I have an issue with my sim credit. My zong no. Is [protected] . This number i got along my Hec laptop. This number is only be used for hec 20gb net pakage. Well some days before i recharded 8 cards and my balnce was 712 after some days i recharged two more cards but when i checked my balnce . My balnce was showing just 176 Rs now i really worried about this is really not fare being your customer i had suffered alot plus i lost my 800 rupees as well. Now do some favour so i can get my cash back of 712 . Sim owner name is Amna khalid and cnic no. Is 34601_7683199_6. I am really thankful to you if you solve my problem .. I am waiting for your responce.

Are you good for only taking the money or can you provide decent internet services for once? I can't watch an online video at lowest resolution using your [censored] internet...
So called 4G while it's worst than 3G...
But when it comes to taking the money from our pocket to your own, it is the fastest service in the world... It takes the money first and than send us a massage about package subscription... Shame on you...

Zong network poor coverage very low signel, 3g, 4g doesn't work, and most of zong users are converted now in ufone network, at kach kaot asad khan surrani district Bannu, please take a serious action against them.

Hi there, my zong 4g device was working really slow for about 2 weeks, I could not see any videos without buffering. But I was facing real issues when I had to visit certain websites and they cant get opened because my internet service was slow... So I tried to reach the customer care center and try to initiate live chat with the operator regarding my issue...
I waited for 30 mins for them to respond, but could not get any answer from them... I tried to leave a message and the screen poped up with this message..."you have sent too many messages. Please wait some time and try again"

Sir mere is number [protected] par internet ki coverage thek tarah se nhi ati.
Ziyada tar 2G ki coverage ati ha.
Main ne yeh number sirf internet ki waja se zong par convert kia tha.
Lakin is par internet thek tarh se nhi chalta jis waja se mein is ko use nhi sakta.
Please ap is ko check krein.
Mein ne apna mobile bi ise waja se change kr k dekha lekin masla wohi ha.
Please is ko check krein ta k mein zong network use kr salon.
Ap ka boht boht shukriya.

They called 4 times used abusive languages and were threatening to me they called 4 times in morning these numbers are 0310-8692382 at 8:51 am, 0313-9287915 at 8:22am, 0316-0747826 at 8:22am, 0316-9892235 at 8:21am. These were the numbers and time they called on my mobilink number [protected]. Please help me in this regard.they are giving threats and using abusive language

sir i had activated weekly hybred package at 5.15pm at 2nd july after that i had used internet on 3rd july my 261 rs are deducted i take informtion frm 310 they told that my balance is freezed will be release soon but i had not recived today i called to 310 they said your balance is deducted you used internet although i had package kindly look this

I visited M/s Zong's Bahadurabad,
Karachi franchisee on 31st March & requested for a new number ([protected]) on the prepaid service. The person (Asad) at the franchisee office told me that the requested number was only available on the post paid service & for which I had to pay Rs 1000 & the number would later be converted to the prepaid service but I be paying Rs 500 every month before it get converted.

I did not have any choice & trusted them & paid Rs 1, 000. The person also told me not to activate the sim till before 1st April 2018

On 1st April when I tried to activate my sim I found the sim was not on post paid connection but it was prepaid & the desired package (Z 500) for which I deposited a sum of Rs 1000 was not activated.

I called Zong's help line & was informed &confirmed twice that the issued sim was on prepaid services only. I was also confirmed that post paid sims would always be on post paid & not on prepaid services at the time of issuance. The person tricked me by selling a prepaid sim by making me believe that the sim (the number) was available on postpaid basis only. Zong helpline staff members also confirmed me that the sim was on prepaid (& could not be on prepaid had it been on post paid at the time of issuance!) even Zongs application was showing it to be on the prepaid. I registered my complaint and later after two days sim was converted to post paid!

I was defrauded by the franchisee & persuing for a refund of Rs 1000 since then. Zong is also causing delay on my request which is nothing but an open and shut case

It's not about money or the value involved in the particular case but the principle.

I have been chasing Zong for more than a week now and given thier pathetic reposnse and helpline, it's becoming pretty apparent that they are also part of this fraudulent act.

And he also take my call history from zong and sms record and take my realtives number making a calls too them also and giving a thread messeges .. When i was blocking him number within 2, 3 days the number will not in a block list . So i want to complain about him and these number kindly take a serious action it other wise i will take action . this [protected])number is teasing me from last two days by some missed calls and messages. i don't know why you guys can not look in to the matters .why sold your products without verifying the genuine person.this is so shameful for you.everyone can easily bought your damn Sims and get the license to tease people also specially to the ladies.please its a humble request to look into this matter otherwise i am free to approach the other authorities.

My number is [protected] and this is my second complain about this number sir I am very up set for this no [protected] this such ridicule number was teasing me last few days so much through sms and this person afraid me some abuses, when I tell the franchise they just say you call on your no or send mail so And I want to complain them, please give me good response

I recently received a cell phone bill for over $600. Our monthly bill is usually $145. The extra charges are all on our 13 yr old sons phone. I have seen the comments from a previous posting about this company and others targeting minors and I totally agree. I googled this company and all they require is a cell# and they will bill what ever is purchased, to your cell phone provider. It appears most of theses charges have come through Facebook apps. They are a legitimate company; however they are targeting young people who don't have a credit card. Or the responsibility to have one. It also sounds (from other postings) as if most cell phone providers will not assist you in this problem. Luckily ours did (Sprint by the way). You can have this and the other companies out there who perform this service blocked from your phone, by calling your provider. I would strongly advise this if you have children using cell phones and Facebook.
