece of wood and a work surface from from a supplier and expected delivery Tuesday, the work Surface was delivered today but no wood when I questioned your two delivery men they looked at me blankly and said delivery yes and closed his door and drove off while I was still trying to question them about the delivery, it appears nether of the men spoke any English ( I was under the impression that the get a work visa in the UK you had to speak and understand basic English) I have contacted the supplier and they have sorted out the reason we did not get the full order the rest of the order is coming tomorrow direct from the supplier
Claimed loss: I would also like drivers to be trained in letting people know that their order could be split and to contact the supplier, just to drive off when someone is asking a question is not only rude but insulting
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and apology as well as proof or assurances that you are not employing illegal workers

No apparent drop off depot anywhere.
I have to return a dressing table to an eBay seller who asked that I drop it off at my local XDP depot in Oxford UK. I've looked on the XDP website but no information whatsoever, sent an email to them but no reply. I called the telephone number which is for current deliveries. I scoured Google but found no contact details anywhere except on this website which I've already used.

The tracking information provided says my item has been delivered. This is not true. There is someone at the property. XDP did not ring the buzzer. We have checked outside and there is no parcel. It is impossible to get in touch with XDP. This was an expensive item! They should have got a signature. They should not have left the item outside!
How can XDP just say it is delivered with no evidence!

Hi, I ordered a desk and salon bed from living and home on the 27th November, on there website when I ordered it said 3/7 days for delivery, that was one of the reasons I ordered from them because I needed them for my new salon which opens on Wednesday 13th December. Hello,
I am writing to inform you that one of your drivers with the plate number BK70 UDN was abusive towards me and a team member this morning. We had to call the police, and the reference number is 3038164/23. Due to this incident, the driver is not allowed to enter London Sq Bermondsey - 1 Tannery SE1 5WS estate again.
The driver was delivering packages to 37, 1 Tannery Way, SE1 5WS, which is part of the estate I manage. He dropped the packages several times, and when I tried to take a photo of the address on the package, he became aggressive and abusive towards me and my staff. I am concerned about his behaviour, and I advise you to think about why you have him on your team. It could turn out terrible one day when he attacks clients or other people.

Order not received. Order resent by supplier also not received.
Order placed with Wickes on Sept 6th. After two weeks if chasing supplier, half of the order was received on Sept 19th. Chased with Wickes again, order resent - order no.[protected], assignment no 21296AA70446. Assured that order would be received on 22nd September, between 7am and 7pm. Both Wickes and XDP email via tracker confirmed order was out for delivery. Not delivered. No way to get hold of XDP Exeter, no communication from XDP to explain delays or missing order. The worst customer experience I have ever had.
Desired outcome: I would like my order to be delivered as soon as possible. I would like an explanation for half of the original missing order, and an apology for the delay.
driver reversed into my van
Your delivery driver reversed his van into the back of my van loosening the bumper and leaving black marks on the paintwork which cannot be removed! Please could you advise about this incident as I am not happy!
The marks go all the way across the back of my van.

I would like to make a formal complaint about the treatment I am receiving from your company.
On 4th August 2023 I ordered a shed from eBay, at a cost of £279.99. The seller advised it had been delivered on 10th August but we never received it.
I had been keeping an eye on the tracking and it was saying ‘In Transit’ until I filed a has not arrived case with ebay when the tracking was suddenly updated to ‘Delivered’ however the item never arrived. The seller had also been informed it had been delivered.
As you are still maintaining the parcel was delivered to my address I would request that you provide proof of delivery withing the next 5 days. If you cannot provide proof of delivery I require written confirmation of this.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for the cost of the lost item

I made a purchase with a company called La Redoute on 11/06/2023 one item being a bed which was meant to be delivered by XDP. La Redoute sent me an email to say my order had been dispatched and provided me with a consignment/tracking number ZDBBTF008756.
When I tracked the item it said that XDP has had the item since 05/07/2023 preparing it for delivery. I have emailed XDP three times and received no response. I have tried to live chat with them and had no response. I have also been in contact with La Redoute for them to chase it up there end but as of yet I haven’t had an update.
Desired outcome: I want my item to be delivered and promptly, I don’t understand why they still have hold of it.

Pick up consignment number ZDBVFA076786 was due to be picked up from G71 7DP for return to M12 5BB. The uplift was arranged for Friday 21st July 2023. I received an email from XDP on Thursday 20th July informing me that the items would in fact be uplifted on the date given. I waited in all day but the there was no call made. Please make enquiry into why this uplift was not carried out.

Delivery of item bought on Amazon
The seller dispatched the item on the 16th May. Since 18th May it is sitting somewhere i an XDP depot. I tried to call customer service onthe 22nd May but they won't give information to me as I m thebuyer not the seller.

We had to complete a new application to change the company name, agree the new contract, which was signed
