Seemingly deliberate undervaluing for what purpose?
They have a property of mine showing an EPC rating of E, when it is in fact D. It has been D for well over a year. This was pointed out to them numerous times and they refuse to correct their mistake, and in the process they appear to be attempting to undervalue my (and presumably many other people's) property. As a lot of people use their website and try to get an idea of property value from doing so, and as they appear to deliberately do nothing about their inaccuracies, I am happy to arrange group legal action for other people also affected. Just go on twitter with hashtag #ZooplaLegalAction and I will keep an eye out for you.
Recommendation: Avoid them and take legal action against them where necessary.
Zoopla Review: Pros and Cons of Using the Website to Determine Your Property's Value
Zoopla is a website that helps you find out how much your property is worth. They don't actually come to your house to check it out, they just use information from other houses that have sold in your area. This means that the value they give you might not be very accurate, especially if you've made changes to your house like adding an extension or a new kitchen.
If you want Zoopla to give you a more accurate value, you need to tell them about any changes you've made to your house. This can be a bit of a hassle, but it's worth it if you want to get a better idea of how much your house is worth.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Zoopla doesn't take into account any deals you might have gotten when you bought your house. So if you got a really good deal and paid less than the market value, Zoopla might not give you a very accurate value.
Overall, Zoopla can be a useful tool if you're just looking for a rough idea of how much your house is worth. But if you want a more accurate value, you'll need to do some extra work and make sure you tell them about any changes you've made to your house.
Zoopla Review: Good Valuation and Property Search, but Agents May Not Use It Anymore
Zoopla is a website that helps people find properties to buy or rent. I used it to get a valuation for my ex council 3 bed semi and they valued it 3% more than what I paid for it from the council. I asked them to find me 2 similar properties so I can sell mine, buy theirs, and still have money left over for a nice cruise. I'm really excited about this and can't wait for Zoopla to hurry up and find me those properties.
However, my friend who is a real estate agent in Bournemouth told me that a lot of agents have stopped using Zoopla because it has caused more harm than good. I don't know if this is true or not, but it's something to keep in mind if you're thinking about using Zoopla to find a property.
Overall, I think Zoopla is a good website to use if you're looking for a property. They gave me a good valuation for my house and I'm hopeful that they'll find me the properties I need to make my dream of going on a cruise come true.
Zoopla's Valuation: A Joke! Don't Waste Your Time with Them
Zoopla, they ain't worth a dime! They valued our house in Bexley, a five bedroom detached house with three receptions and three bathrooms, for a measly ?424,000. Can you believe it? The houses on our road are all detached and range from ?675,000 to ?1,000,000. And get this, there are two ex-police house semi's at the end of the road that are rented out and in really bad shape, but they are valued at ?523,000. How does that make any sense?
Because of Zoopla's ridiculous valuation, we have been getting offers that are ?200,000 less than our asking price. It's a joke! Thanks a lot, Zoopla. You really messed things up for us. It's a good thing that the valuations for every other house on our road are accurate, but what good does that do us?
Overall, Zoopla is useless. Don't waste your time with them. They clearly don't know what they're doing and their valuations are way off. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company.
The Inaccuracy of Zoopla's House Valuation: A Cautionary Tale
So, I was just curious and decided to check out Zoopla to see what they had our house valued at. We bought the place back in 2008 for ?249,500 and have been living there ever since. But, according to Zoopla, we sold it for a measly ?87,000 back in March of 2010. Now, I'm not sure what kind of math they're using over there, but that just doesn't add up.
I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled that the new owner is letting us live there rent-free, but I'm starting to wonder if my mortgage provider is trying to pull a fast one on me. I mean, if the house is only worth ?87,000, why haven't my repayments gone down? Something just doesn't seem right here.
And, to make matters worse, Zoopla claims that their data on sold house prices is provided by Land Registry/Registers of Scotland and is ? Crown copyright 2013. But, if they're getting their information from such a reputable source, why is it so inaccurate and misleading?
So, let this be a lesson to all of you out there. Don't trust everything you read on the internet, especially when it comes to something as important as the value of your home. Do your research, talk to professionals, and don't be afraid to ask questions. Because, at the end of the day, it's your money and your future on the line.
Zoopla's Valuation Undervalued My House - Don't Trust Them!
