RE : Discem Waterfall Mall Rustenburg
I would like to receive clarity regarding pregnant customers. I went to Discem to buy our baby monitor and was so rudely treated by the cashier.
The line at the tills were horrifically long and as I am 35 weeks pregnant I can not stand in the line for that long. I went to the help desk and asked if possible where can I go and pay as I can not stand in this line where a friendly face showed me to the tills next to her. I then met Margaret the cashier at this till. She rudely told me that this is not the line to be in and asked me if I can not see that the line next to us should be used. I replied with I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and can not stand in that line. She rudely told me that what I am doing is not fair to the other customers who really needs this line and that I am now holding up people who really needs it. Refusing to help me I asked her if something should happen to me in line what would happen?
With no answers from her she took my product and helped me with a very bad attitude.
I would like to know how does it work at discem pharmacies. Was this correct response from your employee?
Making me feel like I am not important and that help can not be provided to me?
Pregnant women and especially me do not request spechial treatment but is it to much to ask to be helped and not stand an hour in a line to buy baby products?
