Dis-Chem Pharmacies review: Staff member at Dischem Meadowdale by the name of Malifu

Malifu is Extremely rude and I think she need more training on how to treat customer .

Was today totally shocked and highly disappointed by the way she treated me .she was extremely rude and arrogant when I asked her how are we gonna sort out the mistake that was done by the cashier.It was a simple question that only needed her to give me solution but she choose to give me attitude and shout at at me in front of other customers. I scolded her and say she's got no way to give me such rude service as am the paying clients.I escalated the matter to her superior who just came and stood up and say nothing, Malifu continue swearing at me in front of her superior, she went as far as calling me a dog and he never utter a word to her. She is very rude and zero customer service. I also want to take this opportunity to thank (Eugine), I think he is a store manager and the lady from customer service desk I forgot her name who assisted me promptly.Eugine and the lady understand the assignment. We need more people like them to serve customers.