I gotta say, Zoopla ain't all it's cracked up to be. I thought I'd give it a go and fill in their online form to get a valuation on my house. I mean, I've got a brand new kitchen and all that, so I figured it'd be worth a bit more than what I paid for it. But nope, these guys decided to undervalue my house even further. Can you believe it?
And get this, all the other houses on my street have gone up in value by at least 3% over the past year. But mine? Oh no, it's mysteriously gone down by 3%. What a load of rubbish. These guys clearly don't know what they're doing and can't be trusted to give a fair valuation.
Honestly, I wouldn't even bother with Zoopla's valuations. They're just playing games and trying to mess with people. If you want a proper valuation, go somewhere else. Don't waste your time with these jokers.
Zoopla's Useless Service and Horrible Customer Service - A Rip-Off!
So, we thought we'd give Zoopla a go, they said we could try their services for 6months at a reduced rate. We were pretty excited to see what they had to offer, but it turned out to be pretty useless. We ended up not using them and told them so. We had only agreed to try them for 6months, but instead of refunding us, they charged us for a further 6months. Can you believe it? This is 12 months for a service we didn't use. We did not list a single property with them and barely logged into the account.
When we contacted them about this, they said the account had automatically renewed for a further 6months even though we had told them at the start we did not want to continue with them. We feel like we have been ripped off big time. It's not fair that they can just take our money like that.
To make matters worse, their customer service was absolutely horrible. They didn't seem to care about our concerns and just brushed us off. It's like they don't value their customers at all. We were really disappointed with their ethics and the way they treated us.
If you're an agent, I would definitely avoid Zoopla. There are plenty of other listing sites out there that are much better. Don't waste your time or money on Zoopla.
Zoopla Review: Finding Your Dream Property Without Shady Real Estate Agents
Yo, I gotta tell ya about Zoopla. It's a website where you can find all kinds of properties to buy or rent. It's pretty dope, I gotta say. I mean, you can search for houses, flats, bungalows, whatever you want. And the best part is, you don't gotta deal with no shady real estate agents. You can just browse and find what you want.
Now, I gotta warn ya, though. Not all real estate agents are created equal. I had a bad experience with William H Brown in Dewsbury and Wakefield, and also with Sequences in Liverpool. They were all about the landlords, not the tenants. I had to live in a damp bungalow for three years, and they did everything on the cheap. The repairs were shoddy, and it caused me and my partner to have bad asthma and lung problems. They blamed us for the damp, even though the bungalow was built on a mill plan. We had to sleep with the windows open in freezing temperatures every night. It took them two years to put a new window in the lounge, and Rowan Moore in Liverpool had a stinking attitude when we needed repairs done. He was all like, "I'll get back to you," but he never did. We had to do all the ringing around ourselves. Useless, I tell ya.
So, yeah, I wouldn't recommend going with them. They're all about the money, not supporting the customer and their needs. And they even charge tenants a renewal price of ?120. That's just ridiculous. If you want a better experience, go with Robert Watts. They're much better than William H Brown. Trust me on this one.
Zoopla's House Value Estimates: Inaccurate and Frustrating
This website, Zoopla, is supposed to show you the value of your house. They use some kind of fancy math to figure it out, but it's not always accurate. They don't even come inside your house to see what it looks like, so how can they really know how much it's worth?
For example, they said my house was worth ?153,000, but my neighbor's house (which is smaller than mine) was apparently worth ?167,000. That doesn't make any sense! My estate agent told me my house was worth ?175,000, and I even lowered the price by ?10,000 to try to sell it quickly. But Zoopla's estimate was still way off.
Sometimes they don't even have estimates for certain houses, which is weird. I asked them to take my house off the site, but they said no. They told me I could submit my own estimate, so I said it was worth ?999,999. They put it on the site, but it's in a tiny font at the bottom of the page. Their estimate is still at the top in big letters.
I think I should be able to take my house off the site if I want to. It's my house, after all! But they won't let me. It's frustrating.
Zoopla: A Useful Platform with Limitations and Poor Customer Service
A few months back, we had a Zoopla estimate that matched our own evaluation of our house. However, just a month before we were about to put our house on the market, we noticed that another house in our road was sold and the details somehow got "muddled" with ours. This resulted in a photo of the other house appearing on our listing. We immediately wrote to Zoopla explaining the problem, and to their credit, they quickly "disentangled" the two properties. However, during the process, our Zoopla estimate fell by ?6K.
