Got dead flowers for Mothers day as there was no water in the box.
I received my flowers on May 5th for Mothers Day. They were dead as there was no water in the box. I called to complain on Thursday the 6th of May and was promised flowers on Monday the 10th. The flowers never arrived. I called to complain on Tuesday the 11th and was promised flowers on Thursday the 13th. I never got flowers. I called again on the 19th and was promised flowers on the 22nd. I called on the 22nd and was promised flowers on the 24th and never got them. I called on the 25th and asked for a supervisor and I was told one would call me back and they have never called.
Desired outcome: I want flowers. I want someone to call me back
My Mom's Flowers NOT arriving in time
So my Mother ordered flowers from 1 800 Flowers on Sunday, May 15, 2021 for my uncle's funeral and they were suppose to arrive on Friday, May 21, 2021 but they never came. She called the funeral home and they said that they never showed up. My mother has been grieving but this happening has made her more upset. She is very disappointed and I am too because I do NOT like to see my mother upset.

Delivered sub standard flowers later than requested
My family ordered Mother's Day flowers that were not delivered until the Thursday after Mother's Day. Delivery was a disaster and flowers were dropped at the wrong address without any kind of moisture. This is Las Vegas with 90 degree weather. Some white roses opened up but none of the pink ones. Substandard products that I will never recommend to family and friends and my family was very disappointed in the ordering process and lack of concern over late delivery.

Failure to deliver flowers, or let buyer know about that failure
Can I give negative stars? I ordered a bouquet for my mother, to be delivered the thursday before mother's day, to avoid the busy delivery times. I called her on mother's day and learned the delivery was not made. 1 800 flowers did not tell me! I called them, spent 45 minutes on the phone to ask for a solution. They promised a delivery on the tuesday after mother's day. They did not deliver! They did not tell me about their failure to deliver a second time. I called today (the friday after mother's day) and they still had not delivered, and could not offer me a delivery either today or tomorrow. I finally cancelled the order, and asked for a refund. When I asked the amount of the refund, the figure named by the operator was not the same as the amount charged to my credit card. So now I wonder if I will get my full refund. The operator said it could take 5-7 days for the refund to appear. Because of their history of promising delivery, and doing nothing, I will have to wait and see. The operator told me I would receive a $20 coupon for my next order, for my inconvenience. What can you get for $20? I am unlikely to give them any more of my money. I do not reccomend this company. Stay away. The operators I spoke with were kind, and friendly, but were unable to actually do anything helpful - not even get the refund amount right.

I have been a florist for over 49 years! We were once involved with processing orders for 800 Flowers but had to stop working with them due to non payment! For example, on a $50 order the fulfilling florist will only receive about $29.84! They keep the difference for getting your order.. Call a Florist directly and you will receive, from a reputable florist full value with no hidden costs or fees and you will be able to personally talk to the florist fulfilling the order this way... CALL A FLORIST - AVOID what we call in the industry as an order gatherer!

Mothers Day Flower Delivery
I am writing about a very disappointing and horrible experience I had this year with your company. I ordered Mothers Day Flowers for both my mother and my Mother in law. I decided to order early so I ordered 3 weeks before Mothers Day, to be delivered on May 8th, a day before. Well My mothers flowers came on time, but looked nothing like the picture I had seen of them (Kaliedescope roses..2 dozen)Not only that, they never opened and dried up and died a couple of days later!My mother took pictures just in case I needed them. Also my mother in law received her flowers a day late and the delivery people left them on the doorstep when they weren't home, when they arrived home they found the flowers fallen over and most of them were destroyed, they also took pictures, they were Tulips also 2 dozen.so needless to say I am reeling over this having spent a lot of money, and also the embarrassment of my loved ones receiving inferior flowers! Amazing Mom Bouquet delivery for Mother's Day
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day on 5/7/2021 for a delivery date of 5/8/21 but was flexible for 5/7, 5/8, or 5/9. I received a confirmation email on 5/8 at 6:08pm that the flowers had been delivered. I didn't call my Mom to see if she received them, I figured she would let me know. She sent me a message the following day that they were delivered as she was getting into bed at 9:30pm! The delivery hours on the website state 9am-8pm. She sent me a picture of what she received. They looked nothing like the bouquet I paid $150 for. I left a review on their website. They email me back and said they were sorry about the circumstances and I could call them if I wanted to. I wanted my review to be posted for one thing, and I wanted a refund since they didn't send the flowers I ordered, not even close. Neither of these things were done and they never replied to anymore of my emails to customer service. They should not be allowed to keep getting away with this rip off and false advertising. The reviews on their page are all shining 5 star reviews, but the reviews at BBB are the truthful ones and they won't allow them on their website.
I requested them not to go to my Mom's house and pick up the ones she received as that would be disrespectful and inconvenient for her. They can at least refund my money so I can go out and get my own flowers for her.

Mothers Day flowers didn't received on date
I ordered flowers for my Wife on May 4, 2021 hoping that they will arrive on May 8, 2021. But on May 8, 2021, my Wife did not receive any flowers. I called them and they said the delivery company could not deliver the flowers to my Wife on the date I requested. I asked them why they couldn't deliver it, why don't call me or email me. After that, they promised to hand it over to my Wife on the next day on May 9, 2021 (Mothers Day). The next day, my Wife didn't receive any flowers either. I went online to find out that they had moved the delivery date to May 10, 2021 without calling or emailing me. I called them back and they apologized and I asked to speak to their manager. I waited 30 minutes and couldn't meet their manager. After that, I checked my order, they said that my order will be delivered on 11/5/2021 which means 4 days later. In the end I have to tell them that I want to send flowers to my wife on Mothers Day, not 4 days after Mothers Day. In the end I gave up and had to cancel the order.
Above is my Wife's story of an incomplete Mothers Day and I hope that no Mother or Wife will have to go through a bad day like my Wife.

