Disappointing Customer Service and Misleading Policies at 12th Tribe
So, I recently bought a pearl top overlay from 12th Tribe. The website said it was a one size fits all, but when I got it, it was way too big for me. I tried to adjust it, but it just didn't work. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it.
When I went to return it, I saw that they had a policy that said no refunds on accessories or final sales. I didn't think it applied to me because I was buying a top, not an accessory. I mean, sure, it goes over another top, but so do sheer tops, and those aren't considered accessories, right?
Anyway, when I tried to return it, they told me that the top was considered an accessory. I was really frustrated because I didn't think that was fair. I mean, I understand having policies, but this just seemed like a way to rip people off.
I complained to customer service, but they just told me that it was their policy and there was nothing they could do. I was really disappointed because I thought they would be more understanding.
Overall, I would say that if you're looking for good customer service, you should probably look elsewhere. There are so many options out there, and I don't think it's worth it to deal with a company that doesn't care about their customers.
12th Tribe's Customer Policy is a SCAM - Beware of Their "Deals
Man, let me tell you, I made a mistake when I shopped at 12th Tribe. I should have read their customer policy because boy oh boy was I disappointed. I bought some clothes on sale, thinking I was getting a deal, but they were not eligible for return. I mean, come on, how was I supposed to know? They didn't even say it was a final sale or anything! And I was well within the "15 day return" limit too. This is just ridiculous.
This company is shady, y'all. They only offer "one time courtesy returns" but you gotta pay a fee for it. And guess what? They only give you in-store credit. They just wanna keep your money and make you pay more for it. I mean, that's just wrong. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
After this experience, I doubt I'll shop with them again. It's just not worth the headache. Look, I get it, every company has their policies, but this is just too much. It's like they're trying to scam me out of my hard-earned money. So, for anyone who's thinking about shopping at 12th Tribe, read their policies first. Trust me, you don't want to end up like me.
Review of 12th Tribe Clothing: Overpriced with Mediocre Quality, but Great Shipping Service
Wow, the prices on 12th Tribe's website are astronomical! I don't really think it's worth it to buy their dresses or coats for almost $80, so I didn't try them out. I did take a chance on their sequin skirt, and while it was nice, it wasn't exactly worth the $50 price tag.
I have to admit though, their shipping is top-notch. My order arrived just six days after I placed it, and every step of the shipping process was clearly communicated to me.
As far as the quality of the skirt goes, I was a little disappointed. The waistband was just an elastic band, which wasn't the most attractive look. And the material wasn't very thick, making it feel similar to something you'd find at a Forever21.
All in all, I think that 12th Tribe's prices are a little too steep for what they offer. If you're looking for high-quality pieces, you may want to look elsewhere. But if you don't mind settling for cheaper materials, their clothing may be worth a shot.
Warning: Stay Away from 12th Tribe - Dissatisfactory Online Shopping Experience
OMG, where do I even begin with 12th Tribe (12thtribe.com)? Let me just say, if you're thinking of buying something from them, DON'T DO IT. Seriously, save yourself the hassle and disappointment.
First of all, their website is a nightmare to navigate. I spent like, ten minutes just trying to find the item I wanted to purchase. And then, when I finally found it, I was shocked at how cheap the material was. Like, I wouldn't even use it to wipe my feet on.
But stupid me, I went ahead and ordered it anyway. And when it finally arrived, I was even more disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture on the website, and it was basically unwearable. I don't know how they get away with charging so much for such garbage.
So, I decided to try and exchange it. I went to their NYC location, but there was literally nothing in there that I wanted. Everything looked like it had been plucked from a dumpster. And don't even get me started on their return policy. They charge like, a million dollars just to send something back. And then, when they finally receive the item, it takes them like, two weeks to process the refund. It's insane.
I don't know how anyone can continue to buy stuff from this sorry excuse for a store. There are so many other online stores out there with way better quality for the same price. Trust me, don't waste your time with 12th Tribe. Your wallet (and your sanity) will thank you.
