I am so disappointed in this company! I purchased the spray on foundation bundle. I had a terrible reaction. My face and eyes were bright red, swollen and skin was cracking. Extremely painful. Had to see a specialist twice. Expensive bill and Expensive drug. I have to tell you I did receive a full refund..but felt it was very important to reach out to the company. Initially I was contacted with a claim number and the representative said she would look into the situation. I have emailed many times asking for communication. No response. This is a serious situation that I hoped would be taken seriously. Buyer Beware ! I urge you to think carefully before purchasing. Products are costly. But nowhere near the amount i have invested in medication and doctor bills. I will share my story however I can.

I have enjoyed all of the products I have ordered. I appreciate the people I know that are presenters. (Not an easy thing to do, so I applaud those that decided to pursue and share with others.) I will continue to order a few of my favorites, as needed.

Younique I have enjoyed all of the products I have ordered

I have enjoyed all of the products I have ordered. I appreciate the people I know that are presenters. (Not an easy thing to do, so I applaud those that decided to pursue and share with others.) I will continue to order a few of my favorites, as needed.

I was a presenter for almost three years. I got to Blue level and had a team of over 60 people. With the constant bullying, back stabbing, and lying higher ups in the company, the Black Status Leaders and even my own Sponsor I decided to leave. When leaving it took Corp over three days to correctly terminate my account and my information as well as my customers information from my profile. With this bullying and the Corp ethics my entire team decided to leave as presenters and customers from this company. I would highly recommend you to not even purchase from this brand, these presenters or anything affiliated with this company.

Total scam. They promise items in their bundles or presenter kits and then why they send it to you they change the items to less expensive/ less useful items. If you order the presenter kit know that you will NOT get the items shown however no one tell you this. Far worse then that though is the treatment when you reach out to this company, they totally avoid you they keep sending generic emails in response to your email they keep asking for your case number even though the case number was sent to them with each email. It is set up so you cant reply to their email therefore you have to start from square one everytime, it becomes very apparent that they will just avoid you until you go away. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

complete joke- dont ever sign on as a presenter. You will bust you butt when your account goes into suspension to get orders. You will get a few orders but still come up short of your $125 you need in sales- so you then are no longer a presenter. But guess what you got so close and got orders but you wont get paid for those orders that you busted your butt for. Their excuse is your account was inactive. Ok yes it was but I was still able to take orders, which still means I was a presenter. Which means those orders that I took I should be paid for. Unfortunately there is also no working number to talk to someone anymore. When I did talk to someone they said I would have to quit to get paid or not be a presenter and then it would release funds. Its 2 months later and still no paid commission on 3 orders since October last year. And no one to talk to- to ask why.

Younique Your company

I will never in my whole life understand why you discontinued unique touch spray foundation everybody in my family use it and so many people other than my family that I know loved that product. I will never understand. I am so mad at you all. I am not buying anything else unless you bring that back.

I love that product. It is your only product that I just thought I couldn’t live without and you canceled it you just quit making it. What the heck please bring it back please please please bring it back.

Desired outcome: Bring back, unique, touch spray foundation

I returned a product to this company. I selected "REFUND THE MONEY" from their site. They decided to give me store credit. I do not want the store credit, I want the refund of my money.

Younique I placed a order yesterday and still have not received my payment from them

I placed a order yesterday and still have not received my payment from them. You are suppose to be paid within 3 hours. Every time I have to contact them about getting my money. Also the website you suppose to use to login for it does not work either. www.payquicker.com I also did messenger to try and talk to someone about this and waited for over a hour.

Younique I have been with Younique since June

I have been with Younique since June. I have made some returns and they have failed to refund me properly. I have sent email after email, I have tried chat on facebook Twitter and instagram. I am getting no where and feel so let down. Over 3 weeks this has been on going, I have now stopped selling due to this. I want someone to sort this out, Ive tried to find details of the CEO aswell

Younique My mother *** was a presenter for Younique

My mother *** was a presenter for Younique. She ordered a skincare kit for me and I paid for it with my credit card. I am allergic to the skincare so after discussion with them and pictures I sent them they agreed to allow a return and even supplied me a postage paid label. The skincare was received back to them according to the tracking number. My mother finally got a email advising they were going to refund 149. This was on June 11 and I still have not seen a credit. I tried to file a dispute with my credit card company but Younique for some reason is denying this situation.

