So i know my friends annoyed the server and all that but that doesnt mean they can not just not give refills when i didnt do anything. I even tipped $2 and now not give me anything. I recieved an email a few days ago from Red Robin, stating that on 10/01/19 they had
abuy one burger and get another burger for free, and so my daughter and myself went
there that day for dinner, and was very disappointed, they were closed for construction
why would they send out a offer like this, and be closed and can't honor the offer.

On Monday I went to eat at Red Robin in May's Landing NJ with my family. I went in with a group of 4 employees to enjoy lunch had a 75$ tab and had the worst customer service other. The server Cris was rude and never came our table unless we flagged her down. She assisted everyone around us where custoemrs who entered after us receieved service and food before we did. I do not go reb robin multiple times in a month and receieve this [censored] that the CLS Cris provided. i want a refund or justice done for her rude behavior and ethics as a server. 8/4/19 I woke up craving a good burger. I drove 35 minutes to the Red Robin in Hilliard because I live out in the country. I was seated by the hostess in the bar area. I waited a few minutes and no one came to acknowledge me, serve me or even say I'l be right with you. I was the only perosn in the bar area. I made eye contact with the bar server many times. She was very occupied with ehr phone, texting someone. I saw her get a glass of water and I assumed she was bringing it to me to take my order. She took the water and her phone and went somewhere else! I sat there for another 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. I got up and walked out! It was about 11:15am on Sunday August 4th. That server knew I was there and didn't even acknowledge me or get someone else to help me. I drove a far distance to enjoy a burger form Red Robin only to have to settle for another establishment because of lack of service! I even called the store upon leaving to speak to a manager but Shae (the girl who answered) said she was too busy to speak to me! I would think a gift card or free meal would resolve this issue! Gourmet burger at henderson red robin
The date of this incident was in September 2017. Yes, it was a while ago ... and yes I reached out to your customer service ... but they seemed stymied as to what to do. My complain then was the poor service and the small serving of French fries (there were 7) I received when I order one of the gourmet hamburgers. Add to that, I was charged for each ingredient put on the burger and the price was over twenty five dollars. The restaurant was absolutely devoid of customers (it was in late morning) and there was obviously a lack of staff to take our order, After considerable argument amongst the kitchen staff - the reception lady eventually took our order, but reluctantly so. Apparently, someone did not show up for work. Upon service of our meal, I could not stop myself ... I asked for the manager and took them aside (her) so as not to embarrass the server. The manager was unmoved ... totally flummoxed as to what to do. She only nodded her head in agreement (as if on camera) and suggested I make a complaint to head office. I did so in October, 2017. I received a reply sever weeks later asking for the names of the server and manager. I had neither.
Now my complaint is about customer service and accountability of the complaint department. Why does it require the customer to take names and witness testimony? this is good information for quality control and product branding.