We have since repeatedly tried to get the original estimate restored, but all in vain. Zoopla stubbornly refuses to look into the matter, and all they do is send us a standardised response pointing us to their "refine estimate" facility, which we have repeatedly tried. However, the lower Zoopla estimate has not budged an iota. It's frustrating to see that our efforts have gone in vain, and we are left with a lower estimate that doesn't match our evaluation.
In the course of this, we discovered that Joe public cannot phone Zoopla. Estate agents have a telephone line they can use, but not us, the general public. We think it's extremely arrogant of Zoopla (and other companies like them) who earn a living out of our property details not to deign to talk to us. Who do these people think they are? We believe that it's important for companies to have a direct line of communication with their customers, especially when it concerns something as important as property details.
Despite this setback, we still believe that Zoopla is a useful platform for property listings. It's easy to use, and we appreciate the various features that it offers. However, we hope that Zoopla will take our feedback into consideration and improve their customer service. We believe that it's important for companies to listen to their customers and address their concerns. Overall, we would recommend Zoopla to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, but we would also caution them to be aware of the limitations of the platform.
Zoopla Review: Beware of Automatic Renewals and Poor Customer Service for Small Businesses
I started using Zoopla in February and had a great experience with a guy named T. He told me that my subscription would renew automatically every 30 days, but if I wanted to cancel, all I had to do was let him know. I signed up for Zoopla commercial, but I didn't need it anymore, so I called T. to cancel my subscription. Unfortunately, he didn't answer my calls, so I sent an email to Zoopla to cancel. That's when I found out that my contract had been automatically extended for another 6 months.
I tried to contact Zoopla many times from abroad to explain the misunderstanding, but I didn't get a response. I only had three houses to sell, which I had explained to T. in February, so I didn't need the service anymore. I'm no longer a certified member of The Property Ombudsman, and I've moved back to Poland, but Zoopla still wants to bill me until the end of my contract. It seems like the person who sold me the contract doesn't work for Zoopla anymore.
My advice is to avoid Zoopla if you run a small business because they might not understand that you could change professions. You could end up paying for services you don't need.

Zoopla's Valuations: Are They Reliable?
!
Zoopla is a website that helps people buy, sell, and rent properties. It's a popular site in the UK, but lately, people have been complaining about the accuracy of the valuations it provides. Some homeowners have been shocked to see how low Zoopla has valued their homes, and they're not happy about it.
If you go to the Trustpilot site, you'll see lots of negative reviews from people who feel that Zoopla's valuations are way off. Some people have even said that the valuations are so low that they're causing them financial hardship. It's not just homeowners who are upset, either. Some estate agents have also complained about the accuracy of Zoopla's valuations.
It's not clear why Zoopla's valuations are causing so much controversy. Some people think that the company is using outdated data or algorithms that don't take into account local market conditions. Others think that Zoopla is deliberately undervaluing properties to make them more attractive to buyers.
Whatever the reason, it's clear that Zoopla's credibility has taken a hit. If you're thinking of using the site to buy, sell, or rent a property, you might want to think twice. It's always a good idea to get a second opinion when it comes to property valuations, and Zoopla's valuations might not be as accurate as you think.
Overall, Zoopla is a useful site for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a property. But if you're relying on its valuations to make important financial decisions, you might want to be cautious. The site has a lot of negative reviews, and it's not clear whether its valuations are reliable.
Zoopla's Inconsistent Estimates: A Frustrating Experience
Zoopla, what's up with you guys? Why do you seem so clueless? The changes you've made aren't just a simple market correction. I've been keeping track of your estimates for the past three years and they keep changing. It's frustrating and I don't know why I bother with it.
But after some serious nagging, I finally managed to get the estimate closer to what I think it should be. So maybe I'll give you two stars now. But seriously, get your act together Zoopla.
Zoopla.co.uk Listing Leads to Letdown: Flatland-London.com Review
Yo, so I was checking out Zoopla.co.uk and came across this listing for a place in London on flatland-london.com. Let me tell you, it was a total letdown. I saw some nice flats on the website and decided to check them out in person. But when I got to their office on Gouchester Road, they tried to charge me 80 quid just for a list of flats. Like, seriously? I ain't paying that kind of money for something that might not even be legit. I ended up wasting a fiver and my precious time going there for nothing.