Younique I had originally reached out to Heidi **** D****, a Younique presenter, via Instagram regarding buying a "Beauty Box" which included a $25 gift

I had originally reached out to Heidi *** D, a Younique presenter, via Instagram regarding buying a "Beauty Box" which included a $25 gift certificate. She responded to me via direct message on May 24. Between the period of May 24-27, we discussed my purchasing the box. She provided me a link to do so (http://youniqueproducts.com/NurseHeidi***), but the link she provided was to sign up as a "Presenter". I asked specifically: "There is no contract through, right? I'm just purchasing the box?" to which she replied "Exactly". When I attempted to make the purchase through the link, the site required me to agree to their "Presenter Agreement:, which I did not wish to do. I had asked Heidi how to just purchase the box without that, and she said she could order one under her account and that "the email and all of that of course would be under [her] own stuff". She sent me an invoice via PayPal. On June 2nd I received the package which included a "Presenter guide". i asked Heidi why I had received that since I specifically did not want to be a presenter. She reiterated that I "didn't join anything". However, on June 5, Younique corporate confirmed with me via email that I am "an active Presenter in Younique family". After notifying Heidi (again, via Instagram) of that matter and asking for her to provide me information about her signing me up, she immediately blocked me and deleted her Instagram account. She has been unresponsive via email. In response to the email from Youniqe, I'd notified them that I did not sign up to be a presenter. I've reached out to Younique via Facebook messenger, Facebook (via comments), Instagram, email, and telephone. I've not been able to get any sort of response from Younique corporate regarding the fraudulent use of my information or how to cancel any "presenter" or independent contractor agreement that was completed in my name.

Younique April 28th I placed my first Younique order

April 28th I placed my first Younique order. I ordered a presenters kit as well as placed a separate order for additional cosmetic with the understanding that this company had a love it guarantee.My order number was #*** total of $207.19. I received this order May 12. I tried on the Stick foundation Cashmere as well as concealers (Cypress and Chiffon)that were purchased and the colors did not match my skin tone. I reached out to my upline and she suggested an exchange with different colors. I immediately started this process the same day that the items arrived and returned the items for an exchange. Younique received the items and shipped the items May 26. The replacement was received by me on June 4. Again, the colors (specifically Stick foundation Satin, Concealers Taffeta and Cahsmere)did not match only this time I developed a rash. I have an email trail with customer care Specifically talking to an Aaron R. Aaron told me that since the items were already exchanged even if I didn't love it I could not get a refund. I was asked to compile a list of other items totaling equal or lesser value to replace the 2 concealers and the foundation and once I did that he would generate a return label for me. The items that were asked for to replace the stick foundation and 2 concealers were Lip liner in Pompous, Ritzy lipstick, sculpting trio highlight and countour pallet, and a pressed shadow single compact. I heard nothing after this until July 2 I received an email stating that replacement items were on the way. To include items (stick foundation and concealers that I already returned.) I immediately reached out to customer care Aaron Case #*** and said no that is not the correct order. Can you stop this before it ships. Customer care made an error in the replacement order by shipping back makeup that was just returned. I was told there was nothing that could be done about that. Once you receive the items pay to return them and then exchange again. I asked why do I have to pay a 3rd time for their error and asked that the issue be elevated. I was told someone would contact me in 2-3 business days. I am still waiting. I have written customer care countless times. I also saw that Younique delivered the items to an old address. My address is updated on my account. I have written customer care at least 20 times since, I have asked for a phone call, I reached out to Younique corporate on Facebook because there are no working phone numbers for this company. I was told yesterday someone would contact me in 10 min. it never happened. All of a sudden today I get a message from, Arely C. Stating that they are sorry and sending a replacement. Guess what... It is the same *** Stuff that has been returned. No one is reading the emails, no one is replacing with the correct items. So far I have a charge on my credit card, countless hours of emailing and writing trying to get the right items, begging for someone to call me to square this away, I have no make-up. I have all of the emails to prove all of this as well as the charge on my Credit card. Please help me. I have no where else to turn to. I have asked for the issue to be elevated through customer care etc. Nothing. No help from Corporate either. This is the absolute worst customer service experience that I have ever received in my life. So again, once I receive the incorrect makeup again I will have to pay to ship it back even though this is Youniques mistake and still not have correct make up. Please I beg of you reach out to this awful company and ask them to make this right. I no longer have the desire to purchase from this company nor do I have the desire to recommend or sell their items.
