ZestAds product not received

I purchased two drones from above named company and have not received them yet. Transaction ID: 4BX44601G6255302T for $135.85 USD and Transaction ID: 36E84598G6421392M for $59.95 USD. I wish to receive my purchase or my money refunded. I am with the understanding that PayPal.com guarantees the payment and delivery of products bought through their service.

My order was returned to seller by customs in China as a Security Risk. When I contacted the seller, they tried to say that the issue was with my local delivery, but the package had not even reach my country (Ireland), let alone the local post service. After doing a little research, I find that this company is a dropshiipping company, so they never actually hold any products, they set up multiple shopify sites and advertise products you can get on sites like AliExpress for almost 1/3 the price.

After contacting them, they tell me its their policy to wait 60 days before they can issue a refund, but having looked at the terms and conditions on their website, it says no such thing. There is no mention of 60 days anywhere on their website. It's been a month now and it hasn't even left China, so time to open a dispute, and I know for a fact, PayPal do not like sellers using PayPal for dropshipping businesses that sell counterfeit products, which I think this company is doing a lot of.

Unless a refund is sent to my card very very soon, i'm going to town on these guys. They will wish hey never tried to lie to me.

Count me in also. I ordered one drone plus the extra warranty. Never arrived, though they had my correct address and we never have delivery problems in this neighborhood. I have filed a complaint and would really like to know whether any refund ever came your way.

I had the same thing! Ordered 3 drones from this company off an ad on FACEBOOK! I figured they would be reputable since Facebook was letting them advertise on their site.. I can’t find a way to track my packages or talk with anyone about this order! This needs to be looked into for Facebooks responsibilities in this!

ZestAds medical

I placed an order in September and have not heard from this company! My order total $25.40 and I been waiting and waiting to hear from you! Please respond or we can do a refund! Thanks! I think the tracking number is UE843999089YP and if this is wrong please comply because you have already taking this amount out of my account. I ordered patches for losing weight and I am hoping this is for real or you will be hearing from me and I hope it is not much longer.

ZestAds slim patch

I ordered the slim patch on July 2st and never received it... they claim it was delivered in my mailbox on Aug 14th... I filed a claim... sent them 3 emails and all they did was sent me a fake tracking slip. no product was ever received. After the 3 emails... this is the not that I received from the support team person:

We're sorry there will be no refund or replacement for this case as your order has been shipped out and show DELIVERED from the tracking system.in some cases we may be able to help, however, we do not have the access to investigate issues caused by local carriers. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for non-deliveries caused by destination postal services or other external factors which is out of our control.

Please refer to your local post office where the package was delivered as we always ship the item promptly according to the address given but delivery is hugely dependent on each country's postal system.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience.

ZestAds unethical behaviour

I just visited yourLifeBit site on the internet and had intended to order one LifeBit watch for the price of $53.95. I got an email stating that I had ordered (3)three watches. Order number BAC72602E6 AND Order number 184834E3Ba were all in error.
THE THREE TRANSACTIONS were dated tonight 10-2-19 at 18:41:45 PDT AND 18:41:20 PDT AND 18:72:54 PDT.
The Transaction numbers were 1TD4066646373112J in the amount of $42.00 AND
TRANSACTION NUMBER 9LD41477UL421645M in the amount of $68.95 AND TRANSACTION NUMBER 8VB730586A485622R in the amount of $53.95

ZestAds slimming patches

I ordered slimming patches on 28 th August and never received them. I started a dispute on PayPal. I paid £30.40 pence including warranty which do not know what that is about. I escalated with PayPal and unbelievably they ruled against me. I am out of pocket and have nothing to show for it. I feel really let down by PayPal. That is the reason I use PayPal I thought it was to protect the customer. They say it was delivered on 10 th of September. I had tried tracking but there was no information. Zest ad looks to me like they are scammers. I feel stupid for not checking them out. I will be more careful in future

ZestAds drones

I bought two drones plus a warranty on them for a total of almost $200.00! Still have not rec'd them yet or any shipping details on them. I paid through PayPal, so figured it was legit! Wrong answer! How can I get my money back? If I could afford to just throw away $200 it would go to charity or something not to scammers! But I obviously do not have that money to throw away so I want it back! Con artists! The description and price are in the pics I am attaching to this.

"radio silence"! I don't ever expect to see or hear fom them again!

Same here! Purchased 2 drones for "deal" price and once order confirmation was done it said the quantity was for 1! I only purchased because paypal was a source of payment! But I was unable to reach the seller by any means and paypal gives the run around! $135 for 2 christmas gifts is what I thought I was getting with guaranteed fast shipment! No way to cancel the purchase or anything! I will never order from somewhere without researching first again! PayPal should be backing everyone up on this one and stop doing business with shady companies!

ZestAds life watch

No customer service product not as advertised rip off do not buy from them -emails bounce back until item shipped then will not hear any complaint - 7 weeks for watch to arrive a piece of junk plastic -cannot get in touch with them I do not want the product I want my money credited back to my account - need to make people aware that you are not getting what you paid for nor the customer service

Yesterday I ordered two (2)lifebit watches at total cost of $95.00 freight free. You confirmed the order for one(1) watch @ $95.00. Please change the order from the one unit you confirmed to the two units I ordered and adjust the pricing.

ZestAds fit patch (skull jf-313-10)

I ordered 100 patches and paid $67.80. I received 10 patches. I would like the other 90 patches or a refund for the 90 patches. I am a retired, disabled veteran and I live on a fixed income. I am unable to move around much and was hoping this patch would help me lose some weight. Losing some weight will help if I am able to get both knees replaced. Please help me. I appreciate any assistance.

ZestAds 3620 b1 fr-838-01 perfect back disc.

I would like a refund for this product as I never received it and really don't know what is . It was $ 42.92 and was ordered Aug. 29th. I tried to contact this company but never heard from them.I am very upset. I wet in their sight to see what the product was and I saw toys. It never showed what this looked like or anything about it. I need to cancel my order and I need the money the refund to pay for my sons funeral expenses. I have just lost a son to a car accident and I need to cancel my order and I need the refund to pay for the funeral. Thank you, any appreciation would be appreciated. I need to cancel order. My son has died and I need money for funeral services. I'm a senior citizen with a limited income. If I had not had a tragedy, I would have done different things. ZestAds hearing aids

Purchased these and took over six weeks to get here. when they arrived they are far to big, just like aids from the 70's. purchased extra warranty and now i want to return them, they are asking stupid questions. Taken 3 weeks to answer my request for refund now want photos of packaging, item and a video showing them not working!

how do you show them not working?

paid over $200 for the pair and said on purchase page no questions asked return warranty.

Please advise

I ordered these and there was a 30 day money back guarentee promised in the ad. After 7 days I requested this due to the patches are useless and they gave me the run around and told me I had to contact the store who they sold for, when I did...they told me I had to contact company who sold me item. Long story short...no refund! False advertisement will be reported to BBB

ZestAds neck band

This product was advertised as a support for your neck. This product is just a piece of Velcro that doesn't do a thing for your neck. I would advice others to research the products your buying from this company. My order was a rip off.
The company did offer to refund my money but I would Have to pay for shipping and they're in China. It would cost me more to return this piece of Velcro like product. Buyer beware.