Honestly, Zoopla.co.uk needs to do a better job of vetting these listings. It's not fair to people like me who are just trying to find a decent place to live. I mean, I get that there are scammers out there, but come on. This is just ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend using Zoopla.co.uk if you're looking for a place to rent. Stick to other sites that have better quality listings and don't try to rip you off.

Zoopla's Misleading House Valuation: A Frustrating Experience
So, I went on Zoopla to check out the value of my house. I filled in their form and now they're saying my house is worth ?80,000 less than what I thought it was worth. I asked them to take the information off completely because it's misleading people who want to buy in my area. But they won't do it! It's so frustrating. I don't understand why they can't just update the value or take it down altogether. It's probably against the law to give out false information like that. I wouldn't trust these people if I were you. You'll be in for a shock if you do.
Zoopla's Valuation System Needs a Serious Overhaul
Yo Zoopla, gotta say your valuations are way off. My crib is valued at almost half the price of my neighbor's, even though we got the same digs. And I peeped that other pads in my block are also getting jacked up valuations. What's the deal, Zoopla? Your valuation system is whack. If I was trying to sell my place right now, I wouldn't even mess with any agent who's advertising on Zoopla because of these bogus valuations. Get it together, Zoopla.
Zoopla's House Valuation: Inaccurate and Unreliable Algorithm?
I gotta say, Zoopla ain't all that great. I mean, I don't even remember giving them permission to estimate my house's value. And when they did, they got it all wrong. Like, seriously wrong. My neighbor's house became uninhabitable and their price stayed the same, but mine went down by a whopping 60%. And when I asked them to fix it, they just blamed it on some algorithm. Like, come on, can't they see that their data input is all messed up? It's like they don't even care about regular folks like me who work hard for their homes.
Misleading and Unhelpful: My Experience with Zoopla's Property Valuation System
Zoopla is a site that I find to be very misleading and unhelpful. I think it should be removed because it doesn't offer a realistic guide to evaluation. I've had to go back and forth with them by email to inform them of this, and despite their assertions that you can 'revise' their estimations, the system cannot offer a realistic estimation regarding individual properties in the same road, sold in different years. It's really frustrating because I feel like I can't trust the information that I'm getting from this site.
I think that the website should be blown open for its startling inaccuracies. It's really disappointing that a site that is supposed to be helpful and informative can be so misleading. I think that people should be aware of the problems with Zoopla so that they can make informed decisions about whether or not to use it.
Overall, I would not recommend Zoopla to anyone looking for accurate information about property values. It's just not a reliable source of information, and I think that people should look elsewhere for the information that they need.
Zoopla's Algorithm is Unreliable: A Review of Property Valuation Accuracy
I gotta say, Zoopla ain't all that great. I mean, I bought my property for a steal of a price, but Zoopla's algorithm doesn't seem to take into account the fact that I put a lot of money into bringing it up to par with the rest of the area. So now, Zoopla's saying my place is only worth ?277K, when independent agents are valuing it at ?330-?340K. That's a pretty big difference, and it's not fair to buyers who rely too much on Zoopla's shaky calculations. I wouldn't trust Zoopla to give me an accurate picture of the property market.
Zoopla's Incompetence and Unreliability: My Experience and Frustrations
So, I gotta tell ya, Zoopla ain't all that. I had a problem with them and they were totally useless. But then, when I complained about it on their site, they actually responded! Can you believe it? They said they would check it out and try to fix it. I had to give them my info again, but at least they upped the price by ?4000. That's still ?4000 less than what they originally said, though. And then, get this, when they "looked into it," they actually lowered the price back down to what I complained about in the first place! Can you believe the nerve of these guys? Is there anyone out there who can help me with this mess?
Zoopla's Property Valuations: Inaccurate and Unreliable
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Zoopla's property valuations. I mean, I had my property valued by three different estate agents and they all said it was worth ?330,000 for probate reasons. But when I checked Zoopla's website, they had the nerve to say it was only worth around 315 grand. What gives, Zoopla?
Honestly, I don't think I can trust their website. I mean, if they can't even get the value of my property right, how can I rely on them to give me accurate valuations for other properties? It's like they're using some kind of wonky method to determine property value that's just way off the mark.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend using Zoopla's valuations to find out the true value of a property. Stick with the professionals, folks.