12th Tribe Delivers Quality Merchandise and Exceptional Customer Service
So, I recently copped an outfit from 12th Tribe and let me tell you it was a real toss-up if it would look good on me or not. I am one of those ladies who have bigger knockers but a somewhat smaller physique. Nonetheless, being a newbie to the 12th Tribe website, I read through the return policy but apparently, the outfit I ordered wasn't eligible for return. Oh man, was I bummed? But, I didn't let that hinder me. I tried reaching out to their support team and explained my situation. And can you believe they allowed me to return it? That's some real rockstar customer service.
Now let's talk about the quality of the merchandise itself. It was exactly like the picture online, which made me pleasantly happy. The quality of the outfit was superb, especially for the price point. In this day and age, it's tough to find something that's good quality and worth the bucks and 12th Tribe definitely didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, the outfit just didn't fit me right, but trust me it had nothing to do with the quality.
All in all, I will definitely be a recurring customer not only because of the great quality of merchandise but also because of the excellent customer service I received. 12th Tribe really knows how to keep their customers happy and coming back for more.
Disappointed with 12th Tribe clothing - poor quality, inconsistent sizing, and high return fee. Stick with Free People
12th Tribe's clothing is pricey considering the quality of the fabric and stitching. I was disappointed to find that some of the sequins on my dress were falling off right out of the package! Furthermore, the sizing is all over the place. I tried four different dresses and found that only one of them, in size Large, fit me properly. In other similar brands, however, I usually wear a small to medium. The cherry on top was the $10 fee for each item that you want to return. It's outrageous!
On top of all that, they sent me a "free gift" that was simply the ugliest piece of costume jewelry I have ever seen. Even though it was free, I couldn't take it and sent it back with my return. Honestly, I was not impressed. I won't be ordering again. Instead, I recommend checking out Free People. I've had their dresses for years and never run into any problems.
Disappointed with 12thTribe's Flimsy Pants & Sketchy Return Policy
Bought a pair of real nice pants from 12thTribe 'cos they was on sale. They was not labeled 'final sale', so I figured it was safe to get 'em. When I got 'em though - OH BOY - they was letdown. The cloth was flimsy and cheap, not what I was 'spectin' at all.
Well, I thought it was no biggie 'cos I got the pants on sale, so I figured no harm, no foul. I tried to return 'em though, and that's when things got a lil' sketchy.
12thTribe told me that the pants was FINAL SALE, even though they wasn't marked as such. They got me there, didn't they? I mean, if they had been marked final sale, I wouldn't have bought 'em and wasted my money on such a shoddy product in the first darn place.
So, I goes to the customer service chat thingy on the website, and they tells me that they can't accept returns 'cos the pants was such a great deal. What does that even mean? Don't know what kind of business that is, but it sure ain't how ya treat customers.
I gotta say, the whole snafu with these pants, the sketchy return policy and talkin' to some customer service rep who didn't help makes it clear to me that I won't be doin' business with 12thTribe no more. If you looking for some nice clothes, ya can definitely find better places to spend ya hard earned cash than here.
Disappointing experience with 12th Tribe's customer service and refund process
12th Tribe has my return clothes now; at last, I have had a confirmation. However, to my dismay, the company has failed to contact me for WEEKS since receiving my returned items in order to process my refund. I was within policy and my clothes still had all tags attached. I even added my name and email to the receipt. When I reached out to them, they told me they have my return, yet they refuse to refund my payment until I close my credit card claim. That just doesn't sound right to me!
The customer service representative from my credit card company instructed me that if I close the claim, there's no chance of retrieving my refund, and 12th Tribe could then process it. It would subsequently shut the claim, so if there were any issues, I wouldn't be able to re-open it. Why is 12th tribe NOT RETURNING honest people's items? This ordeal has caused me to document and message 12th Tribe for hours, and I'm still without a refund of the $593.80! I WANT TO CRY! THEY STEAL YOUR RETURN basically. I made sure to message the company before I shipped the items back, and I tried to comply with everything they requested. In the end, all of my efforts were in vain due to 12th Tribe's lack of integrity.
With all of the effort I put in and the fact that I followed their protocol, 12th Tribe's refusal to process my refund is very disheartening to me. Unfortunately, it seems to be the norm with this company.
