Disappointing Ink Cartridges from 123Ink.ca for Canon MG 7720 Printer: A Review
I recently purchased ink cartridges for my Canon MG 7720 printer from 123Ink.ca. The delivery was not too bad, and I received my order in a decent amount of time. I was excited to install the cartridges and start printing, but unfortunately, I ran into some issues.
After installing the cartridges, I printed a test page and noticed that there were white lines horizontally through the printed page. To be exact, there were five lines that appeared on the page. I tried running the printer through a light cleaning process and tried again, but the same lines appeared. I was quite frustrated and decided to do some more cleaning as recommended by Canon, but still could not get rid of the lines.
I was disappointed with the cartridges from 123Ink.ca. I thought I could save some money by purchasing them, but it turned out to be a bad decision. I had to remove all the cartridges from the printer and install Canon cartridges instead. When I printed a test page with the Canon cartridges, I had excellent results.
Now, I have five nearly full cartridges from 123Ink.ca that I cannot use. I had to spend more money to replace the inferior ones with Canon cartridges. It was a waste of money and time.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing ink cartridges from 123Ink.ca. The quality is not up to par, and it ended up costing me more money in the long run.
Beware of 123Ink.ca: Confusing Warranty Policy and Substandard Products
I bought a Moustache toner cartridge for my HP laser printer from 123Ink.ca in November 2018. I didn't need to use it until now, at the end of May 2019. Unfortunately, I discovered that the toner I purchased was the wrong one. I tried to return it unused, but 123Ink.ca refused to accept it back because it had been more than 3 months since the purchase date.
To make matters worse, their warranty policy is confusing. The invoice states that inks, toners, and drums have a 1-year warranty, and can be returned unopened within 90 days. However, there was no mention of a 15% stocking charge. On the product box for Moustache, it states a 2-year guarantee. I'm left wondering which one is the correct policy.
To add insult to injury, the Moustache color cartridge started to leak powder and stain my documents. I contacted 123Ink.ca to correct the problem, but they refused to help. I can only describe the product as crappy and substandard. It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for." I would advise buyers to beware of this company and their products.
123Ink.ca Ink Cartridge Refill Kit Review: Great Product, Disappointing Delivery Experience
I recently bought an ink cartridge refill kit from 123Ink.ca and I must say, it looks pretty good. However, I was a bit disappointed when I found out that they had sent it through UPS instead of Canada Post. I mean, Canada Post can deliver anywhere, right? But UPS, well, let's just say their driver had a bit of trouble finding my place. It's not entirely their fault, though. My house number is a bit hard to see from the street because of a tree, but my neighbors' numbers are clearly visible. I thought the driver would be able to figure out that I was between the two, but I guess not. As a result, the package was sent back to the distribution center. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get it back, but thankfully, it was found the next day and delivered to the UPS store. I should have had it sent there in the first place, but you live and you learn, right?
Anyway, the package was in good condition when I finally got it. I just wish that the website had given me the option to choose Canada Post as the delivery agent. It would have saved me a lot of trouble. But all in all, I'm happy with my purchase from 123Ink.ca. The ink cartridge refill kit looks like it's going to work just fine. I just hope that next time, they'll give me the option to choose my preferred delivery agent.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with 123Ink.ca
I recently had an experience with 123Ink.ca and I must say, their customer service has taken a turn for the worse. I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from a woman on the phone who seemed to be in a bad mood. She started arguing with me and even hung up on me at one point. I was simply trying to get some information about which cartridges I would need for my new printer, but she insisted that I was being rude. It was a frustrating experience and I hope they keep records of their calls because this behavior is unacceptable.
If you do need to call 123Ink.ca, I suggest avoiding speaking with Miranda or Melissa (or anyone with a similar name). Their emails also take weeks to be answered and their chat system is full of glitches. It seems like they don't care about fixing these issues or providing good customer service. Once they have your money, you're on your own.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with 123Ink.ca. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with them in the past. I hope they can improve their customer service and treat their customers with more respect.
Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Delayed Shipping and Out of Stock Items
I gotta say, my experience with 123Ink.ca was not great. I was really excited to order three Measy RC11 android air remotes from them, especially since they were listed as IN STOCK. But boy, was I in for a surprise. It took them over a week to even ship my order, and when I reached out to their customer support, they told me that they were OUT OF STOCK and were waiting for more to reach their China warehouse. What the heck, man?