Two weeks ago, I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day (April 29, 2021) my bank account was charged $157.64 from 1-800-Flowers. I specified that I wanted the flowers delivered to her home in Yakima WA. on May 7, 2021.
On May 5, 2021, a floral delivery from 1 800 flower delivered to me here at my work (and is also where I live) the arrangement that was meant for my mom In Yakima. I told the delivery man the orders, delivery place and date were both wrong. He told me to call 1-800flowers and let them know. I then asked him if he needed to take the flower arrangement back with him, and he said no.
I called 1800flowers and told the lady about the mistake and she then took all my information for the delivery, place, and time etc. My moms phone number and mine. So, then I think to myself, she will get her Mother's Day flowers by Sunday on Mother's Day, Great!
Friday came along, (my day off) I get a knock on my door. "the flower delivery guy wants the flowers back" Ok, that is okey with me. As I grabbed the flower arrangement that they left with me just a day and a half ago, the roses in it were already browning and shriveling up! I gladly gave them back.
I called my mom the same day (Friday) No flowers. I called her on Saturday, No flowers. I called her on Mother's Day to wish her a happy Mother's Day and NO FLOWERES!
I checked my bank account this morning and there had been no credits to my account. So be aware of 1800-flowers They will never get my business again.

Flowers on Mothers Day never delivered
I placed an order with 1800 flowers five days before Mothers Day. I received an email from them on the day before Mothers Day stating that my order was delivered. It was never delivered. At 10pm on Mothers Day I received an email stating that they never found a local florist to fill the order. So, my 88 year old mother in assisted living received no flowers on Mothers Day. 1 800 flowers is an evil and dishonest company

I had flowers delivered on 5/7 for Mothers Day. FedEx simply dropped the box on the doorstep and didn't ring the bell. Later that day my Mother and Sister had a friend come to visit. When they greeted her at the door they saw the box. When they opened it they found the flowers were completely wilted. What should have been a surprise for my Mother turned out to be a bad experience and now a bad memory. I had paid extra money to have the flowers delivered on 5/7. It is my hope that your company will do the honorable thing by re-sending flowers to my Mother.

I ordered Flowers And some cookies on 5/4/21 for mothers in the mothers day section on line.
The day before mothers day I thought to look up the time of delivery of the flowers. It told me 5/15/21. Thats a week after mothers day.
I made a mistake and tried to contact 1800 flowers chat room . After about an hour of explaining to several different employees I got now where, One even told me to give them to a relitive.
I asked for a refund Seeing it was a week away AND THERE ALWAYS FRESH FLOWERS. and was refused outright.

Just received a flower delivery from my sisters today for Mother's Day and upon arrival, there was NO water in the vase and a lot of greenery vines instead of flowers. In addition, the few vines and flowers in the vase, were already dead. UNBELIEVABLE! Terrible flower arrangement from the staff. I can only imagine the pice my sisters paid for the flowers. Flower's sent to me yesterday
I had a customer mind send me roses as a wonderful gesture, when they came late afternoon via FedEx they were very hot The stems were hot the flowers were hot they were wilted they looked burnt. I know this buyer will be very upset if she found out that burnt falling apart dead flowers were sent to me. Very disappointing to get flowers that were in this condition. Also I have been contemplating whether to tell her or not she needs to know but then again I don't want her to feel bad that dead hot roses were sent to me. I placed an order on 5/3/2021 for my mother as a mother's day gift and immediately noticed after submission that I entered the wrong address which was one number off (next door neighbor). I called back to 1-800flowers about 5-10 minutes later and asked to have the recipient address changed to 1820 linden ave...Instead of 1824 linden ave. The representative took the updated information and assured me that it would get delivered to the correct address. I was a little concerned due to the language barrier as she appeared at times not to understand me. Today (5/5/21) I decided to go on the website and check the status and noticed that the address had not been updated and my mother's flowers would be delivered to the wrong address. I tried calling the customer service line but the call volume was very high so I opted for an automatic call back. During the same time I used the chatline to see if I could get this resolved faster... They were unable to help me at all and could not get me to a supervisor. The rep gave me another number to call and this number also had a very high call volume. I opted for callback on this line as well. It's been over and hour and still no call back. I am very upset and frustrated - the original representative dropped the ball and as a result, my mother will not get her flowers for mothers day. This is very disappointing as i've used this company in the past with no issues. I just wanted them to contact the delivery company and update the address.

May 5 2021 - This was a gift Mother's Day plant from my daughter arrived by Fed-Ex not sure when, I found it be accident at noon. Fed-ex threw the package on the porch. No knock on door to let me know there was a package. Even though the package said this end up it was on its side. Lavender plant inside was dislodged from pot and smashed against the top of the box. The dirt from around the plant was allover the plant and the box. I managed to get it put back together but feel Fed-ex should not be your means of shipping. This is not the first package from 1800 flowers that Fed-ex has tossed around. It is hard to send a picture to my daughter of what arrived when it is such a mess and looks like yuck. Also there were no care instructions for the plant included. I realize Covid has caused problems (not sure why) but it is no excuse for sloppy service and product.