Disappointing Experience: 12th Tribe Review - Beware of Final Sale Policy and Uninclusive Sizing Guide
I bought a product from 12th Tribe after seeing it on my social media feed. I had been following them for some time, and when I saw that the item had been marked down to a reasonable price, I decided to finally purchase it. However, when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The fabric was cheaply made and the single layer wasn't even enough to pull the item up. On top of that, the sizing guide was not inclusive of anyone who isn't model size.
When I contacted their customer service team to address the issue, I was told that I could not return the item, nor could I exchange it for a size that would actually fit me. According to them, the item was a "final sale" and there was nothing they could do about it. I felt that they took advantage of unclear descriptions on their site to essentially rip me off.
I have to say, I was really disappointed with this experience. I had liked what I had seen from 12th Tribe on social media, but the reality is that this company is not willing to do anything to rectify issues that their customers have with their products. They seem to be more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality items to their customers.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from 12th Tribe. It is worth doing some more research to find a company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of their products. Don't be like me and get ripped off by them!
My Disappointing Experience with 12th Tribe: Overpriced and Poor Quality
So, let me tell you about my experience with 12th Tribe. I am one of those people who always reads reviews before making any online purchases. This time around was no different. When I visited their website, I noticed they had thousands of positive reviews from "verified purchasers," and I thought to myself, "This is it. I'm going to get a top-quality product." I was excited to get a dress for NYE, so I spent $100 on their website.
When the dress arrived, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment. The dress was not what I had expected. It was made out of cheap plastic, and it looked like it had been scratched and partly broken. I couldn't believe that I had spent so much money on such a poor quality dress. Although it was not completely unusable, it definitely needed some alterations to make it look good. I could have easily gotten something similar for a much cheaper price at Forever21.
The silver discs on the dress were made out of flimsy, scratched plastic, and the neckline had a cheap plastic clasp that you had to adjust. If you didn't do this correctly, the neckline would sit way too low, and let me tell you, it's not a good look. I'm 5'-7" tall, and I got a size small, so you can imagine how ridiculous it looked.
Now here's the kicker - when I went back to their website to submit a review, I couldn't find a place to do so. This led me to wonder if the "verified purchasers" were just brand ambassadors or people being paid by the company to submit 5-star reviews along with professional-looking photos. I even tried posting a review on their Facebook page, but unfortunately, they had turned off the comments.
All in all, I'll admit that they do have some cute stuff on their website, but the price they charge does not match the quality of their products. In short, do yourself a favor and don't waste your hard-earned money on their products.
12th Tribe: Quality Clothes and Killer Customer Service - A Must Try!
I am totally hooked on 12th Tribe! I mean, sure, it's a bit pricier than some other places I've shopped, but it's totally worth the few extra bucks I spend there.
The clothes at 12th Tribe are always top-notch quality and the fit is spot on. I'm just over five-feet tall and usually weigh around 135 pounds. But thanks to being stuck at home all the time because of COVID, I've managed to gain about ten pounds. Ugh. Anyway, the good news is that even though I've put on a few pounds, the clothes from 12th Tribe still fit great and look amazing on me. When I was at my usual weight, I'd order a small size, but now that I'm a bit heavier, I go for a medium. And let me tell you, the customer service at 12th Tribe is killer. Seriously, you hardly ever find such awesome service nowadays, especially from an online clothing store. I've had to get in touch with their customer service a few times for different things. Once, I couldn't log into my account, and another time, I accidentally bought two of the same thing and was freaking out about getting my money back for one of them. As a broke college student, I really can't afford to be making extra purchases like that. But 12th Tribe's customer service had my back and fixed everything up for me within just a few minutes. I didn't end up with two of the same items, and my refund came through in a matter of days. Every single time I deal with these guys, I'm just blown away by how easy and quick they make everything. Other clothing brands I've tried in the past have been so frustrating and unhelpful when I've had issues. It's a huge relief to have found somewhere I can trust to take care of me when I need it. I mean, I'm a busy student with very little extra cash. Who has time for bad customer service, amirite?