To make matters worse, I ordered from a Canadian site because I was hoping to get my order before Christmas. But nope, turns out my order is coming all the way from China, and the ETA is January 3rd. I mean, come on. I've had faster turnarounds from Chinese retailers. It's pretty disappointing that a Canadian retailer is worse than a Chinese one. And to top it all off, they didn't even offer me anything to make up for the inconvenience. No reimbursement, no escalation, nothing. Just a big fat F U and a thanks for my money.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend 123Ink.ca to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else.
Disappointing Experience with 123ink.ca's UPS Delivery - 2 Stars
Unfortunately, when I tried to order from 123ink.ca, I found out that they only offer delivery through UPS. Now, I don't know about you, but I've had some pretty bad experiences with UPS in the past. And let me tell you, this time was no different. According to their website, it should only take 3 working days for a package to be delivered from Montreal to Ottawa. But let me tell you, that's a load of baloney. It took a whole week for my package to arrive, and that's if you're lucky. Sometimes it takes even longer!
To make matters worse, UPS sent me an email saying that my package would arrive a day earlier than expected. But did it? Of course not! And they didn't even bother to send me another email letting me know that it was delayed. I had to keep checking the package tracking to see what was going on. And even then, it didn't make any sense. The package had supposedly arrived in Ottawa, but it still wasn't being delivered. What gives?
When I called 123ink.ca to complain, they told me that I could choose Canada Post as a carrier instead. Apparently, XpressPost would only take 2 working days for a short distance like this. But here's the thing: their website doesn't mention anything about Canada Post being an option. So, I'm not sure if they're just making excuses or what.
It's a shame, really. If they had offered a different carrier besides UPS, I would have given them 4 stars. But as it stands, I can only give them 2 stars. And that's being generous.
Worst Online Experience: Poor Quality, Lack of Communication, and Unprofessional Customer Service from 123Ink.ca
I ordered a product from 123Ink.ca on May 26th, 2015. The picture description on the website was completely different from what I received. The quality of the product was not worth the price I paid. The product was lying at Blue Dart Courier Services in Una, just behind my house, and I never received any call from them in 7 days until I called 123Ink.ca to ask about my order. Today, when I called them and told them about it, instead of taking a complaint, the customer care executive said to send a query to an email address, and then they will see if my product needs to be replaced or refunded. This was the worst online experience I have ever had in my life. I will make sure to block this site and report it as spam on my server. I will make sure nobody in my circle makes a fool out of themselves with 123Ink.ca. There is zero class in their service and quality! Even the order number that they updated in my account is wrong! On top of that, when I spoke to the executive and told him that I am going to leave a genuine feedback about my experience, the guy named Kunal said, "go ahead"!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience with 123Ink.ca. The product I received was not what I expected and the quality was poor. I was also frustrated with the lack of communication from Blue Dart Courier Services regarding my order. When I contacted 123Ink.ca, the customer care executive was not helpful and did not take my complaint seriously. Instead, they asked me to send a query to an email address. This was unacceptable and showed a lack of professionalism on their part.
I will not be using 123Ink.ca again and will be warning others in my circle about their poor service and quality. It is important for companies to take their customers seriously and provide quality products and service. 123Ink.ca failed to do so and I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements to their business.
123Ink.ca Review: Excellent Customer Service Despite Back Order Issues
I've shopped at 123Ink.ca a few times now, and while I can't say that every experience has been perfect, I still give them a full mark for their customer service. The main issue I've had is with back orders - sometimes I have to wait longer than I'd like for an item to come back in stock. But whenever I've had a problem, the staff at 123Ink.ca have been quick to listen and try to make things right.
One time, I complained on Facebook about a back order that was taking too long. A guy named Andrew responded to my message and checked on my order for me. He found out that it had already been sent out and would arrive in just a couple of days. As an apology for the delay, he even offered me a free power bank for my cellphone. Another time, I had another issue with a back order and was getting really frustrated. I called their customer service line and spoke to a guy named James. He followed up on my case and offered me a 15% off coupon as compensation.
I know that every company has its good and bad points, and sometimes things go wrong that are beyond anyone's control. But what's important to me is how a company handles those problems. With 123Ink.ca, I can tell that they really care about their customers and want to do right by them. I appreciate that they're a local Quebec business, and I hope that they continue to improve and grow in the future.
