Item is not arrived yet and the customer service is of no use. Better shut this damn website, payment has been deducted so fast and the item's not yet here.
No response no contact no reply. Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend to anyone. Have been waiting for this product so long and kept on postponing the work I have to do with that.

Ordered a product from zapals web site on 4th February 2018 received confirmation email with o/no [protected] that payment had been received and a tracking no.would follow when the item was despatched have not received any corespondents from them I have tried to contact customer services by email and by live chat getting no responses would some contact me ASAP.

I ordered 5 orders and they are more than 2 months ago and they haven't arrived yet. Some items arrived. I emailed zapals about these and after 4 days they still haven't replied to me yet. No product, no reply, nothing. Very disappointed with this company. Will probably use aliexpress again. At least they have a rating system and we can dispute transactions. This one we can't.
Another 1 star added and hope people stay away from this company and give it a bad name it deserves.
A customer pays for an item and gets no response and no product should be punished for their actions. Unfortunately there is no international ombudsman to adjudicate this matter.
1 star is the the least I could do to warn others. Heed this warning.
Ps: I did receive some products from this site. Most of it actually but when a few items don't arrive and there is no response then it is not a pleasant way to do business with.
Take your business to ebay or aliexpress.

I placed my order on 29th January 2018 and it is now 12th February - delivery was stated as 5-8 days but it has now been 13 days and still nothing has arrived. I first tried to contact Zapals to find out where my item was on day 9 and heard nothing back - I've tried contacting twice more since then and have not had any response. I now don't want the item because it was a gift for Valentine's and I am having to order another one from a more reputable store so that I can get it in time. Very concerned that I won't get my money back after seeing such shocking reviews.. don't know how they get away with this.

3. Sent email to Zapals Customer Service outlining problem on 31 Jan 2018. Email content as follows:
Dear Sir, Ma'am, I received a MINIX NEO U9-H Amlogic S912-H Android 6.0.1 Streaming TV Box 2G+16G with Plug Type AU on Mon 29 Jan 18. Reference my Shipment #[protected] for Order #[protected].
The TV box does not boot completely and hangs saying no signal input. I have spent two days on the Minix user forum page but to no avail. I understand that these things happen but I am extremely disappointed as I have spent a considerable amount of money on this item and it doesn't work. Please send me another TV box that works or a full refund, including postage. I look forward to further correspondence from you.

This is the third email I am sending to your poor customer service. The TV box I purchased does not work. You haven't told me in your replies that you are replacing the TV box (preferred option) or refunding my money including postage. Just send me another TV box and give me the shipment details so I can track it. Getting very irate with your lack of customer service.
9. To date (09 Feb 2018) I have heard nothing further. I request a full refund including postage from Zapals.
fingerling toys not brand that was advertised
Hi,
I made a purchase to zapals in early December 2017 for Christmas presents, the items were not dispatched for almost 3 weeks after order was made, resulting in items not being received in time for Christmas and when they did arrive they were not the brand that was advertised that I had purchased. I have lodged a complaint with the customer service and received an automated response 5.01.18 I then sent another email 15.01.18 as had not had any further communication from them. I have still not heard from them apart from the automated email to say they had received my initial complaint.
I hope to hear from some one to resolve this issue soon.

It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my product. I have also sent several emails up to 20 emails asking for someone to contact me and have received nothing in return. The first number was given was RSH-39340. This morning I contacted them again and was given Ticket ID: OXH-59937. Tried having a live chat and it is stating they are offline. I am at the point where I am getting ready to contact my bank and have the charges reversed because Christmas is Monday and I still don't have my merchandise. I ordered on December 10th and received a emailed on December 11, and have not heard anything from them since.

I recently purchased "FINGERLINGS" from Zapals. They were clearly advertised as "FINGERLINGS INTERACTIVE FINGER MONKEY" everything on the order page advertised Fingerlings, with commercial images and everything. I placed an order and was told the items would be shipping from the UK - LIES! This site is actually operating in SINGAPORE. Now that my "Fingerlings" have arrived, they are in fact NOT Fingerlings AT ALL...the box they came in said "Happy Monkey". They are cheap and trashy. I'm sure I am not the first one to fall victim to this counterfeit scam because when I now search the Zapals website...there is NO trace of Fingerlings whatsoever...the items I ordered are gone off the website completely and NOW everything is advertised as "New Interactive Finger Baby Monkey Robot Electric Pet Toy Fingerling for Kids". I will never order from this website again and will see to it that others do not either. I will be sending them ALL back and expect a full refund. Although I'm sure it will take FOREVER because it will have to go all the way back to SINGAPORE. ZAPALS IS A SCAM AND A JOKE!
Bought 2 egg sitter cushions "with cover". Neither had a cover. Delivery was a month and a half. Tried to get get them to send the covers. They basically tried to delay until PayPal dispute time ran out. The offered $4, then $5, then $6 for the missing covers, and told me to buy them locally. Locally, 2 covers would be $26. PayPal expected me to spend $250 to send the cushions back to get a $40 full refund. I gave up on PayPal, they were unhelpful, not as bad as Zapals but close. I am giving up on any refund and just want to try and keep others from making the same mistake.

I ordered from Zapals in the past and had a pretty nice experience with them. But my last experience wasn't so good. I made an order and later I was contacted by someone from Zapals who said that my order was no longer available. They promised I'll get a refund any time soon but they were not able to tell me the exact date. After several weeks of waiting I asked to talk to their manager and Zapals representative said that he'll tell the manager about my request. Nothing actually happened. There was no money and they suddenly stopped replying. I am super disappointed with Zapals, never expected anything like that from them!

I have ordered a cell phone from Zapals and received my phone completely broken! The screen was smashed and cracked in many places. I even paid some extra for rush and safe shipping, but it seems like they used the cheapest shipping company possible.