I'm actually a pretty active Yelper down here in Los Angeles, and I really think it's super-important for people to leave honest feedback about shops, restaurants, and all sorts of services these days. So many places let their quality drop way down while hiking up their prices like crazy. It's just not fair to hardworking customers like me and you! But I can say for sure that 12th Tribe is one of the great ones. Their stuff is amazing, and their service is even better. And hey, they're a Cali-based business, just like me! So if you're looking for a clothing store you can trust, give these guys a shot. You won't regret it.
Peace out,
Rio

Disappointing Experience with 12th Tribe Online Store; Received Wrong Size and Poor Customer Service
so i tried 12th tribe, which is an online store for clothing and i wont lie, my experience was not the greatest. i ordered a large size but they sent me a small which was a major bummer. i tried to contact them several times but they never got back to me which added to my frustration. now im out $65 and pretty disappointed overall. i was really excited to try their stuff but now im hesitant to order from them again. buyer beware!
Disappointed and Disgusted: My Experience with 12th Tribe
Yo, I gotta say, I am not feelin' 12th Tribe at all. First off, I didn't get everything I ordered, which is a total bummer. And the stuff that did come reeked and felt super cheap. Then, on top of all that, I had to shell out even more cheddar just to send it back. And to make matters worse, the peeps I talked to on the phone were straight up mean and didn't help me out at all. Not cool, 12th Tribe, not cool. I'll definitely be steerin' clear of this joint from now on.

Disappointing quality and non-returnable policy: A review of 12th Tribe clothing
So, I gotta say, I was really disappointed with my order from 12th Tribe. Like, super disappointed. The clothes I got were just not up to par, you know? They were like, the worst quality ever. And to top it off, one of the items came with a gaping whole in the crotch area. Not exactly what I was hoping for, you feel me?
What's even worse is that apparently these clothes are non-returnable. Like, what the heck, man? That's just not cool. If you're gonna sell clothes that are this crappy, at least let people return them, am I right?
All in all, I really don't recommend ordering from 12th Tribe. The quality is just not there, and if you do end up with something that's messed up, you're pretty much just out of luck. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.
12th Tribe Review: Cheap Clothes, Poor Quality, and Terrible Customer Service
12th Tribe, Man... don't even get me started on this one. So, I saw an ad for them on Instagram and it seemed like they had some pretty cute stuff for a decent price. I thought, "what the heck, I'll give it a shot." Well, let me tell you, I was not impressed. The clothes were definitely cheaply made and looked like they were straight from some sweatshop in China or something. I mean, I guess you get what you pay for, right?
But here's the real kicker... when I tried to return the clothes, they told me that the sale was final and they couldn't refund my money. What kind of garbage is that?! I felt so scammed, it's not even funny. Like, come on, it's 2021, give me a break. I ended up keeping the clothes because I didn't want to deal with the hassle and they weren't even worth returning, to be honest.
On the bright side, I guess my daughters will have some new fabric to make clothes for their dolls... so there's that. But seriously, save yourself the trouble and don't bother with 12th Tribe. The quality is garbage, the customer service is non-existent, and you'll just end up wasting your money.
12th Tribe Review: Stylish but Overpriced Clothing with Poor Customer Service
Well, well, well. 12th Tribe ain't too shabby, but it ain't no luxury brand neither. I ain't all that thrilled with how much they want for their threads, but they make good lookin' clothes and some of 'em are pretty unique too. The big problem with them is their customer service. I tried to get a refund from them, but it took over a month to happen, and it only did after I kept bugging them. They acted like they were hopin' I would forget about it or somethin'. I also think the reviews on their website are all fake. If ya want some stylish clothes, then take a gander at 12th Tribe, but be warned, the prices don't quite match the quality.
Terrible Return Policy: My Experience with 12th Tribe
Don't even bother with 12th Tribe. I bought a few things on their website and already knew they weren't going to fit right. So, a couple days later, I returned them asap. It took forever to get any word back from them. Finally, they reached out and said the things I returned were already damaged and used. I don't think so! Those items were barely touched, I swear. Plus, I kept the tags on the whole time! No way those things were ever considered "worn" or "damaged." I'm never buying from these guys again. And I'm making sure everyone I talk to knows about their ridiculous policy. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else!