Mixed Experience with 123Ink.ca: Great First Order, Terrible Second Order and Customer Service
My experience with 123Ink.ca was a bit of a mixed bag. My first order with them for Moustache brand toner cartridges was great. I was very satisfied with the product and the service. However, my second order was a different story. They sent me an unbranded product that only lasted a few weeks instead of the several months that I'm used to with my printer. I'm retired and don't do a lot of printing, so I know the problem was with the cartridges.
I emailed 123Ink.ca on March 4, 2016 to let them know about the problem. They replied with a standard response, but when I asked for a specific response to my concern, they ignored me. I sent another email on April 7th after returning from vacation, but it was also ignored. I decided to call them on April 12th to try and resolve the issue, but I was met with resistance. They claimed that they had changed their system and had no record of my emails. I was asked to explain the problem again, but was continually interrupted and challenged. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that nobody was available. I asked them to read my emails and call me back, but I never heard from them again.
I was disappointed with the way they handled the situation. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. While their prices may be cheap, the time and frustration it takes to deal with them isn't worth it. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I agree with the previous reviews that say this company sells junk and has terrible customer service.
Horrible Customer Service Experience with 123Ink.ca - Do Not Buy From Them!
I had a really bad experience with 123Ink.ca. I called their customer help line and the connection was really bad. The person on the other end barely spoke English, but luckily I speak Cantonese so I was able to communicate. I asked about a product that was in stock and located in their Montreal warehouse. The person told me it would take 3 business days to ship to my location. I was happy with that, as I had been searching for the item all over and needed it by Thursday (4 days). I placed the order and waited for it to ship.
Later that day, I checked their website and saw that they advertised the product would arrive in one business day! I was confused, but still happy that I would receive it soon. However, when I received the email notification that it had shipped, the ETA was SEVEN BUSINESS DAYS! I was really upset and called their 24 hour line, but got an answering machine several times. Finally, I spoke to someone who could only apologize and offer no solution. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but none were available until the next morning. The only option was to cancel and ship the product back, but I was already too angry to do that.
To summarize, their customer service verbally told me I would receive my product in 3 days, but that was wrong. Their website advertised that I would receive it in one day, but that was also wrong. They offered no solution to the problem and no supervisor was available to speak with until the next morning. The only option was to cancel and ship the product back, but that was not a good solution for me.
I would not recommend buying anything from this company. Their service is horrible and they show no interest or responsibility to their customers. They have no sense of accountability or respect for their customers. So, be wise and do not buy anything from 123Ink.ca.

Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Low-Quality Products and Inadequate Compensation
I recently had an experience with 123Ink.ca that left me feeling quite disappointed. I own an HP Office Jet Pro 6968 and unfortunately, two out of the three coloured cartridges I purchased from 123Ink.ca were not recognized by my printer. I was quite frustrated as I had also opened the spare packs I had bought with the same result. To make matters worse, the black cartridge I received from 123Ink.ca literally exploded upon opening, leaving my fingers covered in black ink that was not easy to remove. The ink also left stains on my carpet that were difficult to get out.
When I contacted 123Ink.ca about my experience, they offered me a $30 credit towards my next purchase. While I appreciated the gesture, I couldn't help but feel that it was not enough to make up for the inconvenience and frustration I had experienced. I ended up having to go to Staples to purchase original HP cartridges in order to get my printer back to working condition.
Overall, I would not recommend purchasing ink cartridges from 123Ink.ca. In my experience, their products are of low quality and caused more problems than they solved. While their customer service was responsive, the compensation they offered was not enough to make up for the issues I faced. I would suggest looking elsewhere for ink cartridges to avoid similar issues.
Disappointing Experience with 123 Ink: Xerox Cartridges Leaked and Empty, Poor Customer Service
I recently bought two Xerox original Phaser 3635 MFP high-capacity print cartridges from 123Ink.ca. Unfortunately, I had some issues with both of them. The first cartridge leaked, which was a real mess to clean up. The second cartridge was completely empty, which was a huge disappointment. I was really frustrated with the situation, so I contacted 123 Ink to see if they could help me out.
To my surprise, I was told that they do not refund or take returns of opened products. I was really upset about this, as I had spent a lot of money on these cartridges. The customer service representative told me that my complaint was with Xerox, and that I should contact them directly. I did just that, but Xerox said they do not take responsibility for products not sold directly from them. This left me feeling stuck and out of pocket for a total of $542.38!
