As a paying subscriber, I'm already investing in a premium experience with Yupp TV. However, I've noticed a significant inconvenience whenever I switch channels. Each time I change to a different channel, I'm compelled to endure a full-length advertisement, and the same happens if I switch to another channel shortly after. This situation raises questions, especially considering my subscription status.
For instance, when transitioning from one channel, such as Asianet, to another like Asianet Movies, this frequent interruption becomes quite exasperating. It detracts from what should be a seamless viewing experience.
Additionally, during regular commercial breaks on the channels, I've observed Yupp TV frequently airing UK-based advertisements that are not only repetitive but also excessively long. In some instances, these ads persist even when the program has resumed, causing a jarring disruption.
I've been a dedicated Yupp TV subscriber for the past six years, but these recurring issues are now making me contemplate the possibility of discontinuing my subscription. It's disheartening to suspect that the primary focus for Yupp TV may be revenue generation rather than delivering a premium and enjoyable viewing experience to its long-term subscribers like myself.
Desired outcome: I will leave this provider if the advertisement issue is not fixed.
