I am absolutely furious and fed up with the complete lack of service and communication from ZGallerie! We've been loyal customers, having had positive experiences with furniture orders in the past. However, our recent order, placed and fully paid on April 30th, has turned into an utter nightmare.
We've received a ridiculous number of delay notifications, with promises for delivery in June, July, August, September, October, and November. Every single one of these months has come and gone, and here we are in December with no sign of our order. When I reached out to Ronnie in customer service, it took three emails just to get a response, and all he had to say was that he has no update and didn't even see my order has been started! This is beyond infuriating!
To add insult to injury, when I inquired about a refund, I was told we could get a refund minus a whopping 50% restocking fee. What exactly are they restocking? Imaginary furniture that hasn't even been started on? This situation is like the emperor's new clothes – a complete farce! Money doesn't grow on trees, and we can't afford to be treated like this!
On top of all this, it seems like the company is on shaky ground financially, and it appears they are using the money from orders to stay afloat without any genuine commitment to fulfilling customers' orders. I demand a reply and an immediate resolution to this unacceptable situation. I want my furniture, and I want answers! If this isn't addressed promptly, I will not hesitate to take further action and share my horrendous experience with everyone I know.
Claimed loss: Spent $4,000+, willing to share details if there's genuine commitment to resolve. ZGallerie has all info, except my crucial furniture.
Desired outcome: I insist on the immediate delivery of my furniture or a full 100% refund!
