Yodel Never use this delivery service

Bad. Bad. Very bad. I guess they don't even try to improve their service. Worse and worse each time.
They kept feeding me with promises to deliver my package as soon as possible. Tomorrow, in 2 days, in a week. What kind of service is that? Ok, that was the beginning.
In summer I moved to another house, so I changed my address. I warned them about it before using. They confirmed that changed were in their base. But how come my order arrived at my old address?
Thank god the family who bought my house knew my phone number and they called me and said they got my parcel.
But I'm done with Yodel. Absolutely useless.

Yodel Unethical behavior

I have been called by yodel sales reps at least 10 times. I asked them to put me on their no call lists. Didn't work, so I figured i would respond to them. talked to a very rude salesman because I asked a him a very simple Question. How much does it costs me and he refused to answer me unless I listened to his whole sales spiel and waste my time. so I recommed to avoid these people. another advertising scam!

Yodel Marketing and advertising internet

Yodel rep started out with a three month contract at $1240.00 per month this did not fit our budget so she gave us a 30 day trial for $640.00 a horribly overrated deal all we got were wrong numbers or sales offers for other .com companies When they tried to sweep my bank account for another month and the funds were not there I received a call they told me that this service would take at least 90 if not 120 days to take effect do not I repeat do not spend any money with this company they promise it all and do not give what they promise and when you complain like I did they told me I had not done my part well enough ?

Yodel Keeps charging - Will not cancel account

Yodel promised the moon and then delivered almost nothing. After the three months that I purchased at $1, 500 per month - that $4, 500. They then went into monthly charges. I caught the first one too late, and was charged another $1, 500. This time for absolutely nothing from them. I called and told the to cancel. However, they did not cancel, and was charged another $1, 500. They are the worst scam I have ever been involved with, and have fleeced my small business out of $6, 000. And now want to make it $7, 500. I wish I had never heard of Yodel. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Looked at my statement on line and see where Yodel had illegally charged my credit card. calling my bank in morning and feds. This charge happened on 01-14-2016

Yodel So called non delivery

I have been waiting in all day have left a note of which is still on my gate stating yodel driver please phine this number as I'm in the woods.
I have just done tracking and apparently I missed them.
What a load of cobs wallop..
There was no card and no signs of them,
This is the second time this crappy delivery company has done this to me.
Iv been waiting in for this as its a birthday present and now iv can get it till tomorrow,
Thank you very much you useless company

Yodel Rude, Insistant,

Judd from Yodel called me last week. I was driving. I told him so but I would give him a minute to tell me what he offered. He went on for the next 10 minutes about how they were the biggest and the best. I stated, I dont care, what are you selling? more about how great he was. After 10 minutes of this and arrival at my destination, I tried 1 more time, "What are you selling?" " Sir you are rude, I cant explain like this I have to show you."
I told him to have a nice day, I'm not interested.
This week, 3 emails, and 6 phone calls. Judd set up a presentation for me. When I started asking questions, He refused to answer. He showed me search screens for my area. While he was talking, I opened another window and did the same search. This really upset him.Judd informed me that after 45 minutes of his time to produce this presentation, how dare I look at a search engine he was controlling.
This guy argued with me for 15 minutes, called me back after I told him again that I have no interest in a partner that will not listen. Judd told me I was rude and that I'm not the client he will ever accept.
With YODEL, remember, the client is not important and never right, only the sales rep is.

Yodel deliverys

Having ordered from sports direct online, find out yodel tried to deliver a parcel whilst at work, went on yodel website to arrange delivery to in-laws house less than a mile away . All great get confirmation email, then they try delivery twice more to home address, to which no reply so then we have to collect from Stockton hub! Two phone calls and 1 hour 40 mins on hold, by luck manage to speak to someone (beware Mohammed agent number c0948) having been told by him I have to collect from their hub twenty miles away and arguing it's their mistake they should deliver and asking to speak to supervisor or manager, to be told no-one there is in charge! But they would get them to phone me back within 4 hrs. 6 and half hours later get phone call off Matthew who basically told us it's not their problem we should have arranged alternate delivery with sports direct even though they had the parcel! In the 6.5 hrs spoke to sports direct who said it was fine and they had authorized alternate delivery. To then find out can't really collect our parcel because it had already been sent back to sports direct prior to us ringing, after getting the last card. BEWARE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS WHO THINK ITS A GOOD IDEA TO LAUGH AT PEOPLE WHO DARE TO COMPLAIN. WELL LETS SEE WHOSE LAUGHING AS THEY ARE NOW BEING INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS! ! ! ! .

Yodel lost parcel

Yodel were trusted to deliver an accordion to me from Birmingham England for delivery in Essex England, The parcel managed to get to Chelmsfor in Essex but, Yodel" lost" it in Chelmsford, how can you loose a big parcel like that ! amazing, god knows what sort of people they employ the mind boggles £670 down the drain, Yodel only want to pay £50 compo, rubbish, I have read the compiants on this site, Don't send your parcels by Yodel they just don't care, they do not communicate, It is safer to pay the fuel and collect it yourself or hire a privat courier that is answerable only to you, or pay the train fare !if it's not to big to carry

The umbrella company for a number of couriers are P2G, they are as about as halpfull as a chocolate teapot, they answer with preset texts and ther is no personal service .
Avoid Yodel and P2G, 2parcels 2 go.

Yodel Stolen Parcel

Complaint Number 1 for the delivery people Yodel who must be making a fortune selling on a consumer site all the goods they are not delivering!
Tripod ordered from Jessop's constant lies from Yodel about delivery time needed for wifes birthday, missed the birthday delivery eventually arrived once it had an excursion around Lancashire from one van to another and apparently signed for at one stage, what a samples.
Complain Number 2 for delivery of a replacement camera from Tesco. Deliverer came to door requesting to take the faulty camera, didn't give it as had a feeling when he said there was no camera to replace it with it didn't seem right. Low and behold apparently they have delivered the item and signed for too - not by me... guess what Yodel I have CCTV! and saving it.
It really is about time something was done about this company.

NO WONDER THERE ARE SO MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I ordered a item via amazon IT WAS TRACKED. It showed that this item had been delivered showing time and date. At the particular time in question I was laying gravel in my drive with a friend. NO DELIVERY WAS MADE AS STATED. NOT NOTE WAS LEFT. And the parcel was returned to the Depot. The truth of the matter is that the driver could not be bothered to deliver the goods . Not only is he a complete ### but a is telling total lies. He would have to have walked over us working in the front garden to deliver these goods. What a rubbish company this is. I have complained to Amazon and also to the supplier.

I agree, Yodel are on the take, god knows who they employ and what level of intelligence they are, what happens to the hundreds of lost parcels, they must sell them on, or do they!

Yodel courier lies unhelpfullness and generally problem

yodels courier driver states i have moved from my address where he was to deliver a parcel to this is untrue after forwarding clear directiond to my door and giving a contact mobile number none of which was used again 2 more times he states i had moved ? each time i contacted courier company stating and confirming i was at address etc then after 3rd supposed attemt i tried to call at a great cost per miniute i was kept on phone 40 mins then rudely answerd stateing i had moved from delivery address ? i stated my case but was told parcel had to be returned to sender and that was all they could do me and sender have offerd alternative addresses but parcel now is being held in containnere and going no where this just havent got a clue what to do next both myself and sender have tried our best to help them but it seems holding parcel captive is there answer

Yodel what a joke company. They tell lies and when you ring the office they just don't seem to know what is going on. Hope all you companies out there are looking at these complaints... Tesco and Jessops you need to use someone else!