I decided to reach out to 123 Ink again, this time via email. I submitted a satisfaction survey, hoping to get some kind of response. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them. This was really frustrating, as I felt like I was being ignored and left to deal with the problem on my own.
Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience with 123 Ink. I had high hopes for this company, but the issues I had with their products and customer service left me feeling let down. It's a shame, as I was a loyal customer for a while, but I can't continue to order from them if this is how they treat their customers.
Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Unprofessional Attitude and Return Policy
I recently purchased some HP97 cartridges from 123Ink.ca, but to my surprise, they sent me HP99 cartridges instead. Unfortunately, my printer would not accept them. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to accept returns on the open, but unused cartridges. I was thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and return policy. It's obvious that they are extremely hungry and desperate for any cash they can get their hands on. Since they obviously need the money a lot more than I do, I decided to donate the entire $30 to their bankruptcy. Hopefully, they will choke on it!
I strongly advise against making the same mistake I did and wasting your time and money buying from them. It's better to pay a bit more and deal with a reputable company. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to accept returns is a clear indication of their unprofessionalism. It's disappointing to see a company that claims to be customer-oriented behave in such a manner. I hope they learn from their mistakes and improve their policies in the future.

Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Lack of Transparency in Policies and Procedures
I've been a customer of 123Ink.ca for almost a decade now, and I've always been satisfied with their products and services. However, my recent experience with them was quite disappointing. I ordered a printer cartridge, but when I received it, I realized that it had been opened. I immediately informed the company about it, and they asked me to send pictures of the cartridge. I did as they asked, and then I returned the cartridge to them.
To my surprise, they informed me AFTER I had sent it back that I would not receive a refund. I was shocked and frustrated because I could have easily sold the cartridge online, but now I was out of a printer cartridge and my money. I felt that the company lacked transparency in their policies and procedures, and I was left feeling cheated.
I have spent a lot of money with 123Ink.ca over the years, but after this experience, I will be looking for a new company to do business with. It's frustrating to lose over $60 on an order that was close to $300. I hope that the company will improve their customer service and policies in the future, but for now, I cannot recommend them to anyone.
Buyer Beware: My Frustrating Experience with 123Ink.ca's Ereader
Oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with 123Ink.ca. I was on the hunt for a new ereader and stumbled upon their website. The price was so low, I couldn't resist. I placed my order and waited eagerly for my new gadget to arrive.
Well, let me tell you, the wait was excruciating. It took a whopping 27 days for my ereader to arrive. And get this, it came all the way from China! I was starting to regret my decision to buy from 123Ink.ca.
When the package finally arrived, I eagerly tore it open, only to find that there was no owner's manual included. I was confused, because the website clearly stated that an electronic manual would be included. But alas, there was none to be found.
I decided to charge up the battery and give the ereader a try anyway. And what do you know, the owner's manual was actually on the device itself! But here's the kicker - it was all in Chinese! I couldn't believe it. How was I supposed to figure out how to use this thing?
But wait, there's more. As if the language barrier wasn't enough, I soon discovered that the ereader was based on a very old Android operating system. And to make matters worse, it wasn't compatible with Adobe Digital Reader. That meant I couldn't even download ebooks from my local library!
Overall, I would not recommend buying electronics from 123Ink.ca. The low price may seem tempting, but the hassle and frustration that comes with it is not worth it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your tech needs.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience with 123Ink.ca
I had to replace three ink cartridges on my Epson r1800 printer, so I decided to order an additional 10 cartridges from 123Ink.ca to take advantage of their free shipping offer. However, after using the three new cartridges, my print heads became clogged, rendering my printer useless. I was very disappointed with this outcome, as I had hoped to save money by purchasing from 123Ink.ca.
After purchasing a new printer, I contacted 123Ink.ca to see if they would take the remaining unopened ink cartridges back and apply the refund towards the purchase of OEM ink for my new printer. Unfortunately, I was told that they could not help me because the order was over a year old. I asked to speak to a manager to see if they could make an exception, but I was told that they would not help me either. The representative then abruptly hung up on me.
I was very frustrated with this experience, as I had hoped to receive better customer service from 123Ink.ca. I had been a loyal customer for some time, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I am glad that I found out about their poor customer service before wasting any more money with them.
