Persistent Negligence
We ordered a specialty Halloween sweatshirt, hoping we would get it in time for Halloween.
Instead we received a Cleveland Brown football sweatshirt, something we have absolutely no desire for or use of.
In the ensuing email exchanges, Nora Clark Clothing has persisted in offering us unacceptable alternatives. None of these involve returning the product. Each email has progressively offered further unacceptable terms, all of which will cost us MORE money in order to receive the product they desired.
Customer service has repeatedly told us to keep the product we don't want and...through an extremely frustrating email series, offered
- a 20% discount on a new product
- a 25% discount on a new product
- a 30% discount on a new product
- a 35% discount on a new product, and most recently
- a 40% discount on a new product
Note that if we buy a new sweatshirt, we have still lost all the money from our initial investment.
I have asked repeatedly for a full refund, and they have refused to even acknowledge this desire.
Has anyone taken them to the Better Business Bureau yet?
Noraclark Review: Disappointing Quality, Misleading Name
Yo, so let me tell you something about Noraclark. At first glance, their wbsite looks pretty tight, with some mad dope clothes that I was dying to wear. But a few weeks later, when my order arrived, I was hella disappointed. The clothes looked like they came straight outta some Chinese factory, and they were junky as hell. I wouldn't even let my dog sleep on that stuff! I was so bummed out that I tried to get my money back through Paypal, but they couldn't do anything cuz the company's real name is Midodo International Trading Limited. Like damn, why you gotta use a fake name like that? So yeah, take it from me, don't waste your time or money on Noraclark.

I had a bad experience while shopping on noraclark.com. I ordered a cute top with floral print, but they sent me a plain black t-shirt instead. At first, I thought it may be a mistake and contacted the customer service. They responded quickly but did not help me out. They kept on insisting that I had received the correct item. It made me feel frustrated because I was very sure that I did not order a black t-shirt.
To make matters worse, they refused to replace the item or refund me. They said that the returning fees for the wrong item are huge, which didn't make sense to me because it was not my fault. It was quite upsetting because I paid for a product that I did not receive.
What's even more ridiculous is that they asked me to keep the black t-shirt and offered me a discount of 10%, then 20%, and so on. As if it's okay to receive inferior products and convince customers to keep it in exchange for a discount. It's unacceptable!
I went online to see if other customers had similar experiences, and sadly, 99% of the comments were negative, with a rating of 1 star. A lot of them had experienced the same issue as me, or worse. It's a common occurrence that noraclark.com sends the wrong items to their customers. If I could, I would give them a -5 star rating.
In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid purchasing from noraclark.com. They are not transparent, and their customer service is unhelpful. It's a terrible experience when you have to deal with such a company who doesn't care about their customers.
Horrible Experience with NoraClark - Fraud Alert!
So, I ordered some stuff from Noraclark a while back and I was pretty disappointed with the whole situation. First off, my order never arrived and when I tried to return it, I was never credited for any of it! I had to pay out of pocket to send the items back and it was a complete waste of time. Even worse, many of the items I ordered weren't even what they were supposed to be! I spent over $200.00 on this order and it was a complete joke. The only thing I did keep was one shirt and even then, I never saw any of my money returned to me. At this point, I'm seriously considering reporting NoraClark to the Better Business Bureau because this is straight up fraud. I mean, the customer service was absolutely terrible too! I'm highly upset with Noraclark. If you're thinking about buying from them, I'd suggest you don't. Boy, oh boy! I should have read the reviews before placing an order with them. I didn't get the right color, nor did I get the perfect size. I even got two of the same things. My granddaughter who is just 4 years old could have completed my order better.
With all hope that they would sort things out, I contacted the company through email inquiries daily. Noraclark offered a 20% discount to keep the order; however, that still didn't solve the problem. The next offer they made was for a 30% discount; but, it still wasn't right. They tried again with a 40% discount, and when that didn't work, they hit me with a 50% discount. Even after that deep of a discount, I still couldn't accept my order, which was wrong and didn't satisfy me at all.
Initially, all I wanted was to exchange the items, but as things progressed, I had to notify my credit card company to handle the situation, urgently; cause ain't no way I was going to keep the delivery.
To conclude, I wouldn't recommend Noraclark to anyone. So if you don't want any hassle and just want to get what you wanted in the first instance, better search elsewhere.

So, I saw these photos of shirts and thought they looked pretty dang nice, so I thought I'd try 'em out. They said if I buy more, I get more off, and who doesn't like a good deal, right? But oh my, when the shirts finally came, three weeks later, they were NOT what they said they'd be. They were cheap quality, not the size they said they'd be, and just overall not good. So I sent an email to return them the very next day, but they just gave me the runaround, wanting pics and then barely offering me anything to keep them instead! Not only that, but they're shipping from China, and they didn't even tell me that! That's some dodgy business practices, if you ask me. I wouldn't trust these folks as far as I could throw them.

Sadly, upon opening the package, I discovered that the shirt I ordered was not in the package. Instead, I got a shirt that did not look like what I ordered in any way. The shirt sent was not even close to the color, length or size I chose. It was so frustrating because I planned to pair the shirt with some pants I bought for my Holiday event. Sadly, this did not happen because the package arrived too late. This experience taught me never to trust Noraclark again. It's not enough to STOP ordering from them, but I recommended PayPal, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook to refuse to do business with Noraclark. Well, if you ask me, this experience was completely unacceptable. I was so disappointed that I could not wear the shirt I ordered to the Christmas event. Thank goodness I had a backup plan.

I tride ordering some Christmas tops from Noraclark (noraclark.com), and boy was I disappointed. The tops I received were nothing like what I had ordered. The website advertised them as being sequined and sparkling, but not a single sequin was to be found! Instead, they were made of some hideous fabric that looked like it had been printed with a photocopy of sequins. What a letdown!
So, I decided to talk to an assistant consultant named Pearl Wilson. I even saw a photo of her on the site, which gave me a bit of confidence. But as soon as I told her my grievances, things went downhill quickly. She asked me to fill out a new page, which I did. But then came the kicker - in order to get any real help from an "expert consultant," I had to join a group called "Just answer Experts" for $2.00 and then pay $41.00/month after that. And they even asked for my credit card details and zip code! Do they think I'm a total idiot?
Now, I'll admit, I didn't read the reviews before ordering. But fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Needless to say, I haven't heard anything further from Nora Clark, and I'm unable to reenter their complaints section. And to top it all off, the tops I received looked nothing like the ones advertised on Pinterest. Don't waste your time or money on this website. I certainly won't be returning!
