I tried to reach out to you people thru the link provided [protected]@godealsale.com. When I clicked on that link it changed to [protected]@storename.com which all my emails bounced back. I have ask for assistance through
PayPal and they are in the process of reviewing my claim.
I received 2 emailsfrom no.[protected]@ai_responders.com.
In that email you provided an order number and tracking information. When I checked the tracking numbers for both orders, one states April 14, 2020 was picked up by Newgistics, as of today my order has not been received by the USPS tracking #4202752092748927005414010002045545.
Email for tracking # 4202752092748927005414010002173934 says the exact same thing. I have asked for proof showing me a receipt or official notifications that they are in possession for this products. Or is Newgistics one of the many companies that is an entity with your fraudulent company? I want a refund for both orders. I will be reporting this to the FTC for fraud and to the AGO. These orders were purchased on FB.

I ordered one Equinox (Robot-like sweeper) on April 8, 2020 and was told online that it would ship that same day. I even paid extra for VIP delivery which supposedly meant the unit would be shipped immediately. Here it is, April 18 and have not even received a confirmation email of my order and certainly not the unit. I demand a refund of my funds which you received from my credit card as soon as I placed the order.

Hello, I ordered qty 3 - N99 Anti-viral Respirator masks on April 5th. It has been 12 days and I've not received them or any communication regarding my purchase. I'm also reading several poor reviews stating that this is a spam site or fake company. Please review my order and advise if a shipment can be expected soon.

My order was doubled, never added anything. Try to cancel through PayPal couldn't. Going to cancel PayPal better sites out there. Virtually impossible to communicate with these people. Don't order from either of them. I removed money from my account so the payment would bounce only to have them re withdraw when Government check came through. Definitely a scam. Some people need to check their conscience!

I ordered 1 or 2 and was only to pay for shipping and the rats sent me two packages full of flashlights thinking oh she'll just have to keep them! They think there's nothing I can do. hey got my PayPal account for over 185.00!
I have not opened the packages nor do I intend to.
I messaged them when I realized what happened and they have yet to respond.
They are scam artists but they've messed with the wrong one!
PayPal better make this right.

I ordered a product that doesn't exist because this company is a scam and I lost $49.00 for a mask that never arrived. There is still a whole thread of these scams from this "company" on pay pal and I just filed a dispute. If pay pal offers a link to many disputes and issues with this scam false company, consumers should be warned before they try to make a purchase and they need to be taken down! Hey zestads, you will be severely punished by the law eventually. I highly suggest you refund everyone. Now. You are probably some entitle a-hole living it up off of others in need collecting money with zero products delivered. Enjoy your crappy future life in jail with covid-19.

I got a rash in a matter of two days while using this product as well as gained weight and had other negative internal things occur. I tried contacting the company to get a refund and they told me, "We deeply regret that you had such reaction from using the product purchased from us. Different individuals may have different results using the same product. One of the factors impacting this is the skin condition. We are not liable for customer's skin condition after using the products and therefore, a return or refund will not be available".

This is all the information. Paid on March 31, 2020. I never received the product nor any communication from the company. I want my money back.

My PayPal account shows a charge of $33.40 on 3/16/2020. I did not order this product nor did I ever receive it. I disputed with PayPal but they closed my case stating it was not an authorized charge. I then checked the shipping/ tracking information and could not locate or track the shipment. I tried to contact ZestAds but they have a fraudulent customer service number which contacts a company in Virginia Beach, VA. Apparently this company is a scam company and appears that PayPal is "in bed with them" to rip off and illegally charge customers. I placed an order for one mask and 10 filters, your company took the money from PayPal. I did get an email but the tracking number can not be found. I am very disappointed in the fact that you are scamming people. Do not order. Shady business practice. Email links do not work, slow to respond to anything other than public complaints (those responses are copied and pasted, not individual to the compliant). I have requested several times to cancel the order/stop shipment and process my refund for the masks I do not want. I have submitted a complaint through paypal. The only response I have is received was through facebook message which claimed my order was processed so could not be cancelled but it wasn't until 2 days later that a mailing label was created, and according to tracking info usps is still waiting for the package to be dropped off 4 days after the label was created (those 4 days do include a weekend). The only google hits for "visorize mask" are to this complaint website and to a fake "review" article http://www.hirezmediahawaii.com/visorize-mask/ which also leads me to conclude I have been scammed.

Please do more research than I did before placing an order.

Hi! My name is Jayson Yalung. I ordered some face mask on April 9th. The transaction number is 2EP257078J9343815. I haven't received a tracking number. How long will it take before I can receive my order? I sent an email but still no reply. I need some kind of information when I will get my order or else I am just going to reach out to my bank and file a claim so I can get my money back.

On April 23, 2020, Monday, I ordered an black sports face mask and I paid $42.94 thru Pay Pal online. I have been waiting for the order and it appears to be back order because I have not heard one word from this company.
I tried to reach out to them for a tracking # and an estimate time of arrival and I have not been able to connect with them at all.
I will try and contact with my bank and Pay pal to see what my other options are. More importantly I will also reach out to the better business bureau so that I can report this incident.
As a consumer, I would suggest that you review the company before buying a great looking face mask online. I hope that this company is sued and put out of business for this type of misconduct.

I bought 3 of these robotic vacuums. Only opened one. After charging it upI put it down on my hardwood floor, and it just sat there 2 brushes spinning around going no where. Hello. I have contacted [protected]@godealsale and [protected]@resolutionsupports and not got a reply back in over a week. The order (2CA92FA74D)was shipped to the wrong address. I tried to contact PayPal and they told me to email the address above. I received a notification today that the order shipped to the wrong address. Please advise on the best course of action at this point to have the items shipped to the right address.

Ordered this product never received it. Not even a word. Was not told it was coming from China. Also the tracking number it received only will show it has tracking nothing else.
I would like a full refund please. I will upload payment I made to them through my PayPal account. Would of been nice to know I was ordering it from China. Never was mentioned in the ad. I had to research to find it was coming from China. Has this company been doing this all along? And how are they not shut down by now? I have been reading all of the complaints against this company. Wow. Just Wow.