Overall, I would not recommend 123Ink.ca to others. While their prices may be competitive, their customer service is lacking. If you are looking for a reliable ink supplier, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
Mixed Experience with 123Ink.ca: Be Careful When Selecting Cartridges and Don't Expect Great Customer Service
I was in need of some new ink for my printer and stumbled upon 123Ink.ca. The prices seemed reasonable, so I decided to give them a try. I entered my printer number and was presented with a page of options. I opted for the economy pack and decided to add an extra black cartridge to my order. The economy pack black cartridge worked just fine, but unfortunately, the extra black cartridge I received was the wrong one.
I reached out to their customer service team, hoping they would correct the error. However, they refused to do so, claiming that I had chosen the wrong cartridge. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I couldn't help but wonder why the wrong cartridge was even presented as an option for my printer.
If you decide to use 123Ink.ca, I urge you to be very careful when selecting your cartridges. It seems that their website may not always offer the correct options for your printer. Additionally, don't expect much in the way of customer service if you do encounter any issues.
However, I must give credit where credit is due. After a few weeks and following the posting of my initial review, the company did reach out to me and addressed the issue. They even provided me with a refund. I am now satisfied with their response and appreciate their efforts to make things right.
Mixed Experiences with 123Ink.ca: Hit or Miss Ink Cartridges
I've been using 123Ink.ca for a while now, and I have to say, I've had mixed experiences. In the past, I've never had any issues with their ink cartridges, but recently, I've been running into some problems. Out of the ten cartridges I ordered last month, three of them were completely empty. I haven't had the chance to check the others yet, but needless to say, I'm not too happy about it.
This isn't the first time I've had this issue, either. In the past, I've had a few cartridges that were empty or didn't work properly, but I just threw them away and moved on. When I found three in a row that were empty, though, I decided to reach out to the company and see if they could help me out.
Unfortunately, I didn't get the response I was hoping for. The customer service representative I spoke with seemed like they had never heard of this issue before, and they asked me if I had cleaned my printer. I buy a new printer every six months, so I know it's not a mechanical issue. I was pretty frustrated with the runaround I got, and I've decided to start looking for a new ink cartridge supplier.
Overall, I would say that 123Ink.ca is hit or miss. When their cartridges work, they're great, but when they don't, it can be a real hassle. I'm not sure if I would recommend them to others, but if you do decide to give them a try, just be aware that you might run into some issues.
Disappointing Service from 123Ink.ca: A Review
I've had the pleasure of dealing with 123Ink.ca in the past and I must say, I was always impressed with their service and products. However, my recent experience has left me feeling quite disappointed and frustrated.
I placed an order and received a confirmation, but that was the last I heard from them. I tried calling them several times, but was left waiting on hold for 20 minutes at a time. I also sent numerous emails, but received no response. It's been weeks and I still haven't received my order or any updates on its status.
I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I've received from 123Ink.ca. It's a shame because I used to recommend them to friends and family, but now I wouldn't even consider it. It's clear that they're no longer capable of handling their business and it's time for them to retire.
I'm now left with no choice but to contact PayPal and request a refund for the amount I paid. It's unfortunate that it's come to this, but I refuse to continue doing business with a company that provides such crappy service.
Overall, I would not recommend 123Ink.ca to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to purchase ink cartridges from, I suggest looking elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with 123Ink.ca: Delayed Shipping and Lost Packages
I recently made a purchase of toner from 123Ink.ca for around $600. I was excited to receive my order as all the toners were marked as being in stock at the time of purchase. However, it has been three weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received my toner.
I decided to contact 123Ink.ca to inquire about my order and was informed that one of the toners was actually out of stock. I was disappointed to learn this as their website had indicated otherwise. I had to call them to request that they ship whatever toners they had available.
To my surprise, they split my order into two different packages. Unfortunately, the first package was lost by UPS and it took them two days to locate it. I placed my order on September 27th and as of October 30th, I am still waiting for the second back-ordered package.
To make matters worse, the second package was also shipped and lost by UPS. I am extremely frustrated with this experience and would not recommend purchasing from 123Ink.ca if you are running a business. Their customer service has not been very helpful in resolving this issue.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with 123Ink.ca. I hope that they can improve their inventory management and shipping processes in the future to avoid similar issues.
